All in all iit was a very good experience. The waiting room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was able to get my issues addressed in first visit. Had a blue light treatment today. The medical tech "Z" was wonderful. She was very helpful. An asset to the office. Cant say enough about the quality of help and concern all the staff gives to make sure your getting the best care.

If I could give 20 stars I would! Super easy to schedule an appointment, ALL staff are friendly and helpful, and I never have a long wait time. I have been seeing Lou Ann Heckman for many years and she is amazing along with her staff! Lou Ann Heckman is always attentive and I always feel so much better after my appointments since I know that I'm getting the best care from the best team. Remarkable results and with having very sensitive skin, I'm in the best care with Lou Ann and her staff!!!!

Dr Miller has been my doctor for 22 years, he is at the top of his game. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable in his field. His assistant, Z, helped me to feel calm during a skincare procedure. Her energy is very Zen and I’m happy she was there to hold my hand, literally. 👍🌸

Great! I appreciated them hearing all of my concerns and offering solutions. In the past they have been pretty efficient however this time I was in the room waiting for roughly 45 minutes which was a bit of an inconvenience. Total waiting time was about an hour despite me being on time for my 8:50am appointment. I’d still recommend since my first appointment went smoothly. I should note I had a different doctor this time. Both were great when it comes to care and attention.

I recently had Mohs surgery for basil cell carcinoma, on my forehead. I was very apprehensive because of the location of the surgery and potential for scarring. Dr Witfill was recommended to me and I could not be happier with the outcome. It's only been a few weeks and you can barely see the scar on my forehead. Outstanding work! They run a very efficient, professional operation there!

If you want to wait 1 hr for a routine skin check appointment this is your place. I was an established patient so there was no paperwork or insurance holdup. My appointment was with the nurse practitioner, Bonnie. Do not go here if you have anything else scheduled for that day. Your time is not valued.

This is a top notch office with an excellent staff from the front office to the back. I’m grateful for Lou Ann and her ability to know just what the best action is to take, especially dealing with precancerous actinic keratosis. I highly recommend Bay Dermatology!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a dermatology group down here that I can feel confident in. Luann and the whole staff have been incredibly welcoming, but more importantly effective with treatment and information.

Was a little disappointed in the end. Initially my appointment was with the dermatology practitioner (not sure that is her title). I have keratosis on both arms. She told me if I get the blue light treatment all of the redness and red marks would go away. I had 2 treatments. The prep for both treatments was different. The girl "Z" was amazing. She wrapped my arm with plastic for the waiting period where the other girl did not. The doctor Kristin Witfill comes in very quickly to scrape the spots and leaves. It just feels like no personal time at all. Went for my follow-up and I asked her how long will it take for the spots to go away. She told me they will never go away that they are only treated. I was beside myself because I was looking forward to them going away as I was told initially. It would just be nice if the proper information was given to me so I would not be so disappointed and if the preparing processes were the same coming from the same office. To a degree I felt like it was get me in/get me out. Sorry for the way I feel.

I called them and asked if they take my insurance. They said yes. I gave her my insurance card Information and made an appointment. When I first arrived the front staff member called and confirmed they take my insurance before she let us finish signing in Once again they said they take in I had two appointments at their office and two appointments with other places they required me to see and had blood work before they suddenly decided to tell us they don't take my insurance On the phone they said since it was their mistake they will eat the cost However when I went in there to pick up my file that was supposed to be ready (it wasn't), the front staff was incredibly rude and demanded we pay. After waiting patiently in the waiting room for the main staff to get off their "lunch break" we were told that they refused to talk to us. My dad and I remained calm and didn't raise our voice. They spoke to us in all lies and attitude The lack of accountability from them was insane. We now have a bill for 300 dollars for just one few minutes long appointment where I wasn't even treated. They also falsely document events and fail to document events to their advantage. I am not confrontational and I've never written one negative review for any of the 100 of doctors that I've seen I just wanted to warn all of you because this is just the tip of the iceberg of our negative experience.
