4/5 Prim I. 1 year ago on Google
My
first
time
trying
hot
pot
here
and
I
enjoyed
it.
It’s
a
good
alternative
to
my
regular
hotpot
place
if
I
didn’t
want
to
drive
to
MPLS.
The
service
was
quick,
attentive
and
very
nice.
We
were
sat
immediately
on
Friday
night,
as
dinner
progressed
the
restaurant
eventually
filled
up
but
there
wasn’t
a
wait.
I
ordered
the
Tom
Yum
soup
base,
they
have
the
$5
and
the
$10
options.
$5
option
is
more
than
plenty
for
two
people.
For
sides
we
had
sirloin
beef,
chicken
meatballs,
pork
belly,
udon
noodles
and
Japanese
pumpkin.
I
highly
recommend
ordering
the
pork
belly,
you
can’t
really
go
wrong
with
pork
belly
in
hotpot.
If
you
have
tried
Japanese
pumpkin
take
this
occasion
and
try
it,
the
flavor
is
sweet,
buttery,
savory-
comparable
to
a
sweet
potato
sans
the
texture.
As
for
the
Tom
yum
broth-
it
was
okay,
I
wouldn’t
recommend
it,
Tom
Yum
usually
has
a
distinct
taste
of
sour,
fragrant
and
a
bit
spicy-
on
this
occasion
I
did
order
mike
per
preference
of
my
guest-
BUT,
the
soup
definitely
lacked
the
usual
Tom
Yum
taste.
I
would
be
back
to
try
the
other
soups.
**Tip**
There
is
a
sauce
station
along
the
wall:
mix
it
all
together-
and
add
extra
cilantro.
I
love
cilantro.
Cup
of
ice
cream
is
included
with
your
meal,
vanilla,
chocolate
and
strawberry.
Help
yourself
from
the
freezer.
