It was recommended for me to visit this diner. I was expecting a little more honestly, but I still was pleased. Prices are good and the portions are pretty good as well, especially for the price. Staff was friendly and even though it was a busy Sunday morning, food still came out quick and hot. The only reason I am disappointed is because I felt the food could have used some more flavor. The steak was bland, even though it looked like it had been seasoned, and the sausage did not really taste like anything, matter of fact I didn’t even finish the sausage. It just tasted weird, but overall I was satisfied and left happy for the most part

Today was my first time visiting Kristina's Cafe. I live in Ruskin (originally from New Jersey) and I was in St. Pete's this afternoon for a doctor's appointment. I was starving and Googled the closest restaurant. I'm so glad Kristina's Cafe popped up! I was greeted immediately by a friendly server who was rolling silverware at a table. I told her I was solo and decided sit at the counter, which was spacious and comfortable. The countertop was dirty, as if another diner just left. I didn't mind (they were busy) and my server greeted me immediately, brought my beverage, and wiped down the counter while making small talk. I didn't catch her name but she was lovely. I ordered two eggs over-easy, sausage patties, rye toast, a side of gravy and a side of cottage cheese. I ate the ENTIRE THING. I listened to the servers banter and chat - it was so nice to hear a staff getting along, joking and laughing while still doing their jobs efficiently. Just a really great dining experience. New Jersey is the diner capital of the country, so I can spot a good one! ♥️ I may take the 45 minute drive just to visit again. Great staff, great food! Great job!

The Albanian omelet was great! Good price, nice servings, incredible service. I'll be there once a week.

My server was amazing!!!! Other than him This place was awful and I will not be returning . It is unfortunate as I wanted to love this place. The food was just gross I don’t have another way to describe it . I was starving but I didn’t even eat 10 percent of my meal I tried . They handed me a box and I put it inside but then threw it away outside as I left . I also tried ordering an additional meal as I was alone for this trip and that one was also terrible. The place was just dirty , dingy and uncomfortable. I would not go back for a second chance . A small fight also broke out while I was there , with a man and a server . It was handled well I guess but just another reason for an already uncomfortable visit .

A great place for a great comfort bfast! Enjoyed a waffle, eggs & better than expected chicken sausage. Nice server, clean environment. A no brainer.

Great food and service here! We went here on a whim and we’re glad we did. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. The menu is extensive, and portions were generous. We had a mix of meals amongst our party, including a steak salad, shrimp platter and fish and steak. All of the food was delicious and well prepared. Aside from one entree, all of the food came out fairly quickly. This was a great find and we will definitely be back!

Plenty of parking and no wait for dining in during lunch time. Upon entering staff were friendly and greeted us, and walked us to be seated in the outdoor patio area which is covered. Our server was super friendly, quick with our drinks and was able to customize our food order which came out perfect. Pricing is absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity. Would visit again.

They've been opened for about 20 years. I've been coming here every now and then for about 10 or so. It's like Cheers but without the liquor license. Probably one of the best places in the county for breakfast. Food, service AND atmosphere. My fav place to get steak and eggs. Both cooked as requested. The staff and the kitchen are great. Plenty of parking.

The best experience I've had in my 4 years living in Florida coming to this restaurant. Corned beef & cabbage dinner was absolutely yummy as the food is always good. Ce'Sar (sp) is the best server. He took very good care of me and other guests as well without blinking an eye. The younger servers are much more inviting than the day crew. Prices are the best and the overall menu is fantastic.

The liver and onions were ok, but my significant other omelet was not the best 😔. Waitress was kind of everywhere, and it was hard to get a couple of items without her presence.

This food is so GOOD! It exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely not fancy however our waitstaff and service was incredible. The cheesesteak omelette did not disappoint. Also, grilled biscuits are surprisingly delicious! I had lots of leftovers.

Flavorful country style and exotic flavor choices. I called ahead for a group of 7 on a Sunday morning for 10:30 am. Our group was seated very quickly despite a full very loud house. Seating is close together. This restaurant is a local favorite, they stay busy all day. So, call ahead if you have a group. (Group only reservations via phone ahead.) Our waitstaff were all great and extremely professional. Everyone’s food was prepared fairly quickly as ordered. No mistakes. Everyone loved their food and were well pleased w/our service. There is no big rig parking. Their parking lot is small. You can parallel park on the street behind the restaurant. Bathrooms were surprisingly clean and well taken care of for the amount of people they serve. This was one of the best restaurants we ate at while in Florida. We had a very memorable experience while saying goodbye to our beloved family. We will go back a thousand times and then some in the future.

A big thanks to Dillon at St Pete Fishing Outfitters a couple of doors for the recommendation. The food really hit the spot. The building is one that can easily missed so keep your eyes open for it.

Clean restaurant. Food was really good. Order biscuit and gravy with home fries. Also meat omelet with home fries. The overall service rude they rather stand around and talk. No refills on soda drinks. Asked questions about food and got attitude.

I tried to buy some food for a homeless !!! He was at the bar sitting and waiting and the owner came The owner of the restaurant and the waitress. got angry, discriminated against him and took him out of the restaurant with a cold weather i always came here with the family , We are all human and we deserve the same treatment.

Good food is what brings us coming back. But our server disappeared on us when we asked for the check - we had to finally flag down the manager to get it, and let's just say she was less than friendly about it. The atmosphere? Basic diner. Booths (we sat in one with a torn seat), industrial tables and chairs. Easy to clean, to be sure. But, again, the food is the star. I had a patty melt - probably the best I've had in years. The fries were crispy and generous, and the pickle spear had snap to it - very fresh. They serve breakfast all day as well (I'm curious about their take on a Monte Cristo sandwich). Bottom line- you don't go to a place like this for the ambiance. You go for the food, which is amazing.

We came here after receiving terrible service at the Burg Diner. We were immediately seated and taken care of. Food was delivered in under 10 minutes, and our server was very attentive. The lady came around filling coffee consistently. We will be making Kristina’s our new breakfast spot. Thank you for great customer service!

They have Corned Beef and Cabbage on the Special Thursday Night. I must say it is the Best Corned Beef and Cabbage I have ever had. Everything is cooked together and not separately.

I haven't been to Kristina's Cafe in a long time but we decided to try their breakfast and we were so happy we did! Excellent waitress service, food, and atmosphere. We even watched a sweet elderly couple come in to eat and he cared for his wife who had brought in a baby doll in her arms. He fed her and their love and commitment showed to everyone. Lots of friendly people there.

Got a huge plate of country fried chicken with gravy for like $10. It's enough to feed two. Delicious. Hash browns on the side can't beat it. The place is busy. It's popular. Definitely try.

I just had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! This place is a well oiled machine- the kitchen kicks out food faster than what even seems possible. I had country fried steak with gravy, two eggs, grits, toast and coffee all for less than 15 bucks. Truly a family run establishment. Part of the fun is watching how slick and smooth this whole operation is. Long live Kristina’s and her family.

Very good, typical diner. An oder of biscuits was 2 rather than only 1, which is what I'm accustomed to. An order of sausage was 3 patties. Coffee was good. I will definitely go back.

Eat here all the time, always consistently good. Restaurant is clean and service is excellent! Food is great, breakfast all day. Today I had a burger to go and it was delicious like always
