Ordered through door dash. 1 of the 4 items was made correctly. Most of the food looked like it had been sitting in a food warmer for hours. All of it was cold.

I'd rate this place higher, but the last couple times we've tried to go after a hockey game at the nearby RecPlex they've closed early. It's fine if you don't want to stay open late, but pick your hours and keep to them. We'll be heading somewhere else for post game beers from here on out. Not worth the drive if it's a coin flip on whether they're open or not.

Had an excellent experience here. I was really pleased they allowed my son to come in with us. Really enjoyed our burgers as the meat tasted fresh and was well seasoned. Service was great as well and we will most certainly be back the next time we are in the St Louis area!

There's never a dull moment. Food is great. The service is wonderful. Owners make you feel like family. Amazing place. Fun and favorable. Best time to go is Sunday through Wednesday or else you're hiring a crowd. If you're a people person it's the place to be on busy nights. If not, then the other days are best.

Very warm in the building they had both doors open it’s 73 outside, I could have maybe sat outside being cooler. They did have some air flow with fans I did notice some debris flying around tho landing on my table and food.

Great food and fun atmosphere! I love music bingo, and they offer it almost every day. Best burger and fries in town.

Had ordered Mascots burgers for takeout twice before and they were really great until today. The burger I just brought home was supposed to be well done but was almost raw inside. Had to throw it away. I don't like wasting money like this so unfortunately the inconsistency in quality will make me not want to return and gamble on whether or not it will be cooked right.

The food is definitely bar food ,, nothing to make it stand out from any other bars .. I order chicken tenders and pickle fries tender were like tender from ALDIs not saying they came from there but not what was expected.. pickle fries were burnt.. bugs flying over the food when it comes to the table/ bar.. the cook walks around with his pants hanging off his rear

I’ve been waiting for a call back for a double charge that occurred on October 20th and it’s been four days now and I have not gotten a phone call or anything no communication of any sort and it’s infuriating. Nothing was ever communicated with me and I stand by that. I called SATURDAY before coming up to the bar and the phone was never answer. I had to physically come up to the bar and write my information down and was told by the bartender you weren’t in and that you would get back with me. I even came back up to the bar Saturday night to play bingo and someone mentioned you would contact me when it was taken care of because you had not been in. No one ever told me this was the banks issue and this happens. Other wise I would have never posted about this on a public platform.

The wait time was reasonable, 25 min. on a Friday. The food was delicious. My children and grandchildren all enjoyed their food. My ribs fell off the bone and tasted great! It was well worth the wait! We will be returning.

Some reviews said kid friendly.. Me and my kids wanted to grab a bite to eat so we came here. Nobody said anything to us. We stood at the door & everyone stared like we were in the wrong place, it was weird. We ended up leaving. More of a bar. Would be fun for a girls night or date night. Even lunch. Just be prepared to not be talked to. Their food is delicious though! We’ve ordered it so many times!

Great people make a great bar and at mascots they have great people. The liquor selection needs updating and they could probably stand to get new furniture but I still give it 4 out of 5. The food is pretty good too

I can't drink currently, but the food is great. The burgers are great, as well as the onion rings and pretzel bites. I find that they sometimes put a little too much sauce on the buffalo chicken wrap, but it's still quite good.

I recently took my entire staff here for employee appreciation day. Mascots crew was fast and worked hard to create a great dining experience for our group of around 20 people. The food and service were both amazing!

Though their menu has some variety, I've honestly never made it past the burger section! The lunch specials and friendly service keep a group of friends and I coming back regularly. Burgers are always prepared perfectly - the inferno version with the jalapenos is not to be missed!

OMG! The food here is awesome! The staff is very informative and friendly, this was my first time here. Had the double cheese burger w/bacon and a side of tater tots. The burger was HUGE and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend eating here.

Food is pretty good standard bar prices as far as that goes. Def a sports bar feel lots of lcd screens to watch sports plenty of drinks and shot specials. Staff is attentive and on top of it. Relaxed atmosphere little on the smaller side but not a dive hole in the wall.

It was your typical bar room food. Took an hour but burger was decent everything else such as boneless wings(we ordered bone in) were more breading than chicken. Won’t be coming back was not great quality for the price we paid

Our new favorite place! The burgers are fantastic, and the tots are good as well. Came here for Sunday lunch and had a great experience. Highly recommend. Skip the chain and come here!

Music bingo every night. Trivia Sunday night. Tacos and margaritas specials Tuesdays. $5 burger special Sundays. Wish they had some more less fried food but other than that good. Brandon favorite server. Sometimes service a little slow but friendly. No smoking inside which is nice. Small sitting patio .

Mascots is incredible. I have been coming here for a few years now and the food, drinks, and staff never cease to amaze me. The food itself is great, but what really sold my boyfriend and me was how involved the owners were, not just at their own establishment and with their customers, but the community as well. Not to mention their daily music bingo is a plus. So, if you’re looking for somewhere to have good food or a few drinks while you play music bingo or just have a good conversation with nice people, definitely check out Mascots! :)

Went here after work about a month ago and forgot to leave a review. We stopped in for a drink and food before heading to a side job. The burger was awesome and the vanilla porter was excellent. After a few of those, we postponed our side job and stayed and drank for awhile. Also they have 3 Rangers Whiskey which is hard to come by. Great job guys. Definitely will be back

From drinks to $5 burger specials, I LOVE Mascots! The place is always so lively and wonderful to be at. I look forward to $5 burger Sundays every week! Of course, you can't go wrong with your favorite drink or beer there. Thanks Jen & Rob for having such a great place!
