    Gave a one star because that is the lowest I could give. Last night I was delivered someone elses order and spent over 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund...which I have not received. My experience before this was a few weeks back where it took over two hours to deliver my pizza. Will never order from them again.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They charge your account and say never ordered from this Pizza Hut. Multiple hang up on me while screaming at me. I do not recommend ordering anything from this store.

    Excellent!! I have been ordering pizza from this location for several years and I have always received my pizza in good time and always hot and delicious. There was one time when they were short staffed a couple months ago so the one guy who was on duty called and asked if I would come in and pick it up because he had no drivers. No problem, I gave him the tip that I normally would have given the driver. Right now, they are experiencing severe staff shortages as most businesses right now. Please be patient and gracious with them. Thank you Pizza Hut.

    My last experience with Pizza Hut was horrible. I felt like my food (including my "fresh" pizza) had been sitting around or under a heat lamp for an expired amount of time. It make the pizza "card board like" and my chicken wings were like dry little pieces of leather. While it was about 9PM when I ordered my pizza, I have a hard time paying what I did for my order (+$50.00), tipping a driver you no longer see, and paying a delivery fee, when there are so many other options. I would NOT recommend Pizza Hut if you are looking for good food; it simply did not pass even the "average" or "mediocre" test.

    I recently picked up a small carryout order of chicken and a soda. The employees took it upon themselves to fraudulently add a generous tip after I left. This overdrew my account. When I call the store to complain no one answers the option that says if you have a concern about an order

    Box is mangled. The seal was partially torn but doesn't appear to be opened. Pizza was drenched in grease. It was sopping; I am not exaggerating. Took a paper towel to wipe off the pizza before eating. At this point I could already tell this was not going to be good. The cheese barely covered the crust. The pepperoni was overdone. It was not fresh.. It looked like the pizza had sat on the counter for 20 mins, and I am right up the road from this place. So, needless to say, this place sucks. Never again. I am just hoping now I don't get sick. I forced 1 slice down and am throwing the rest away. After seeing others post pictures, I might as well.

    2nd take out with this place! I got home and me and my daughter Murdered this food- I would give 5 stars but I know I’ve will regret it soon. The pizza was fire and so was the bread sticks, and the chicken bites, I felt like tipping the Cook! But if the food is like this the next time I order, I’m tipping, but it’s just food Not when you’re hungry lmao

    I order the Big Dinner box for a crowd because it goes pretty far. Last week, it was incorrectly made. I contacted the store and explained. They made the situation right immediately. Good customer service is appreciated. Thank you!

    The pizza, as usual was great. No complaints there. The issue came with it being a takeout order. I stood at the desk when I arrived and 2 staff looked at me however never acknoweledged my presensce. One sat in the back watching videos on their phone and the other stood next to the oven waiting for pizzas to come out. Not a "hi" or "we'll be right with you" from either of them. It was over 5 minutes of them looking at me periodically before someone came in from a smoke break, walked past me into the back, and finally asked if i had been hepled when he came back to stock the cooler. I dont expect much picking up a pizza but acknowledging customers should be a priority.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Person who took my order was actively watching movies on their phone, full volume. Like really? And to top it off, both of my pizzas were undercooked. I recommend you DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

    Saturday night, they had no drivers, orders fulfilled through doordash, from time of order until I called doordash was over 2.5 hours. Pizzahut was 3-5 blocks from my house, food was picked up and driver proceeded to spend 45 minutes driving west then back to our area, then over 45 minutes sitting at/outside/ or in a bar. Called the Dasher after they drove the wrong way for 15 minutes, they said they didn't speak English. Our food never arrived, canceled doordash after calling them to figure out what the issue was, they couldn't reach the dasher. Started by calling store after waiting a while after calling dasher. Store said they couldn't give refund, and to call corporate, corporate said they couldn't do a refund and they sent a request TO THE STORE for a refund, and that it could take 3-5 days for the store to process it.

    This place SUCKS. Last time I came here i was locked out and told they couldn't help me because they ran out of dough "at a pizza restaurant". This time I came 5 minutes before my order was done for pickup "even got the notification it was done" just to be told its still going through the oven and would be another 5 minutes minimum. This place consistently messes up orders and wait times to the point where I just can't trust them anymore. I've always been pro pizza hut vs domino's but now I am neither. As soon as I cash out my reward points this will be the last review and order This restaurant ever receives from me

    Ordered an olive pizza and was given pepperoni. store refused to answer calls so I contacted customer support for a refund. was told that a refund would be issued in 3-5 business days and that they would have the store reach out by phone . yet its been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from customer service or receive a refund. I don't expect much from pizza hut but this is frustratingly bad service. my recommendation is to pick brands/locations that stand by there product. simple mistakes happen, i get that , but a business should be equipped to make those mistakes right not just ignore them and pretend that it doesn't happen.

