I order from this location on average once a week. The food has always been perfect no matter if it’s pick up or delivery. The staff is always friendly. I recommend this five guys. I understand their food is on the pricy side but if I getting consistently good food and good service then I’m willing to keep paying. I want to thank all the employees for helping on those nights I’m working late and I just need some quick food food to feed these kiddos. Keep being great!

Nothing special, typical Five Guys. Staff was bubbly and really seemed to be having a great time. Strange table arrangement with a few tables close to where you order and then a big empty space. Location very close to a school.

I was at so many five guys joints, I cannot even count them anymore. I like the burgers a lot and I love the cajun fries. But this review is about customer service. I ordered a little cheeseburger and a little bacon cheeseburger. When I sat down I saw on the receipt that the order was for two bacon burgers. So I went up to the counter and told them. It was fast enough so they corrected my order and everything was already fine for me. Then the guy from the counter came up to our table and gave me money. I thought it was just the differnce in prices, but they refunded me one whole burger. I told him that was too much, but he insisted. That is great customer service to me!

There was a small wait but always worth the wait. Talk about true team work, they get the job done.

The hamburgers were very, very fresh and delicious! The fries were just ok. They could have been cooked more as a lot of them tasted like uncooked potatoes.

First off, it is not a fast food restaurant. Even though the food does come pretty fast. Everything is higher quality than your average drive-through hamburger joint. But you pay for that. It is worth it. The burgers are awesome. If there was one drawback of this place, it is the location. Since it is on a big intersection, it's kind of confusing on how to get in there and out of there. But Other than that everything was great.

I haven't always been the biggest fan. My lovely wife enjoys their burgers. So of course that is where we eat. This was the best 5 guy burger I have ever had. It was good. Even though they forgot my grilled onions, and they forgot my BBQ sauce. It was a good burger. The fals working there are very kind. Nice people. I had to eat outside because of how uncomfortably cold it was inside. I took the cars and made my own eating area because they had no outside eating in Florida.

First time ever trying food from Five Guys and wish we tried it sooner! The customer service at this location was great and the inside of the building was clean.

Five guys never disappoints. Especially this particular location. As always it is the best burger in town. In addition, It is always spotless and staffed with friendly pleasant, yet professional people. The service is quick and always accurate. I highly recommend you make a point of stopping in at this five guys.

Haven't had 5 Guys in awhile but it definitely was worth it. Next time I'm getting the Bacon burger and Small fries with a Strawberry lemonade

For a burger joint like this, good burgers not huge thick Angus beef but decent. The fries are awesome with vinegar. Love the hotdogs. You can get a burger or hotdogs plate and add as many veggies as you like, recommended.

The fries here are not good. They sit around for so long in baskets and then aren’t cooked enough. I love five guys but we had to move to another store for the fries.

First time getting Hot Dog at 5 guys. It was good. Will try again. Only thing displeased about table wasn't clean at the time. Other than that place is clean.

Five guys is always a solid choice for burgers, they are definitely a cut above the rest of any of the fast food establishments. Fries are some of the best and are from cut potatoes and delicious.

You can never go wrong with Five Guys. Easily one of the cleanest establishments I've ever seen and the food consistently comes out great. Try the milkshakes, they're awesome! The fries are fresh cut and have a great texture, and the burgers have a wide selection of free toppings.

I was reluctant to visit due to a poor experience at another store in the franchise. This place more than made up for it. If you're after a good burger, few places will satisfy more than here.

Food is fresh and tasty BUT $22 for a little burger, regular burger and shake? $6.79 for a burger for a 6 year old ? No kid menu? For few more dollars to can eat at a real restaurant. Bye, Bye 5 guys…..

This 5 Guys at Tyrone was a great place but there has been a turnover in staff, the staff that is there now just doesn’t care. I ordered my vegetables on the side with extra lettuce so that it would not wilt and when I unwrapped them I couldn’t believe how soggy and brown the lettuce was. Now knowing that that this quality has been going on my hamburger prior and I just didn’t know it makes me question the quality of everything else they serve. I wish there was another one to choose from, I hate to waste my money there again because this was not the 1st disappointing trip.

Paul was really polite and professional and can make a mean burger. I see him working hard and I think he should be praised. I definitely will be coming back.

I love five guys! The burgers are always amazing & I love the fries! This place was one of my go to’s when I was pregnant with my son.. all I wanted was french fries! :) Little pricey, but the food is always on point!

Gross I have no idea why this place is a franchise. Gross burger gross fries the only good thing was the bottled water I brought. The tables were dirty from several previous guests. Just gross.

I had gone here previously and had an item that was not hot. Antonio reached out to me and had me come back in. He remade my whole order at no charge. Great customer service.
