WARNING:
DO
NOT
go
here!
WORST
service
ever!
Almost
every
staff
including
Dr.
Ellen
are
rude,
prejudice,
and
unprofessional
people.
These
people
look
as
if
they
don't
want
to
work.
Frown
on
their
faces,
super
slow,
and
talked
to
us
as
if
we
were
illiterate.
I
took
my
mom
there
this
morning
(12/27/13)
and
they
made
us
waited
for
over
3
hours.
Dr.
Ellen
came
to
see
us
for
a
quick
2-3
minutes
to
RUDELY
asked
us
why
we
were
visiting,
in
which,
the
medical
assistant
already
asked
us
prior
to
meeting
Dr.
Ellen.
So,
obviously,
Dr.
Ellen
came
in
to
see
us
unprepared.
Dr.
Ellen
left
us
for
hours
before
assisting
us.
Actually,
she
didn't
even
assist
us,
she
came
back
after
an
hour
and
30
minutes
to
notify
us
that
we
have
to
get
some
of
my
mother's
shot
elsewhere
and
that
a
nurse
will
come
give
my
mom
the
remaining
shots
that
they
have
available.
I
asked
her
if
they
can
make
an
appointment
for
my
mom
to
the
referral
place.
She
gave
me
an
annoyed
look
and
told
me
she
do
not
know
how
the
other
clinic
works,
so
we
will
have
to
find
out
ourselves.
Additionally,
she
told
me
directions
to
the
referral
place,
but
didn't
even
bother
to
write
down
what
clinic
and
address.
That
unprofessional
doctor
was
in
a
hurry
to
leave,
and
I
stopped
her
to
asked
if
she
was
going
to
help
us
with
another
medical
issue
that
my
mom
came
in
for.
She
said
she
wasn't
notified
about
the
other
medical
concerns
so
we
will
have
to
wait
because
she
have
other
patients
she
needs
to
see.
I
told
her
that
when
we
arrived,
the
medical
assistant
wrote
down
our
purposes
to
see
her,
and
that
the
other
medical
concerns
were
part
of
our
visit.
Dr.
Ellen
just
hurried
out
and
didn't
even
close
our
door
all
the
way.
20-30
minutes
afterwards,
a
nurse
popped
her
head
through
the
doors
to
ask
if
we
were
still
waiting
for
shots,
and
we
were.That
nurse
left
our
room,
and
similar
to
Dr.
Ellen,
she
didn't
shut
our
door.
30
minutes
after
that,
the
nurse
and
Dr.
Ellen
came
in
and
didn't
even
tell
us
what
shots
they
were
giving
my
mom.
I
asked
what
shots
they
were,
and
Dr.
Ellen
said,
"they
are
traveling
shots
like
you
asked
for."
I
said,
"I
know
they
are
shots
required
for
traveling,
but
what
are
they
called
and
etc."
The
nurse
handled
me
papers
of
the
shots
information
and
still
didn't
even
tell
us
what
the
shots
were.
They
expected
me
to
read
it
to
my
mom,
in
which,
I
did.
Dr.
Ellen
told
us
to
reschedule
for
the
other
medical
concerns
that
my
mom
has.
I
told
her
that
we
don't
need
it.
Dr.
Ellen
left
without
notifying
us,
and
after
my
mom's
shots
the
nurse
did
not
even
assist
us
back
to
the
lobby
or
tell
us
how
to
get
back
to
the
lobby.
Seriously,
what
kind
of
uneducated
and
ignorant
people
like
them
gets
hired
to
work
with
patients
at
Open
Cities.
We
all
know
that
Open
Cities
Clinic
are
open
to
low
income
people
and
that
every
once
in
a
while
the
clinic
may
become
chaotic,
but
that
give
absolutely
NO
right
for
the
staffs
and
doctors
to
treat
their
patients
this
rude.
Note
to
Dr.
Ellen:
We
are
not
dumb,
and
we
have
every
right
to
know
what
the
doctors
(you)
are
giving
us.
So,
don't
tell
your
patients
that
you
are
giving
them
traveling
shots;
we
need
names
of
the
shots
and
what
each
shots
are
for.
We
are
busy
people
who
work
too,
so
don't
waste
our
time
and
make
us
wait
3-4
hours
for
you
who
is
not
doing
your
job.
You
are
supposed
to
be
a
professional,
so
be
it.
Treat
your
patients
like
how
you
would
want
to
be
treated.
DEFINITELY
NOT
COMING
BACK!!!
