** UPDATED I was contacted and the issue was resolved. The next time I went in, it was great, and the experience was as it usually is. Much appreciated! **** Usually we don’t have a bad experience but they were so rude today. The woman taking our order was short with us and all we did was place an order. I asked for a small cup of ice and she was mad. We didn’t get it. And I paid 100% of the money asked but got 50% of the food. The cane sauce containers were nearly empty, my lemonade was watered down. My chicken tasted like it was cooked in burnt oil, or cigarette ash (I can’t image it actually being cigarette ash, it only has the taste). I don’t know what happened there today but in this economy it’s not worth throwing away your money. Usually we are so full after our meal, we were still very much hungry and had to also pay to go somewhere else.

My first time ever eating food from here. The staff was friendly and very helpful to our questions. The service was quick and we were out of there within 2 minutes for take out. The food didn't taste any different from any chicken finger/chicken tender I had before. Lastly, the dining area was kept cleaned and neat so that's a nice plus.

Chicken was alright. Fries were terrible. I can make better frozen French fries at home. They were soggy and I don't think even had salt on them. The bread was also just alright. My partner asked for no ice in their drink and they gave us the drink with ice anyways and acted so annoyed when we asked them to give us one with no ice. I won't be back.

I spent 10 plus for this 3 piece combo and it looks like a kids meal.

While this place doesn't have a lot of different menu items what it serves, they serve consistently well. The chicken strips are excellent!! Hands down the best chicken strips I've ever had. They are plump, with a soft yet crisp breading and tender moist checken on the inside... mmm so good!! It comes with a unique dipping sause that has just the right kind of zing and the price of thick bread, that seems like it came from a fancy Italian restaurant, is so perfect for cleaning out the cup of any remaining dipping sauce. The only negative thing about is a slightly awkward entrance , and if you go through the drive-thru but wanted to sit in the parking lot you have to go through twice but once you get that figured out super easy

I placed a curb side pickup order and was there 12 minutes later to pick it up. I waited 20 minutes before going in to see if they had it ready. It had been sitting on the to-go rack getting cold. I went in and asked if they had an order for me. One guy just pointed at the pick up rack. There were 5 employees sitting at the front counter talking. I brought cold food home for the family. The food was still good after throwing it in the air fryer, though.

Great food, as always! Surprising and quite nice to find a southern fried chicken finger chain that doesn't forget its roots in its franchises up north. I was a bit sad that they were out of sweet tea for the full "experience." To be fair though, it was late in the evening, and my Caniac combo was both hot and fresh. Cane's, if you're listening, please come to Central Florida ASAP! Thanks again!

I usually go through the Drive Thru, and the service is friendly, professional and fast. The Box Combo was good, especially the Texas Toast. The chicken strips tasted good - perfectly seasoned and crispy, with the right amount of moist. The strips however seem to be getting lot smaller: each strip seems to be half the size they used to be just a year ago. The restaurant interior was spacious but had a little grimy feel to it. Overall an okay place for food going through the Drive Thru.

Went around 12:40pm on a Friday, pretty busy inside and out, they ran out of pump ketchup but would give you packets if they saw you by the pump. Staff were efficient and friendly considering they were hitting the end of the lunch rush. Food was hot and fresh, found a table inside easy enough.

I've come to this Raisin Canes for years since it opened. Today may be the last visit due to poor service. A mistake was made on my order and when I returned to inform them of the error instead of fixing it, I was accused by them of having eaten the food I paid for and never received. Which has never happened to me at any restaurant I've visited because everyone with common sense knows mistakes happen with fast food orders. I called them on an error the first time we were given the food and they tried to act like a side of fries gets added to the box instead of a separate small box- but they fixed that. This location absolutely needs better customer service training all around.

This place is ALWAYS jammed packed, has cars constantly lined up around the entire building from the very entrance even just to order from their drive thru!! Can't even lie though, there chicken never fails to be anything less than fresh n crispy, the Texas toast hits the spot, (there fries I could do with or without tbh)-N there famous sauce is always a bonus! I wanna say the sauce seems to be a mixture of mayo &/or sour cream/ranch(or sum other white sauce perhaps?!) Mixed in with sum sorta seasoning like seasoning salt or sumthin-Pretty basic from what you'd expect for them being so popular but--overall I would most def eat from there again!!

