I
am
a
travel
nurse
and
have
been
to
quite
a
few
spin
studios
around
the
country.
I
think
CC
is
one
of
the
most
welcoming
I
have
ever
been
to.
The
energy
of
staff
and
people
attending
class
is
warm
and
friendly.
I
think
this
would
be
a
great
place
for
anyone
to
start
who
may
be
nervous
about
trying
something
new.
I
like
how
the
lockers
coordinate
with
your
bike
numbers,
there
are
cool
scented
towels
ready
post
ride,
and
bikes
are
easy
to
set
up.
I
think
it
is
good
to
try
different
instructors
to
find
the
right
fit.
I
found
many
classes
were
like
85-90%
out
of
the
saddle
with
heavy
choreography.
Sometimes
this
was
too
much
thinking
at
6am
for
me,
I
am
not
very
coordinated:)
I
was
thrilled
to
find
Alyssa's
class
which
was
perfect
fit!
A
great
balance
of
in/out
of
the
saddle
which
allowed
me
to
zone
into
the
music
and
feel
the
"road"
during
the
ride.
But
everyone
is
different,
hence
try
out
a
few
different
classes.
My
only
complaint
would
be
the
white
lights
during
the
ride.
Colors
alternate,
but
when
the
white
hits
I
feel
like
I
am
at
the
dentist's
office
it
is
so
bright.
Luckily
it
does
not
last
long:)
A
great
locally
owned
studio
where
you
are
sure
to
feel
comfortable,
welcomed
and
have
a
good
workout!
