Melissa was absolutely amazing!!! My shoulders and back are always in so so so much pain due to work, but I feel 10x better. She targeted those areas perfectly!!! I highly recommend her! The front desk staff were also very sweet and welcoming. ☺️ I have gone to massage envy every month for about 6 months and Crystal/Allison is incredible. I pulled my neck at work hanging decorations for my students and it’s gone after one 60 minute massage.

Donna is the real deal! She listened to my concerns and did what she needed to do— I knew I was coming back immediately. She explained what she was doing, which I appreciated, and her experience is apparent through her knowledge. She was attentive to my body’s responses and adjusted pressure before I even needed to say anything. I see a PT for lower back issues, and she pinpointed my problem areas (giving me thorough explanations very similar to my PT’s), and all before I even mentioned it. The whole staff is helpful and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

I requested deep tissue massage with enhancement and Donna was great. I prefer non-chatty therapist and she speaks only when needed. I also appreciated post pandemic precaution of wearing mask and gloves. Great therapist, highly recommend.

Never had a specialist certified massage before. Jamie was very sweet. I did the appointment last minute and luckily had an open spot. I was fortunate and discovered he’s the only one with air vent/purified machine in there. First year having allergies and his room was the most comfortable room I’ve been in days without coughing. So thank you Jaime!

Sianna is hands down the best! Stopped by 4 months ago for a facial last minute and have been back to see her every 2-3 weeks. She’s made several recommendations that I’ve experienced excellent results. When I’ve asked her questions about the science around certain treatments, she’s responded with extremely educated answer. She’s a subject matter expert!

I have been a customer at this location for over three years now but after today I will never step foot in another Massage Envy. I have always been on the non member rate because I prefer to do so. I am confused as to why numerous times my appt times do not start until 5 min after my scheduled time and seem to end 5 min early. I have lost at least 5-10 min on numerous massages but never complained. Today after my massage the lady at the front desk tells me that my non member rate will be 125 today but it clearly states on the sign 120. I let her know that and then a lady comes out from the office and says they did not get around to changing the sign yet. Instead of being a professional and honoring what the sign says she then tells me I have to pay 125. As a business owner myself I always inform my clients of price increases before a service is done. That way you do not look unethical and like you are trying to scam the client which is exactly what Massage Envy does. I would advise this company to get it together and if your gonna raise prices at least inform customers beforehand and take accountability for not having the correct amount on your sign and honor it. I know at least three people that have gone to your competitor whom has much better pricing and much better therapists. It is only a matter of time before you are out of business if you continue to operate your business in this manner

Melissa is amazing ! She honestly gives me the most relaxing massages that I I have to try force myself to stay awake so I can remember them! She works out all my knots and areas I’m feeling any pain and I always leave feeling a lot less tension.

Jamie is handsdown the best masseuse I have had. He immediately identified trouble areas and makes a real difference in my mobility, tightness and muscular pain. I actually became a member just because of him, so I would highly recommend Jamie.

I have been searching for a massage therapist for about 6 months now. I have found the therapists at Massage Envy on Fourth Street in St. Pete to be a cut above other locations. Chris and Richard both did a great job! I am looking forward to booking future massages here.