Staff was friendly as they apologized for the wait on a busy lunch rush. They were helpful in making sure the orders were correct. They even offered a drink carrier. Any question that were asked, they were able to answer. Prices are reasonable, location is busy, and on a busy stretch of roadway.

Kanes is always a great go to place for chicken. Service is always great. The workers always seem to be in a great mood. Its always clean when we dine in. Never had a less than great experience.

This is our favorite Canes to dine in at. The service and atmosphere sets it above the other locations I've been to that and the fact we've never had bad chicken here. Highly recommend this one

The food was great and the person who took my order was very friendly and helped me get the most out of my order. Moreover, there was a mistake with my order, but Jeffrey was an enormous help and went the extra mile to get things worked out for me. Great experience, great staff.

They had a Christmas Vacation promo for the holidays. Despite what most people think that movie has SO much relevance and there has NOT been a better Christmas flick. Maybe Bad Santa but cant show kids that one. Too much explaining while watching. They have a total 5 menu items served in different variations. 3, 4, and ,6 piece combo with crinkle cut fries sandwich with (you guessed it) chicken fingers in the middle being the ONLY other option. Texas toast, Cole slaw, Cane's sauce (which is awesome), and whatever Coke product or tea (both sweet and unsweetened) you want to drink. Very simple. Seriously that is the entire menu. They do have ketchup and napkins are edible (if you like paper) too.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the chicken fingers. They are quite good, full pieces of chicken and were juicy in the middle. Only disappoint was the fries were less than spectacular. Not really seasoned much and were not very crispy. I'd definitely eat there again though.

Just came in to use two free box combo cards and paid for two drinks and some extra sauce. Sat down and waited over 15 mins and went back to the counter to check on my food and the girl that took my order told me she didn’t know if I actually wanted to order the meals and that she just rang up the drinks and sauce. Are you serious? And to make it even worse, after she ACTUALLY put my order in, the fries were cold and the bread was hard. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I am a Caniac...I love the chicken fingers here....so good...fresh and hot..I was told the chicken is soaked in buttermilk for 12 hours..breaded..and made when ordered..it shows...and the sauce is so good too. This drive thru is always have a long line..sometines the line doubles around the building...but that's because it shows how good the food is and the line moves quickly. Staff is always nice..dining room is always clean. It shows if you keep your menu simple...specialize in their main delicious item...the chicken ..and other great items and make it delicious every time instead of 100 mediocre items...people come back and again..I actually bought a gator mask early in the pandemic...it was pink and I wore it all the time for my "mask"...free advertising...lol

Love the chicken here. Whenever I am in the area I am happy to go and get some since this chain is not a thing in nj

I've become addicted to this place. They have a very simple menu. The drive through is always busy. The chicken strips are very tasty. I get The Caniac each visit: 6 chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, two dipping sauces, and a 32 oz. drink. The coleslaw is not great, just average. Everything else is quite tasty. My only negative is no dessert menu. They have dine-in available, but I always use the drive through. The staff is always friendly and they never got an order wrong so far. 4/5

The size of the chicken pieces I received today were tiny compared to what I have received in the past. At least it tasted great! Bread was small and not as good as it has been previously.

Always long drive thru lines, it was alright! I prefer Chik Fil A. Very friendly employees though and very fast. Will try Raising Cane's other menu items!! 🍗

Portions are getting smaller while the price is increasing.....I like 'Popeyes' more but I really miss 'Boston Market'!!! Not 1 item on 'Boston markets' menu, would I pass on! 'Canes' coleslaws isn't that good but the cup they use for service is 1/2 the meal. Just call me 'Olive Oil' & be on my way to a better deal for my meal!

Absolutely perfect!! Amazing chicken, they did a great job with everything, sauce is amazing, maybe some BBQ sauce too. Just a suggestion!

This is one of the better chicken restaurants in town. The chicken seems like good quality. I feel that there is actually meat there vs mostly breading. I don't care for the toast or cole slaw but that is just my taste. I know a lot of people that like it. I love the sauce they have for the chicken. It is great. I will eat here again.
