You could tell by our escape time with nine minutes to spare that Nico did a great job providing the right amount of clues for us in The Dungeon. The room was a fun mix of being a bit spooky, smart puzzle design, and bringing participants together to solve.

I’m giving one of my most honest reviews on this platform. The dungeon was a tricky room to escape and with the hints she gave, it wasn’t blatantly obvious how to get out. It really helped us solve the puzzle without giving the whole thing away. I personally believe that as a single gay man, she made me feel welcome in her establishment. She gave us the best experience ever. I’m sure that if she were to be promoted at some point in time; she will make it big in the world. Karen if you see this, i’m rooting for you!!!!

This is by far my favorite escape room business in the twin cities!. I have done the hospital and the Vault and they were both amazing. They are different than the other places I've been in town and I will leave it at that because I don't want to spoil anything. Tim ran our room and was amazing with getting it set up and with a couple of clues that we needed. Will definitely be back!

Fun experience! It was challenging solving the "museum" room. More elaborate than i anticipated! Kim was our host and did a great job working with us. Thanks, we'llbe back for the "dungeon"!

Family group of 6 ages 14 to 45. All of us had prior escape room/puzzle room experience (8-10 different rooms at various places). We did Loose Sleuth with Ryan and had a great time. Very clever puzzles but not so hard a clue was required. Ryan was great for setting up the room's storyline before we started and then answering questions after we escaped. We found it similar to Trapped Puzzle Rooms which we've also really enjoyed for cleverness of the puzzles. Highly recommend!

Our office team went to PuzzleWorks and had a great time! It was my first escape room experience. Not knowing what to expect, I was very impressed. It was super fun and a great team building experience. Our game master, Andi, was wonderful! She gave us clues when we needed help, and even could tell when we were close to solving something but just couldn't get it. Her help was greatly appreciated! I would definitely go back!

This experience was a blast! We did the Dungeon escape room and it was complex enough to keep everyone in the group busy. Nico was fun and engaging and did a great job getting our group set up and helping us when needed. 😉 Highly recommend!

Karen was our host for our December trip to Puzzle Works and she did a fantastic job showing hospitality! Me and my partner went to an escape room here for our one year anniversary in December. This was our second adventure as we celebrated my sisters birthday here in April as well. Very very fun and exciting and I highly recommend. The staff are always nice and welcoming as well. First time I went we had a group of 10 or so, the second time it was only 2 of us. Have fun if you decide to go and thanks again Karen!

I organized a group of 33 friends in 4 rooms, and everyone had a blast. From puzzle-masters to newbies, it was fun for all! We love Puzzleworks. My family and I have now done three of the four current rooms, and we’re excited for the fifth one to open up soon. Collin, our gamemaster, was great and helpful, but knows the balance of only helping if needed. Nick, the manager, was SO helpful and accommodating while trying to organize such a big group on a busy Saturday evening. Thanks for a super fun night out Puzzleworks!!

Did their loose sleuth room with a group of 8, it was a decently challenging but fair puzzle that still worked with so many people. Would recommend. Andi was very friendly and funny, and was happy to talk to us about the design of the puzzle after we were done which I appreciated!

Niko ( I hope I am spelling this right) was amazing friendly and did a wonderful job setting us up for for success in The Hospital. Very fun room with wonderful thematics.

Our escape room experience at PuzzleWorks was really fun! The puzzles were tricky but we managed to solve them all in time, and had a lot of fun in the process. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped set the tone for our spooky haunted escape room, and was available to give us hints if we needed them. Overall, this was an awesome experience and I highly recommend checking it out!

Ryan was great! Very welcoming and supportive. They made a great atmosphere for a really fun room (vault). It was super immersive, plenty of fun puzzles for people with all types of puzzling preferences. The best escape room experience I’ve had here in the Twin Cities. We will definitely be coming back.

Our family completed the Haunted Museum! It was a very fun escape room with lots of thrilling moments. Thanks to our great host Andi who really got into character! Highly recommend! We will be back to try more rooms for sure!

The “Dungeon” was a great escape room! All of the puzzles were well-connected to each other, as well as to the theme of the room. They range from easy to very difficult. Our puzzle master, Brianna, was great. She checked in with us beforehand about how often we wanted to be asked for hints, and she kept to our request. A difficult room, but very rewarding! We had a great time, and just barely squeaked in under the wire to complete the room in under an hour.

My first visit was The Dungeon which is a must do room. Second was Loose Sleuth, with our awesome game master Collin. For the second room we took my nine year old daughter and she loved it for her first escape room. Both her and I are excited to do more rooms at PuzzleWorks.

The dungeon escape room was an amazing experience. The puzzles were very diverse and just the right amount of challenging. Laura was our game master and she did an awesome job.

PuzzleWorks was great! This was my first time at their newer location and it was a blast. We did the Dungeon. The puzzles were well balanced, challenging without being impossible, and a lot of fun. There were some unique twists to them that I haven’t seen before, which is nice. Kim was a perfect host! She got a good understanding of our escape room experience and let us direct how much help she would give. So much fun!

My work team and I had a great time at PuzzleWorks. The Vault Room was really challenging and definitely tested our teamwork skills, which is what we were hoping for. The staff was great and set us up for success. We will definitely be going back.

GIVE NICO THAT DESERVED TIP! First time at an escape room for us four and couldn’t have enjoyed the experience better without Game Master, Nico. Throwing hints at us when we were stuck but didn’t ask for help (much appreciated ‘cause we ended up being more comfortable asking for hints), coming in to fix the equipment immediately to reduce time waste, and always down to answer any questions we had about how everything worked! We hope Nico had fun watching us get scared and overreact at the jump scares because we definitely left that room with a lot of funny memories. Our highlight of the day! Inspired us to do more escape rooms!

This escape room was such a great time for our group! The hospital themed room had some fun puzzles and I’d love to return to check out more of their rooms. Our game master, Alex, did such a great job introducing the game, making us comfortable, and making our experience memorable.. we highly recommend!
