You must go to Hazell's Water World! John Hazell is an expert. He is simply the best on the island. Wherever you find yourself on the spectrum between amateur or pro, we highly recommend stopping by his place if you're interested in stepping up your diving-game. Even during an incredibly difficult week for John personally, he went the extra mile for us, ensuring we left with the best equipment, tips and tricks. Accurate fittings and functional, enduring gear are guarantees. We will think of John whenever we are using our masks, snorkels and fins. Definitely looking forward to returning for more in the future.

We looked all over Barbados to either rent snorkel gear for several days or buy gear for a week long trip. There are reefs all over and we didn’t want to rent by the hour and have to stay in one place. We found Hazell’s and we are so glad we did. John fitted two adults and and an 8 year old girl expertly and carefully. Be sure to bring your passport number and flight number for duty free! We can’t wait to spend the rest of our trip scuba diving all around Barbados. Thank you, John for hooking us up!

Great dive shop and good prices, I stopped in with a few questions about equipment and walked out with a new set of Mares fins and gloves. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful and I'd recommend this shop to anyone that wants to purchase good gear and get the right advice while doing so... Thanks for your help!

Stopped by to purchase new snorkelling kits , the owner was super helpful, making sure that our masks were the correct fit and comfortable for us . We didn't feel rushed, received plenty of advice and assistance and walked away very happy and ready to explore some of the local snorkelling spots. Highly recommend Hazells , will definitely shop there again

John was very helpful getting us all set up with Snorkles and flippers well worth the drive down from Speightstown. We have had some amazing days since snorkeling wrecks/reefs and with turtles!
