Great customer service , I believe the lady that cut my hair was named Trish , she did a fantastic job correcting my hair that was messed up at a different location. A+

The first time that I visited Great Clips. I had a gift card given to me and thought I'd try it. I was very impressed—clean, bright, online check-in. My new stylist (I forgot her name) was awesome. I'll inquire about her name and will return for sure. I would recommend.

15 min haircut was sloppily done and uneven. I had to go home and trim several spots. This great clips had the highest reviews so I was hopeful but was disappointed at the quality of service I received. Update: I have received no reply after emailing the company.

I was so impressed with the woman that cut my hair this afternoon. She took an interest in what I was saying and how I wanted my hair done. We also had very pleasant conversation. And I filed her to be very compassionate and understanding. She didn't have to talk to me while she was cutting my hair but she did and she listened to what I said.

Cannot say enough about the ladies that works this location. All professional and very efficient and friendly. A+

Very skilled and attentive staff. Check-in app let's you know how busy they are in real time. Just so you know, this Great Clips is no longer inside the Schnucks store, but remains in the same center.

I live nearby to this location and come here Sometimes. I love long hair and grow my hair out till it needs a bit of trim or inches off to get rid of split ends and for some volume that's it. Other then that I don't cut my hair. So I walked in yesterday after checking online. Three ladies were there. The one who took me in had black hair or a wig not sure. Anyways she was extremely rude. I thought I'll sleep on it and forget about it. But I still can't get over it. I told her I wanted layers she said there's no such thing. I wanted to ask about thinning shears she was like there's no such thing and giving me a mean look.I Tried to show her much hair I wanted off by turning around she was rude, she kept saying my hair is dry. I said yes they are colored alot I agree, so she was making faces .THere's so many minute details which I'm not going to go through here. The old staff was friendly. Since she was rude I kinda was scared to tell her anything after that.I stopped talking in the end and just wanted it to be over with. I wanted a more round finish from d back after telling her three times she gave me a straight finish.Oh well it's just hair probably will grow back but they experience stays. Wonder where the old staff went?

Hair was cut way too short. 2 products were used which just weighted down my hair. She washed those products out and put a third product on and told me I would just have to play with my hair. Worst experience ever at Great Clips.

Have used GC for about 25 yrs, If it's not broken, don't fix it.
