The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. The staff are helpful and friendly. And the cats are 11/10.

Absolutely phenomenal shop that feels very close-to-home. The employees are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and you can't beat their prices if you know what to look for. Plus, ya know, cats are a solid plus. Definitely my primary shop now.

I called the shop today and received an automated message that all associates were busy at the time and so I decided to call again later. GUYS-- within the hour I received a call back from Chad who was able to answer all of my questions and give recommendations. Absolutely above and beyond, I couldn't believe that level of customer service! When I went in it was an excellent experience, clean shop, friendly atmosphere, ran like a well oiled machine! Very over priced. Felt very targeted as a person of color. They wouldn't accept my id from outta state and told me it looks fake. As I was walking towards my car after being denied service, one of the workers went up to his coworker (talking to him) then proceeded to point at my car laughing at me.

Don't get ripped off by tobacco store and other shops that charge double the price for juice and coils. This place is legit and the people that work there are legit. The cats are also legit.

Incredible store. Staff was VERY knowledgeable on everything, and great giving recommendations. Very wide selection of mods and liquids. I will go back to them every time. Absolutely my favorite place for my vape needs. They have always greeted me at the door and always been more than helpful. This place just has a great vibe to it.

The gents that work here are always nice and helpful. They know their products and suggest good alternatives if my favorite is out of stock. Since moving last year it's a longer trip but worth it for the excellent customer service and familiarity. Loyalty to businesses that treat their customers well is paramount for me. They certainly deserve an increase in pay considering the employees are the reason I keep coming back.
