Parking is really close to the beach. You pay until 8pm, I believe, is 4 dollars for 2 hours minimum. There are bathrooms, umbrellas, and paddle boards for rent, so if you are looking for something accessible this is a good place to go. If you are looking for a less crowded place, this is not an option . It gets really crowded even on weekdays . The sunset view is amazing it worth it. No alcohol or dogs allowed. They close the restrooms at 8pm

St. Pete is popular for Pier and other places. Its beach is not that famous as compared to Siesta Key and Clearwater Beach but it's beautiful. If you don't want much people on the beach then this can be a right place for you. We went on New Year's Eve specially for Fireworks and it was an excellent experience. I'd like to share some beautiful pictures of Fireworks.

This place is heaven on earth! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL! One of the most beautiful beaches in the United States hands down! We love visiting this beautiful place. Nothing compares to the beautiful crystal clear waters of the gulf coast. The sunsets on St Pete beach are some of the most beautiful of all! No matter where we go, we always end up comparing it to this stretch of beaches. Absolutely beautiful. You won’t regret visiting this beautiful beach. Yes…I keep repeating beautiful, because it really is beautiful.

Visited it during feb 2021, people are maintaining social distance. Parking is around 3$ for 2 hrs but you can choose the time. The beach is clean. The view in the evening is amazing.

I have seen a lot of beaches in my day. This one is one of my favorites. Not very crowded, clean and the sand is fine and lovely. A walk on the beach in the morning was perfect. We will be back next year!

Beautiful beach!! If you’re looking for white sand, clean and clear water, this is the place! It wasn’t over crowded and did not see a bunch of trash lying around. We came in April, the water was warm and the weather couldn’t get any better. It has a very laid back, relaxing feel.

St. Pete Beach is really beautiful! I came here a few years ago on Christmas Day with my family and it was so lovely. The quality of the sand isn’t quite what you’ll find at Clearwater Beach, but it’s still worth a visit. :-)

Great location with lots of food and shops nearby. Sun Runner bus stops here. So you can ride in and avoid parking on busy days.

The view is gorgeous and the area is clean. We brought our own tent and planty of space to settle down since we got there early. We were there for the sun rise and arrived around 6:40 am, there are people parking there already, we paided for the parking which is $20 from 7am to 8pm. When we leave around 1pm, i found a citation requesting $75 for not paying for parking. Very confused, office is closed for the weekend and holiday but I'll call Tuesday to find out why.

Lovely beach with nice white sand, when the water is clean and warmer than the bath at home this is the place to chill out. You can hire beach equipment, with a number of shops over the road. The restrooms look a little dated but are clean, a shower stand also available. A paid parking lot at Machine.

Parking was $3.45 for 45 minutes. The beach was nice, but the path there from the parking lot was full of burs that stuck into my foot, and my daughter's hand. I recommend wearing shoes and staying in the middle of the path if possible. Then check your clothes and towels before sitting down

One of the best beaches around. While it does sometimes get crowded, especially during tourist season, it’s a really beautiful beach. Clean, soft sands. The guys that rent out the chairs and cabanas are super awesome. Beach shoes not needed for this amazingly soft sand.

Parking is not so easy to find, but the beach itself is great.

9-3-23 Beach was open and beautiful, didn't see any hurricane damage here. It wasn't even too crowded with it being a holiday weekend, the parking lot was hectic but the beach was great. Water was colder than last weekend, but beautiful and wonderful. So many shells all over. And I'm not sure if there are always octopus out there or if just from the storm, but we found over 10 baby octopus hiding in shells. It was very nifty

Beautiful beach! White sugar sand beaches, clean and great to walk along. Easy to walk miles in either direction (N-S) with multiple resorts dotting the way. Beautiful sunsets and wonderful views. Great place to stop and enjoy the local marine and avian life common to this area. Don’t be surprised to see the occasional dolphin, egret, cormorant, pelican, etc. If you are visiting the area, be sure to stop here! Please familiarize yourself with the local regulations. From postings, animals are not permitted on the beach. Additionally alcohol is also not permitted. These notes are from my personal review of postings during my visit. Please look for and check regulations and postings prior to your own visit to verify this information.

Beautiful white sandy beach. Some people fish while some others relax. Swimming is not allowed. Do i recommend? Yes. Cost: Free Parking on-site

The beach has soft sand and nice clean water. It is a nice peaceful beach compared to Clearwater and other ones in the area. The town vibe is great too. There isn’t much to do around the beach so that’s why i did not give it a 5 star but otherwise no complains. Would definitely visit again for a relaxing holiday.

Absolute amazing views. One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been too. The sunrise to the sunset were just breathtaking, and the set up is rather good whether you are staying locally or visiting out of town. Just was in love with this place. Plus I got engaged on this beach too

White sands, blue skies, and clear waters. What's not to like about St. Pete Beach. I flew into Tampa and the locals suggested St. Pete for a beach day trip. There are rental chairs and umbrellas available. Beach bars and inns line the coastline if you want to stay close or pop in for a cocktail/food. 9.8/10

Fantastic beach, went here in the morning, very calm waves (it almost felt like you were in an improved pool), not super crowded. My family and I rented an umbrella and two reclined chairs (many are already placed when you arrive), the rate was $10 and hour. There were also three volleyball courts but not a lot of space on one side of the net.

A beautiful beach. We were here durring chilly weather, 40 degrees, so everyone was bundled up. It was nice and relaxing walking on the beach and finding shells, there weren't crowds of people which was quite nice. The most gorgeous sunsets are here and I definitely recommend taking some photos if you have the opportunity and walking along the beach with your loved ones.

If you are the beach goer that acts like you're the only one there, then welcome to your beach. 90% of the people here have that attitude. If you want to relax on the beach, you'll have to come at night. The sand is great, the water is nice, the parking is good, & the people that choose this beach at horrible

I always enjoy visiting St. Pete beaches. Good vibes and usually clean. There’s a dog beach at pAssagrille too. Lots of options to eat and shop. Beware of parking!

👍👍 Great little dog park with white sandy beach. It’s a little small but not very busy. I visited in January and this was by far the best spot for a morning sunrise.
