Barre Central is wonderful. The instructors are expertly trained, professional—and, most importantly, caring. All the staff, especially Sue, have been welcoming and accommodating. And during the pandemic, their live-streamed classes and personal outreach helped me get through a tough time isolating alone. To me, Barre Central is more than just another barre studio, gym, or fitness center—it’s truly a fitness and wellness center. I love this place and its people!

I was in Gulfport visiting for the month of January and had a wonderful experience with all of the instructors. Each had their own flare and all were terrific at correcting my form. Would definitely recommend to others. This picture is one of the inspirational messages at the studio I loved!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I love that they have a wide variety of classes to strengthen both body and mind, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. I love that I can go to an early bootcamp barre class in the morning and come back later for stretching or yoga/meditation in the afternoon! Not to mention, Sarah, the owner, is just lovely! Do yourself a favor and come have some fun with us! :D

Came as a drop in for a yoga class with my mom while visiting Treasure Island. The only downside is that you when booking through the website, you have to create an account to save your spot and I couldn’t find a way to pay for two people at once, so my mom and I had to sign up separately. However, the rest of the experience was great. The studio is beautifully decorated, colorful, clean, and peaceful. They offer Pilates and barre as well. The yoga class we did was challenging, but the pace was good, and the instructor was nice. Provided modifications as needed if a position was tough or not comfortable. They provide mats, blocks, etc.

I love this place! Found it on a Groupon as I have been looking to try out some fitness classes for core strength. I have tried quite a few and this is the one that stuck. The exercises are truly therapeutic, the owner, Sue, really knows her stuff. Always a warm and welcoming vibe here.

For years I couldn't work out because of my endless back and hip pain from childbirth. I didn't feel like myself every day, but aged version pushing through the pain. Then I started going to Sue's tone and tighten class, and it was as if overnight I was transformed into my happy, pain-free easy-going self again. Her moves are so effective yet gentle, and perfectly increases my strength through proper technique and form. You're the best Sue! I can't thank you enough.

Barre Central is my favorite workout studio in St. Pete. They provide classes that are instructed by trained professionals, and are easy to follow along with. The community that the owner has created is like no other Barre/Pilates studio I’ve been to. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Instructor, Sue, is very accommodating if you have injury and will give advice on what workouts will work best for your body. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting to get into fitness.

Barre Central is the best studio in town! The studio is warm and welcoming, the "clients" are friendly and the Instructors are AMAZING! Every one of them! I say "clients" as I haven't felt like a client; I feel like part of a community. I love the Barre classes and you get a great mix of styles and workouts between the different instructors. I am proud to be part of the Barre Central community!

The studio is fantastic from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I love the wide variety of classes available throughout the day. The atmosphere is completely in tune with everything Zen, peaceful and empowering. I personally like the retail area and the ability to find locally made products. The instructors are very dedicated to helping you grow and learn in your practice. I have tried everything from restorative yoga to Zumba and even a vision board workshop which was very fun!

Had such a lovely class with Sue while in town for my bachelorette. If I lived here, I would definitely be a regular!!!
