Very rude night shift manager or whatever she is I went to this location on Wednesday 10/5/2022 about 10:15 p.m. for a car wash that I purchased which is the $11 car wash I went through the machine it sprayed water and soap only on half of my vehicle and the machine was done in 30 seconds after I went in to tell the black shirt manager what happened she started telling me that the car wash did it’s cycle and that she can only give me a $7 car wash and I told her no it did not go through the whole cycle and that I payed for a $11 car wash not the $7 car wash and we went back and forth about this she than proceeds to tell me “well I’ve been here for 8 and a half hours and nobody has complained yet” well finally she did give me a new code for an $11 wash (which the code didn’t work) and another person had the same problem and came in complaining well after the second person complained she finally decided to go check the car wash out and when she came back out of the car wash she goes “somebody ran into the arch so the car wash is broken” and it’s like I just tried telling you that but you wanted to have an attitude about it and not believe me because nobody else complained before me. I don’t know if she needs to go through some new customer training program or video or whatever but I’ve been in the customer service business for 17 years and still in the customer service business and I would have never acted the way she did!

I know everywhere is short of help right now but the cashier I encounter today it was ridiculous. Honestly she look like she was on something because she couldn’t even comprehend me telling her I was getting a refill. I said this is a refill she said no this ain’t a refill. I said yes it is a refill and then I referred to the lady behind her that I showed it to when I first got there. Ask them how much a refill was she said it she wasn’t sure but it was at least half the cost of the regular pup. This was a XXL soda. Trying to charge me 189 for it. Then 169 and she didn’t even do anything to the register it’s like she just change the price in her head. I know it’s only a pop but like I said my XXL was more than halfway full when I got in there if I knew I was gonna be charged that much I would’ve gotten a small and added it to my pop. Not only that staff sitting there talking to customers where you have to walk around them all over by the pop machine this place is a joke! Holidays in East Saint Paul are better than this one.

This is a SPECIAL gas station. I mean, it's got typical holiday stationstore fare and it can get obnoxiously busy, (especially during peak hours) but it's only busy because it's the best gas station in the area by far. It's mostly due to the staff, they are excellent in pretty much every way possible. This is time sensitive obviously (the date of this review is 11/2022, I have no idea if this is accurate but it was at the time I wrote it!) but Jade and Lydia are real standouts. Friendly, professional, outgoing, and helpful, the staff is much better than they need to be. Other than that it's basically just a normal Holiday store with all that entails, but you can tell by the sometimes wild amount of people shopping there that it's the best gas station for miles in any direction.

Nice people and a good inventory of snacks and breakfast goodies (Doughnuts). Can be busy at times, good location. They also carry plenty of things needed in winter.

November 2023 This Holiday is always better stocked than the Speedway down the street. Staff is friendly and helpful. This Holiday no longer has video screens on the coolers. They removed them 👍👍👍 One (small) drawback to this Holiday: it’s busy because it’s so popular.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR REWARDS. I went there because I got a text for a deal on 12 packs of soda and they would NOT honor the coupon. They said they wouldn’t because they aren’t a Circle K… Yet the employee was wearing a Circle K shirt.

Absolute worst customer service from the male working overnight. (couldn't see name tag) very rude and told us to get going within being there for 2 maybe 3 minutes at most. Said this while filling up fountain drinks. Couldnt believe how rude he was. The female that checked us out was very helpful and very nice. Even with that my visit doesnt deserve more than 1 star. Very disappointed and irritated with my visit.

My teenage daughter recently had her first major roadside issue while driving alone and needed to stop at this Holiday store for help. She was out of sorts but well taken care of by the staff (callout to C.J.) and I want them to know that they are appreciated!!

I was at this station today and had the hose attached on the opposite side of my car. The attendant stops my pump and calls me on the PA system to turn my car around and do another transactions to continue pumping. I was in the middle of washing my windshield and he gets on the PA *again* to “remind me”. Bro I am in the middle of wiping down my windshield, I heard you clearly the first time. They have no signage up about not stretching the hose across and there’s very little room to turn around. While I was there he pa’d two other pumps. Seems like someone who’s a control freak?

I just went in to let them know about their car wash was malfunctioning and did not properly dry my car. They told me it working properly and it's just water and let a customer behind me huckle me. I've worked for a gas station and I've never treated my customers in such a way.
