We went in for my daughter because our general dentist recommended a visit. They forced us for X-rays even though we had X-rays from the other office. *red flag* their nurse spent over 45 mins because they are not trained to deal with small children clearly. And was super flustered, which made us question her ability. Dr. Sakhi ignored my daughter telling her multiple time at check up that she was in pain from her poking. Then they gave us a scare about how urgent my daughters situation was and forced us to put a payment to reserve a spot to get a general anesthesia done in 12 daya Sirus the front desk person doesn’t know anything. He’s always flustered and is clearly new. After reading the mixed reviews we didn’t know what to think of the clinic. And her dad was not confident in the dentist’s ability to perform her duties and we went to another clinic where our daughter was much more comfortable, they listened to her, didn’t ignore and interacted with her just as much as us. Then we asked for a care plan and there is more crowns needed than what was told to us at Dr sakhi’s and somehow the bill is still significantly less than what they told us. We got a call from William their office manager who kept referring to our daughter as our son. Which really just ask if you’re not sure about the origin of the name. Just to tell me that they used our money to pay the people to show up to an appointment because we gave them a 9 day notice instead of 10 days… we didn’t know what we didn’t know we did it in good faith because they said IF awe called after their quote and their quote came in less than 10 days they would honor the refund so Sirus lied. And William was rude. From one parent to another AVOID this clinic. Sure some people may have given it a good review and perhaps it may be okay for a general check up and cleanings. But for anything serious we certainly don’t trust them. Also, we will be reaching out to the attorney general about their unethical practices because dental care for our little ones should not be a traumatizing experience. And if you have or are experiencing similar issues around their ethics like this post and I’ll reach out to collect your story to pass along with our file to AG office. This is wrong and I do hope someone holds them accountable one day.

What can I say, I will recommend Tooth and Co. to all. As a child I dreaded going to the dentist, and I’m so happy my kids have a different experience. My kids absolutely adore Dr. Sakhi. When I tell them they are going to the dentist they get so excited. Dr. Sakhi is gentle with the kids and speaks to the parents after in a gentle manor. She lets me know what to look for that could be problems, and also let’s me know when I shouldn’t worry. I’ve been in love from the beginning, I was able to go in on my son’s first appointment. When my daughter started she got to lay on the chair with her brother to feel comfortable. The waiting space is open and warm. The rooms are magical with clouds etc. Even the bathroom is cute. We love it here.

We had a great experience at Tooth and Co! Our 7 and 2 year old kids both did great, the staff were kind and patient, and Dr. Ellie has a fantastic approach. Really glad we found this gem!

Always friendly staff, always incredibly prompt. Efficient but thorough. My kids actually enjoy dentist appointments!

My daughter, 6, cheered when we pulled into the parking lot. This was after already gone there for what could have been a really traumatic surgical experience. My 9 year old son had total dental phobia requiring light sedation, but that has now gone away. THANK YOU!!!! If you want the best dental care delivered in the most healing and child friendly atmosphere then Tooth & Co is the place.

When we started coming here my son had extreme fear and anxiety about the dentist. Just the word dentist would send him into panic. The staff at Tooth & Co is so patient and kind that my son no longer fears going and actually looks forward to his visits and talking to Dr. Ellie about flossing and making sure he doesn't get anymore cavities. I highly recommend Tooth & Co.
