One of the ugly lady’s who works the drive thru doesn’t know the difference between a 20$ bill and a 10$ bill. My total was 10.86 so i handed her a 20, first word out her mouth was” do you guys have the change?” i said no, but my girlfriend was nice and gave it to her anyways. I should’ve gotten 10.02 back. But instead i get 2 shinny pennys, and told i didn’t give her a 20 bill. After she was confronted she then proceeded to slam the drive thru window in my face. I had the 20$ bill in my hand while i was waiting to turn to pull into the place.

The staff and food are usually great but this is too much. It’s soaked in oil. I guess a picture is worth a thousand words.

I love their fish and malteds. This location can be touch and go regarding consistency and quality. Sometimes my chocolate malteds are not well blended and vanilla tasting 😢 The fries can be soggy and undercooked but their cole slaw is yummy and their tartar sauce too, when they remember to pack it 😢 One more thing Culver's, can you always include a lemon squeezer with the fish? I shouldn't have to request and remind when ordering only to find a tiny sliver of lemon. A lemon wedge should be standard please.

Great little place, glad to visit and get great food. Really becoming a big Culver's fan! Their ice cream is smooth and their burgers are filling (I got a double). I didn't get what I normally do, but their spicy chicken sandwich is also very good. I'll keep coming back!

When using the drive thru both times they served me a dbl burger which I did not order. This time the burger was so salty it was inedible. If you want catsup, mustard or mayo you have to pay extra. Shake is too thick for a straw. I have to say the service is always good and the interior is clean although this won’t bring me back.

Good flavor. Very good presentation. Hamburger was assembled almost perfect, so all the flavor combined unforgettable! Decent price. And the employees were friendly. 🤗

Butterburgers are fantastic. Frozen custard can't be beat. Cheese curds are one of my favorites. Excellent crinkly fries crispy and fresh. Clean quiet relaxing dining area. Clean bathrooms.

Food is always great here and my orders are always correct, so I was very disappointed that a cross contamination issue led to a full blown allergic reaction for my boyfriend. He ordered an Oreo mixer which specifically shows on the website to contain no peanuts. Our fault for not clarifying the allergy, but considering we didn’t order a single item with peanuts in it, this issue should’ve never occurred.

Burgers were good and the customer service was spectacular. Thank you to Cesear, for the warm reception. It was my first time here and I will be back.

They are so kind and diligent here. Served food fast and when one order was only a couple minutes behind we got a free meal coupon. The food always tastes delicious. Favorite custard mixer found here that I always come back for.

Ordered 2 bagel burger meals with cheese curds, onion rings, and ice cream. The person at the window did not greet us, simply took our money and told us to pull forward TO THE WRONG SPOT, luckily there was people in front of us or we wouldn't have ever received our food. We waited around 20 minutes for a bag that was sloppily closed and was very upsetting to see other people behind us receive their food before us. Thankfully we checked the bag while driving down 4th street.. mission cheese curds AND ice cream was MELTED!!! Called the store twice and no response, forced to drive back and get a refund. Walked in and there was 4 bags sitting on counter and no one helped us for 5 minutes. Finally some one noticed us and gave us missing curds and offered to "remake" ice cream with the same melted stuff given out before. Why bother giving out melted ice cream in the first place? Don't understand why this place was busy for such poor service. NOT WORTH ALMOST 30 BUCKS PEOPLE!!

My son's birthday was yesterday and all he wanted was a milkshake. We'd heard about Culver's but had never been, so off we went. You get a free scoop of ice cream with a topping for your birthday, but we had just signed up for the club so we didn't get an email offer, but the manager Reed said he could have it anyway. Aubrey took our order and was very nice. After we ordered I remembered they made pretzels so I went back to order those. Reed knew it was our first visit and said they were on the house! Both of these things were above and beyond and made our first visit so nice. The food: The pretzel bites were some of the best we've ever had (comes with yummy cheese sauce). The burgers were very good. Much better than your average fast food. The fries were fine, but not a huge crinkle fry fan. My son said the ice cream was delicious! We'll definitely be back.

