Pricey but had a beautiful room and the bathroom was gorgeous. No breakfast but they do have a little cafe you can get food at in the lobby. Also has a little store with snacks and a few little meals. Pool was a decent size! Would definitely stay here again.

Terribly insulated. I can hear my neighbor listening to music on their cell phone. Awful taste in music at that. Additionally, I'm facing the interstate, it's incredibly loud. Finally, whomever the she/her looking individual is that checked me in last night was quite unpleasant. 0/10. Needs to chill tf out, get a diff job where you aren't customer facing - Trust me this job isn't for you, and that's ok.

Would not stay here again. We paid $175, expecting a decent stay at a nicer hotel. We got a dirty first floor handicap room that smelled like urine and had a very dirty shower. We booked a normal room with two beds, thinking we’d be able to get a higher floor room. We didn’t even mind staying on the 1st floor, but at least the room should’ve been cleaned before allowing someone to pay nearly $200 to stay in it. Not sure what happened here, but it seems like a lack of quality control with staffing, service, and the actual work the cleaners and other staff complete. We won’t be staying at this hotel in the future and I wouldn’t suggest anyone give this hotel their business, either. —- Management reached out and essentially said “Sorry, come give us more money and hopefully you’ll have a better experience.” Would’ve considered returning with some sort of credit for the ridiculous amount we had to spend when we couldn’t even take a shower, but that’s expecting a lot nowadays. Definitely will not be back to this location.

A short stay at this Marriott. The facility is clean and has a courteous and professional staff. There was a small issue one evening at the café in which I wanted to pay for a beer with cash which turned out to be a huge ordeal and the employee who helped me needed to go and get keys from her manager and then needed the manager's help to get into the register (I know, stop paying with cash). If you stay here, do your best to get a room on the back side of the building. Since the hotel is facing I70, the front rooms encounter a lot of noise from the highway. The room was clean, large, and recently updated. Very nicely laid out. The bed was more comfortable than most places I've stayed in the past year. Decent bar/café in the lobby with average prices.

They were great at the HOG rally and they gave me the rally discount. The bar was nice and the food was okay. Only complaint no free coffee except in the room and a continental breakfast would have been nice. It is a super nice Hotel.

Beautiful place nice rooms employees are wow outstanding, Jay, Lucas the lady with all different blue nails and the ladies this moring fantastic they only disappointment was the beds hard as concrete we even heard from others the beds are to hard the little couch is nice comphy to sit on . I and my lady has medical issues unable to sleep and we are so very thankful they let us stay until 2 before we left the room again place is fantastic the only down falt was the bed again that was the only bad experience now other same name places service was nit good just on and on but again that was other locations but again . I hope if you stay there be very nice to the employees they are all very very nice and out standing people even the house keeping very very fantastic people also . So Marriott get better beds softer . I'm sure other also would say they same thing and literally we literally talked to over 15 people they all said the same thing bed hard as concrete. But enjoyed talking and making friends with the employees. And you will also .

I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service during my recent stay. Jennifer's check-in and Jay's check-out were outstanding, and the room's cleanliness and fresh sheets made for a splendid experience. Your team's attention to detail, from the front desk to room quality, exceeded my expectations. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend your establishment to others.

I don't know which worker it is. But so guy in a base model Grey dodge charger that works night shift thinks he is so entitled to park where the guests park to check in and out of the hotel. My grandma had to walk from the parking lot because of him. I don't know what company allows workers to park in the very front. Nor do I understand why this base model car is so precious to this worker for him to park so rudely. He must carry illegal substances in the car if he "needs" it that close. For this simple reason my family nor I will be coming back if this is how you let workers act at this establishment.

I travel to the Courtyard Marriott, St. Peters, MO location for work every few months. There are two gentlemen that deserve mentioning.  Jay, the Operations Supervisor, is always smiling and extremely knowledgeable and helpful every single time I visit. This visit, I dined at the hotel's Bistro. Elliot served me up an amazing quesadilla with lemon zest which was a nice surprise and really drew out the flavors.  He went above and beyond with another customer to make her something to meet her dietary needs.  It's clear he takes pride in what he does and loves his job. It's incredibly refreshing to receive such phenomenal customer service!

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Front desk employees were friendly. Room was comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cold, a plus during the hottest time of the year. Location was easily accessible off the interstate. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Seems fairly new. Plenty of parking. Amazing team! JAY was professional and welcoming which was much appreciated by our travel-weary duo. Sami’s restaurant next door was fantastic!

Overall, not a bad experience. Room was clean enough but starting to get a little run down. Power went out, which was no fault of the hotel, but very frustrating that house keeping left the cleaning carts directly in the middle of the dark hallway. Improvements to be made, but overall not bad.

I’m very pleased with my experience at the Courtyard in St. Peters. One of my accommodation requests was overlooked, but Marco went out of his way to resolve the issue. Also, Jay is very knowledgeable about the hotel’s operations and went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable during my visit. Pleshette was also very kind and hospitable and provided stellar service at the bar/bistro. The staff here have completely surpassed my expectations, and it’s clear that their first priority is to ensure that every guest enjoys their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

This courtyard was a step above the rest! The whole team is amazing! The amenities are great. The atmosphere in general is a very inviting & happy place. The restaurant/ bar and pool were top-notch & friendly service. Our daughter had her birthday while we were staying & the staff had a surprise for her. 😀 the little things on such an important trip make an enormous positive difference while visiting my mother while she battles cancer. A huge thank you to this hotel for making our visit as wonderful as possible!

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in the area and it's due to the amazing staff! Jay always greats me with a smile and makes sure everything is top notch. Special thanks to Jaxon for going above and beyond to make my checkout extra smooth. Be sure to visit Elliot at the bar - you are guaranteed to laugh and have a great time. Thank you again to the entire amazing team who makes this a comfortable and delightful home away from home!

