WARNING: Their price sheet is not correct. I asked for a basic pedicure, the price sheet said $25 and they charged me $40. I asked why it wasn’t $25 and she said it was not updated and did not include gel. I was never offered regular polish and never told (or listed) that it would be $15 for gel color. I got my pedicure, it was fine but they cut my nails to short stubs, so they look terrible. As the lady was painting my nails, she said is the color okay? And I said yes, it would be okay with another coat. She had only done one coat at that time. After, she put the clear coat on. I said do you not do a second coat anymore?? She said no they don’t. ultimately I paid $40 for one coat of color - not worth the value at all. I called up later and talked to the owner, Sandy. She agreed that the pricing sheet did not include anything about color. She said that they should’ve done the second coat and said her employee did do the second coat, “it was just fast so I didn’t see it”. The owner of this business then proceeded to hang up on our conversation!! I was upset that I brought up both concerns during my appointment, but nothing was fixed. The owner hanging up the phone on me during a professional conversation, was extremely rude. To say I am disappointed in this salon is an understatement. I used to come to this salon every two weeks, I quit going and found a much better salon with professional owners, a better value and did a good job. I urge you to look else where too!! There are MUCH better salons out there.

I make an appointment every time I go here to be respectful of their time. Every single time I wait. Today I waited 30min with no water in my bowl, nothing. Just waited in the pedicure chair for 30min after my appointment was scheduled. Done giving them a chance. They need to learn to tell walk ins no so they can accommodate those that make appointments.

Very poorly run. I made an appointment days in advance. When I arrived, they had me wait a half an hour and then told me to leave and come back in 45 minutes. I did this and when I returned, they told me it would be another hour. I tried even going when they opened in the morning the next day, and they never showed up at the 10 AM opening time. Very poorly run.

I go to LV all the time for nails(full set- tips and sculpture with gel) and pedicures. I see Sonny, he is very personable and knowledgeable about the different shapes of nails as well as suggestions of current styles. I get a full set with a lot of different designs done within 45 minutes and they are always amazing and last for over 2 weeks. Highly suggest this location and Sonny is great!! Update: I no longer go to this mail location, not only have the management staff changed so did their prices and the quality of their work is way too high now. Beware that any design regardless of simplicity is $5 per nail and they won’t tell you up front. Sad that this used to be so great to visit and is still in the most convenient location for me, but I drive now for better service and pricing!

10/10 would recommend! Andy and Sandy are so kind! The sisters did my nails and feet. I'd had a bad experience elsewhere, came here to have it fixed. They superseded my expectations! I was beaming smiles from ear to ear the whole time! It's not often nail salons pay so much attention to detail, but they sure did for me today! My nails look perfect for my birthday party. I am 10000% happy! Thank you LV salon and Spa!

I don’t like to go any other salon but this one. They always do the shape and design of the nail so good and make time for me. I love coming here.

This place was recommended to me by a girl that I always admired her nails. It was the best nail experience that I have ever had and I am extremely picky! They take their time and are very meticulous with their work. I was extremely pleased!!

Love my nail tech Sandy! She can make your nails into little works of art! This place is always busy but that because they do suck good work that it's well worth the wait. I can bring pics of whatever nails I was & Sandy will match it no matter what. Pedicure was good too. I've been to tons of nail salons in the area & have always been disappointed with them. I've never been disappointed coming here. Everyone does an incredible job!

Best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Awesome customer service. A little pricy...$40 for a gel pedicure is pretty steep. That is my only complaint. Will be back!