    We ordered two pizzas and were told delivery would be in 30 minutes. After an hour, we called and were told Door Dash had not picked up the pizza yet. No mention was made of Door Dash when the order was placed. The “manager” was of no help and was, in fact, condescending and rude. Two hours after the order was placed a Pizza Hit delivery man showed up with only one pizza and was going to charge for two pizzas. He was polite but did not know any of the details of the order. In short, avoid this place for any delivery order!

    Terrible experience. I went to order online and was one cent below the minimum to get it delivered so just got moz sticks to get delivery. The ordered arrived with no moz sticks. I asked the driver if there was anything else and he said no. Thinking that mistakes happen, I just thought I’d call the store and not take it out on the driver. I called the store and selected option to go to order support. The phone rang for a long time. Maybe 3-5 minute then I hung up, called back and selected the “order” option thinking maybe I’d get someone who could help me. The woman who answered was interesting and said she would transfer me to the store. I guess I thought, ok just be polite and just have her do her job. Do I went back to the ringing at the store for another 3-5 minutes. I hung up and called the order line back. I said I just spoke with her and the store isn’t answering. After a pause she said “incomplete order I will transfer you to the store. “ I said they didn’t answer. She was silent again. Before once again saying she’d transfer me. I told her the store didn’t answer and was there something else she could do or different number to call for help. She said she will transfer me to store. I was not talking aggressively, I was actually just too shocked to react at all. I asked her if they didn’t answer what I should do. You can guess what she said, “ok I will transfer you to the store.” It was really weird but she did finally transfer me. I then waited while the store’s phone rang for another long while. Someone answered. I explained. She then seemed unsure what to do and said she’d go “arrange” something and be back. I waited on hold again for a long time!! I thought she ditched me and almost hung up but hung on. She came back and said “ok I’ve got your order arranged” and told me it would be 35-45 minutes!! Honestly, I was in shock this whole time that such an easy and small mistake. I mean this was 2 hours after my initial order. Anyway I hung up and wished I would have requested my money back. So then 30 minutes later I get a call from the store. I couldn’t tell if it was the same woman but she was out of breath and said “just returning your call. Sorry I was in the bathroom.” I thought they had resent the order already so was really confused. She proceeded to say sorry our moz sticks are all out so we don’t have them. Silence. I said “ok so what can you do? Can you refund me.” She started to speak unintelligibly and like calculating the amount or looking on the computer. Then she started rambling and saying her boss has to do it and she can’t. This entire time I was not upset. I just was stunned because of the way every person communicated like they had NO IDEA what to do in this situation. I just was trying to understand as I spoke with all these people what I should do to get a simple thing fixed. I asked when I could talk with her boss then and she said “um I don’t know when her next shift is. Um maybe tomorrow I’m not sure.” She then continues to say she’ll call her boss! I didn’t ask her too I was just sitting there and she calls her boss on speaker and tells her they have no cheese sticks and someone ordered what should I do. Her boss says ok and the girl tells her I want a refund and her boss says she’ll have to wait. This whole time I’m just wondering when I can speak to her boss. I want all my money back for a horrible experience and one I was very patient with but could not believe the communication and complete lack of knowing what to do. I hope support will reach out to me for a full reimbursement. If not, I’ll be calling them or dispute this charge because they completely scammed me and lied multiple times telling me they would resend it.

    I ordered a pizza online and was given an estimated delivery time. The deliver time became later and later and eventually was changed for Door Dash to deliver it. When the driver arrived at least 2 hours or more later, he came with the incorrect order and brought it back to the store. I was told I had to contact the store directly to fix my order. I tried calling twice that same night and no one answered the phone. I put in a review online after I got an email asking me to review my experience and was told that "We have forwarded your feedback to the above store leadership team responsible for this restaurant. They will be in contact with you within the next 3 business days at the phone number or email address you provided.” No one contacted me, and the restaurant has yet to reimburse me for the food that was never received, and disputed my credit card charge dispute.

    Discounts after discounts here!!!! Hey man if your looking to throw a child’s party then look no further than here best children's cuisine around and did I mention the managers discounts?! One of the best Pizza Huts hands down.

    Pizza was delivered 40 minutes late and tasted that way. I will not use pizza hut delivery again. I do not recommend it. Update: after my poor review, pizza hut reached out to me to offer a free pizza. This time I did carry out, and it was a much better experience.
