I don’t really post reviews on here but this time I think it was worth to warn others. This lady (not sure her name) has always been extremely rude at my friend and I. We are regular customers, we go there to buy things for ourselves and for fun. Every time we’ve gone she yells at us for random rules she makes up on the spot. I avoid paying when she’s the only one at the cashier because she’ll overcharge us and make us weigh things that were being sold per piece (we had to get a manager to approve our purchases 2 times in the past, since she overcharges us). Today, she went past the limits. We had purchased many things, so I told my friend to wait for me by the door while I brought my car from the parking lot. She told my friend she couldn’t wait inside the store and that she couldn’t take the cart out (which we didn’t take out, we saw a sign!) When I pulled up, I went inside to grab my paid items from the cart and load up the car. She came out the store and said she was going to call the police on us because we went through the door with the cart (mind you, the cart was still inside the store) while we were loading up our car. She started yelling at us, my friend told her if she could please stop being so rude to us because we were not being disruptive or disrespectful to her. She started cussing us off. I’ve attached a photo of her Karen moment, calling the police on people of color for literally nothing. Not sure if this lady has mental problems or is a racist, even when we don’t use her service (as a cashier) she still finds ways to insult us. It’s so strange because my friend and I are two young professionals that cause absolutely no scenes and we respect laws, policies and rules. We’re wondering if more people go through this with her or if it’s just us? This is so sad but we plan to now shop at the other outlet in Brooklyn area because we fear this woman. I left feeling shaky from dealing with her, it’s not even healthy at this point.

Prices up again! Highest in the country! Higher than New York and better neighborhoods! So for years we have been coming to goodwill. Today this location has the highest price per pound in the country. The merchandise is all tagged and picked through. People are now heading to Salvation Army. It’s all over social media that this location is the worst. In 2023 they have gone downhill. Pictures of female employee cherry picking anything of value. All goodwill retail tags. If it didn’t sell in the store what good is it? It used to be the best!!!!now it is the worst!!! Instagram and TikTok are right. The worst in the country.

I volunteer nearby, so I frequently stop by this to poke very briefly before my shift. Why are you guys regularly locking your doors around 5:40 when you close at 6? Please stop doing this :(

Horrible experience. They say they close at 6 but in reality they close at 5:30. I wouldn’t have a problem with this if the store hours advertised accurately reflected when they operate. Coincidentally, a group of 5 people, including myself, arrived at 5:30. They rudely didn’t want us there. We’re searching through the bins and essentially being harassed by the “security guard” following us saying you have 10 minutes to get to the register but he’s not insisting this to the people that were already inside (it wasn’t busy). After 5 minutes of being followed and yelled at, 3 of us left. We had plenty of time to check the bins and go to the registers (albeit 10 minutes was enough time to do at least a little search) but we felt so unwelcomed that we decided to leave everything we had interest in buying. We went to the other Goodwill which is two train stops away and the staff at this other place was so much nicer. Rude staff with a superiority complex deserves 0 stars. Save your peace and go to the other Goodwill in St. Paul. It’s 2 floors and the staff is nice.

I come here all the time to source things for my Depop shop. Never leave empty handed and always find at least a few great pieces! Super easy to turn a profit with the low prices. Bring gloves, know your audience, and look for any trending brands.

I came here with my daughter because she has an online vintage clothing thing going on and I couldn't believe how people were acting! They were like straight up animals fighting over some garbage!!.. I'm not saying everything here is garbage but damn!! Chill out people 😂 this is someone else's trash.. no need to be so aggressive and savage

The old white guy in the check out is super rude and impolite. He try to get as much money as he could. He weighed pulse, shoes separately and silverware he changed $0.5-$2 each. Not a good service

Honestly my first time going there wasn’t that bad.DONT LET THE BAD COMMENTS DISCOURAGE YOU!!i will say it might just depend on what time you go there I went around 4 and it wasn’t 2 crowded so I found lots of good clothes that fit my style (senior in highschool) but I will say MAKE SURE YOU BRING MASKS AND GLOVES AND YOUR OWN BAGS WHEN ITS TIME TO CHECKOUT!!(sorta like Aldi but you can’t buy bags you have to bring your own)When me and my friend went to checkout there wasn’t a line at all and everything costed 20.17$ altogether (2 jackets,3 pairs of jeans,2 tank tops, 1 shirt and one New York hat). ( her stuff was like 6.23$ I forgot what she got) luckily I had brought some Walmart bags so I didn’t have to carry the stuff I bought in my bare hands. Now as far as staff I didn’t have a problem at all and when me and my friend were about to leave there was this old lady that couldn’t find her keys so the employees went out of their way to go to her car in another parking lot to find them I wish I had got their names. Now I will say the place is dirty and they had flies everywhere but what do you expect at a place that sells used goods.Overall experience 10/10

Love the bins. There's a lot of great stuff you can get for cheaper than normal. That being said, I wish there was some policy that could be put in place to limit some of the scalpers. People will come in and fill up four to five carts and just leave them sitting there "claimed." These carts take up a lot of space. There's also a lot of aggressive behavior with some of these regulars shoving and grabbing things out of peoples' hands. It just sucks that it's so hard to find things/enjoy being there when people are coming just to grab and resell, even heard a lady say "I just got 150 from a shirt I sold from here." Sad.
