I wouldn't go back or recommend. Not much food in my bowl. Definitely didn't look like the pictures. They must be on major portion control. Which explains why the place was empty. Just a little bit of rice and a little bit of lettuce. After paying $15 for a bowl and a drink I expected better. I get twice as much food at the Fresh Kitchen for less. Or just go next door to Bolay, the bowls are far superior. It's a shame. The staff are very pleasant, but I went there for food, not a smile. Left just as hungry as when I came in and feeling ripped off.

Updated review: I still come here (too) often but for $15 I expect at least edible ingredients. Often they give you rotten avocado, this time they were even nice enough to put some avocado skin in too. Ick. I think I'll be going next door from now on. I love this chain but the quality at this location has been subpar lately.

I love the concept for fast, fresh Mediterranean food. They offer a variety of bases like rice, lentils and different greens. They have a good variety of proteins and I think a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. The pitas are so fluffy and light. They also do not skimp on the portions!

Yum! This place reminded me of a chipotle, but Mediterranean food. And boy was it so good! There are plenty of options that anyone would like. It’s cool how you can add endless toppings to your bowls or pitas. The pita was warm and delicious, and the lamb meat was so tender it just melted in your mouth. The prices were very awesome too, granted I added a couple items that were of additional costs. Would try again!

Very tasty spot for a make your own bowl option with Mediterranean flare. This is a concept of chipotle that they are experimenting with and you can tell from the similar minimalist decor and seating inside. The options for food are abundant and you will not be disappointed with the delicious flavor explosions inside of your bowl. Come try this place out and show up hungry!

I came in tonight, ordered take out again. My first order at the St.Pete location was just yesterday. That order was ready when I walked in and I walked out happy. Today, I ordered an hour in advance. Set the order for a specific time for pick so I can walk in and out. Walked in and yes there's plenty of staff on the line. Not one person acknowledged my presence like yesterday everyone said welcome to Cava. Being in the business before, I waited till they were freed up. I looked over and someone finally after 10 minutes asked me if I was picking up an order. I said yes and my name and he handed me my bag as he just finished making it. All of the staff working tonight were not friendly at all. Next time I'll just walk in and order. Looks like in the reviews you get a bit more in person. Paying as much as we pay for little to nothing is worth the extra wait in line. I've been to other Cavas and never had an issue. I'll just come in the am when the staff actually want to be there. They even give you less sauce in the evening, disappointing.

I love this place. I wish I could give 10 stars. I love how healthy the food options are and how affordable the food is! Been there a few times and I’ll be going back a few more! The pita chips are to die for!

My new local favorite. Their food is phenomenal(tasty and filling), employees are awesome, great atmosphere inside and outside(love the lights and music they play outside), really clean, and they are generous supporters of military/fire/police. I’m telling all my friends and family about Cavas