After a long road trip, I was happy that we were able to find a place to stay for the night. The lady at the front was sweet, but direct and wasn’t looking for conversation which is totally fine. But the rooms are DISGUSTING. There is hair all over the walls in the shower and the bed, crumbs on the floor in both the room and the bathroom, the towels had dust on them. Felt like nothing was cleaned from the last guest that was in the room.

The room was fine, but had a horrible stay. This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at and we will never come back. Arrived on a Friday and were placed in a room overlooking a fire pit and covered patio. We had asked for a room in a quiet location, and instead had to listen to a large party with music that was so loud even the AC couldn’t drown them out. We complained, but the noise continued until midnight. The following night, a Saturday, was even worse. When we complained, the management said they felt the noise was at a ‘reasonable’ level and the party, or ‘event’ as they liked to call it, continued until after 1am. This is not a hotel, it is an event center and should be labeled as such. Do not expect to get any sleep or rest if you stay here. We have always stayed at Courtyards and never have had any issues or complaints until this visit. We will ever stay at this hotel again. Horrible management (Jay). PS When we checked out another manager (Kristi) was at the front desk. She had read the back and forth we had with the rude night manager (Jay) and apologized for the horrible night we had and comped us for the previous nights’ stay. She explained a large party had leased out their event space and it had obviously gotten out of control. From other posts, it appears this is a norm at this hotel, so while we appreciate Kristi, we will definitely never return to this hotel.

Staff was very friendly! Room was pretty decent but no microwave. No free breakfast. Bistro was overpriced and does not offer a kids menu unfortunately. Starbucks coffee is offered. Pepsi products. Great location.

Kimmy, the nice lady at the front desk, provided OUTSTANDING customer service while during my business stay at this hotel. She exceeded my expectations by correcting rate issues I experienced that another representative said “fell through the cracks”
Thank you Kimmy for making my stay more pleasurable! 10/10 Kimmy is the best My room wasn’t as clean as I expected like hair still in the tub so I ended up cleaning it myself. This wasn’t an issue I brought to front desk due to being tired from traveling, just wanted to provide supporting reasons for why the room received 4/5 stars

I have to say the service of the concierge was great. From the service to the room, absolutely no complaint. A particular room that I wanted wasn't available because of a small convention of sorts. The gentleman, however, quickly made it worth my while and made sure that I was comfortable. Having the room that they had available to me. I asked about a continental breakfast being served which they didn't have. But again immediately said that I would be available to have a meal. At The cafe in the hotel. And I do have to say the food was excellent. I definitely went traveling to St. Louis again. Expect to stay at this establishment if available. They definitely have my business.

Jess at reception did a tremendous job of greeting our party and making us feel welcome! We had a great stay and have mentioned the on-site services to our friends:)

Friendly staff. Check in was smooth and quick. The lobby and exterior were clean. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the room at 64.

Jay had the most excellent customer service.. even though it was super late, he deserves a raise or a promotion. He even called to check and make sure are room was ok, you don't see that customer service anymore! Also the room was comfy. And clean.

Nice room. Very hard bed, didn't like that. Room nice size. Staff is friendly and outgoing. NO free breakfast!! As much as I paid it should have been. Companies are starting to nickel and dime you

Wasn’t sure what to expect but our room was very nice - well insulated, comfortable bed, and very nice bathroom. Love that the fan has a constant fan option so makes for white noise and a cool temp to sleep. We were worried when we walked in as the lobby is only ok and the elevator absolutely REEKED of weed but the room itself was very nice! Would stay here again!

Maybe I'm old but I have grown accustomed to having free morning coffee in the lobby wherever I have stayed. I do not require a free continental breakfast and I can afford a cup of coffee anywhere but I have never had to go back to my room for my wallet. The lady at the coffee bar was so nice and she helped with my early morning irritation of having to return to my room. The starbucks coffee is just so so and my wife and I only had one cup. If I have to pay for coffee I will pay for good coffee. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are nice except for the dirty shower and normally I would recommend except for the facility going cheap on the coffee.

Definitely in need of some improvements. My biggest issue was with the bathroom. Time to clean up the rust and mold. There was also no fan or airflow (or it was broken) and the bathroom stayed wet and moist for our 3 day stay. Nothing dried, pretty gross. Also, the placement of the towel rack directly next to toilet was simply disgusting, no other way to describe that. Someone didn’t think that through. From a hockey perspective, large rooms, easily fit gear. But again, given the moist bathroom, we kept air way down and A/C fan in room running constantly to try and dry anything out. Fridge, no microwave and they are still using gross try coffee makers. Bottom line, I’ve stayed in worse and I’ve stayed in much better. The very little interaction I had with the staff was great though, very nice and pleasant.

The bed is terrible. There are no suites here. The bedding for the pull out bed was too large. The pull out bed was only a full. There is no microwave. The toilet paper is 2ply. The room wasn’t amazingly clean. No free breakfast. Expensive for what you get. We stay locally in a king suite 10x a year and due to availability we stayed here for the holiday. The customer service is the best thing about this place.

Probably would not have made a review if it wasn't for the fact that they randomly charged my card 5 dollars a week after I checked out for using the internet. It's not the fact that they charge for internet but it's the fact they don't tell you and when I specifically asked for a printed receipt when I checked out and they couldn't give me one I should have known something shady was going on there. Overall it's a decent place but I don't like having my card billed days after my stay without telling me especially considering I asked. For the price I will being going with Holiday Inn in the future no more Marriott. Literally every holiday inn I have ever stayed in have been better.
