Terrible
experience.
I
went
to
order
online
and
was
one
cent
below
the
minimum
to
get
it
delivered
so
just
got
moz
sticks
to
get
delivery.
The
ordered
arrived
with
no
moz
sticks.
I
asked
the
driver
if
there
was
anything
else
and
he
said
no.
Thinking
that
mistakes
happen,
I
just
thought
I’d
call
the
store
and
not
take
it
out
on
the
driver.
I
called
the
store
and
selected
option
to
go
to
order
support.
The
phone
rang
for
a
long
time.
Maybe
3-5
minute
then
I
hung
up,
called
back
and
selected
the
“order”
option
thinking
maybe
I’d
get
someone
who
could
help
me.
The
woman
who
answered
was
interesting
and
said
she
would
transfer
me
to
the
store.
I
guess
I
thought,
ok
just
be
polite
and
just
have
her
do
her
job.
Do
I
went
back
to
the
ringing
at
the
store
for
another
3-5
minutes.
I
hung
up
and
called
the
order
line
back.
I
said
I
just
spoke
with
her
and
the
store
isn’t
answering.
After
a
pause
she
said
“incomplete
order
I
will
transfer
you
to
the
store.
“
I
said
they
didn’t
answer.
She
was
silent
again.
Before
once
again
saying
she’d
transfer
me.
I
told
her
the
store
didn’t
answer
and
was
there
something
else
she
could
do
or
different
number
to
call
for
help.
She
said
she
will
transfer
me
to
store.
I
was
not
talking
aggressively,
I
was
actually
just
too
shocked
to
react
at
all.
I
asked
her
if
they
didn’t
answer
what
I
should
do.
You
can
guess
what
she
said,
“ok
I
will
transfer
you
to
the
store.”
It
was
really
weird
but
she
did
finally
transfer
me.
I
then
waited
while
the
store’s
phone
rang
for
another
long
while.
Someone
answered.
I
explained.
She
then
seemed
unsure
what
to
do
and
said
she’d
go
“arrange”
something
and
be
back.
I
waited
on
hold
again
for
a
long
time!!
I
thought
she
ditched
me
and
almost
hung
up
but
hung
on.
She
came
back
and
said
“ok
I’ve
got
your
order
arranged”
and
told
me
it
would
be
35-45
minutes!!
Honestly,
I
was
in
shock
this
whole
time
that
such
an
easy
and
small
mistake.
I
mean
this
was
2
hours
after
my
initial
order.
Anyway
I
hung
up
and
wished
I
would
have
requested
my
money
back.
So
then
30
minutes
later
I
get
a
call
from
the
store.
I
couldn’t
tell
if
it
was
the
same
woman
but
she
was
out
of
breath
and
said
“just
returning
your
call.
Sorry
I
was
in
the
bathroom.”
I
thought
they
had
resent
the
order
already
so
was
really
confused.
She
proceeded
to
say
sorry
our
moz
sticks
are
all
out
so
we
don’t
have
them.
Silence.
I
said
“ok
so
what
can
you
do?
Can
you
refund
me.”
She
started
to
speak
unintelligibly
and
like
calculating
the
amount
or
looking
on
the
computer.
Then
she
started
rambling
and
saying
her
boss
has
to
do
it
and
she
can’t.
This
entire
time
I
was
not
upset.
I
just
was
stunned
because
of
the
way
every
person
communicated
like
they
had
NO
IDEA
what
to
do
in
this
situation.
I
just
was
trying
to
understand
as
I
spoke
with
all
these
people
what
I
should
do
to
get
a
simple
thing
fixed.
I
asked
when
I
could
talk
with
her
boss
then
and
she
said
“um
I
don’t
know
when
her
next
shift
is.
Um
maybe
tomorrow
I’m
not
sure.”
She
then
continues
to
say
she’ll
call
her
boss!
I
didn’t
ask
her
too
I
was
just
sitting
there
and
she
calls
her
boss
on
speaker
and
tells
her
they
have
no
cheese
sticks
and
someone
ordered
what
should
I
do.
Her
boss
says
ok
and
the
girl
tells
her
I
want
a
refund
and
her
boss
says
she’ll
have
to
wait.
This
whole
time
I’m
just
wondering
when
I
can
speak
to
her
boss.
I
want
all
my
money
back
for
a
horrible
experience
and
one
I
was
very
patient
with
but
could
not
believe
the
communication
and
complete
lack
of
knowing
what
to
do.
I
hope
support
will
reach
out
to
me
for
a
full
reimbursement.
If
not,
I’ll
be
calling
them
or
dispute
this
charge
because
they
completely
scammed
me
and
lied
multiple
times
telling
me
they
would
resend
it.