My wife loves the crispy chicken sandwich and I always get a butter burger. I think it's better than McDonald's. Ice cream is good too

Don’t eat here unless you want to be served a semi cooked mushroom and Swiss. I noticed a little pink and didn’t think anything of it……man do I regret still eating it. Managers may want to check on the cooks, not okay to be sending out uncooked meat and getting people sick. Order was made 05/30/23 at approx 9:00pm

Culver’s is so good, totally not like fast food. There chicken and butter burgers are to die for! Always cooked right and taste like it was just made. Have been a regular there for about a year since I’ve been playing volleyball.

Great food, the GM Cesar is a weirdo though he was always fixated on the 15-17 y/o girls working the front even witnessed him giving them massages a couple times which I would not be to happy with if that was happening to my daughter at work. Everything else is great though good owners and great service.

This past weekend we ordered from Culvers on 4th. St. and I didn’t realize until I got home that I was missing an order for a small fry. I called and explained what happened and they went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that we were recompensed for the mistake. They also earned a lifelong customer.

Culver's has always been my go-to for a late night meal. Their staff is always friendly and food is always fresh. I had to try the Curderburger, and it was absolutely delicious! The onion rings I got were perfect!

After a day of bad customer service elsewhere, I returned again to my go to. Best chain burgers anywhere, of course, but more than that. The staff here is always friendly - ALWAYS. It is like they go out of their way, all the time, to make my experience special. It is a rare thing these days.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was good and served fresh and hot. The veggie burger and side of steamed broccoli were tasty and the ice cream of the day was a refreshing dessert.

We like Culver's ... just not this one 😕. A totally cold (actually cold to touch the bottom bun) burger ... not even at McDonald's! Returned. They came back ... with a still cold burger. Third time ... was the charm. Soggy fries. No hand soap in the bathroom. Nice people ... but can't perform. Avoid this location!

It was eh, I would compare the flavor to Steak N Shake burgers. Although, I would choose Culver's burger over SNS. Staff was very friendly, making our first visit pleasant, will definitely visit again. 😊

There's a great disparity between Culver's here in Tampa and those of the Midwest, in terms of quality and of service. Tampa Culvers' lack both. The problem is there's not any good options for steak burgers in Tampa (anyone have recommendations?) so whenever that particular craving hits.. the unfortunate answer is Culver's.

My Roommate loves there butter double stack and onion rings, and yes I had a spoon to try their cluster taste like ice cream but it didn't but it was wonderful they are awesome people good job

Everything I ordered on my sandwich, they didn't put on. I had to add the condiments. It literally was just the patties.

The CULVER'S workers were excellent. The child's meal was great with the right amount of everything plus free custard today and for next visit; great marketing technique. The burger was a bit cool, however the adult's size burger was warm and tasty. Super friendly workers and great food demanded a 5 stars for the Clearwater, FL location.

The best burger I ever had was the one I shared with my best girl on our final car ride to the vet. Culver’s made that happen

Good food, great service. There are good people here at this store. I have been in St Pete for a week and a half and after I checked out of my hotel, I needed somewhere to go for 5 hours. Culver’s was my place. They have an outlet at almost every single seat, complete with USB ports. I had a full OC setup with monitor, pc, mouse and keyboard... and they were supportive of it! Letting me stay only resulted in me buying ice cream later too :)

Very rude manager there Banana splits were melted ice cream no flavor . I tried to tell them but manager got mad. Said I was to close to behind the counter I was watching girl making them and tried to tell her they were soggy. Manager called cops on me and I didn't get the rest of my food I paid for. He banned me but owes me money. A real creep.

reat food and phenomenal service, would give it 5 stars if they ditched the paper straws. Really may sound small but it ruins the whole shake. Whoever the psycho path that decided paper straws would be great for milkshakes that are as thick as that guys head, needs to be fired

The burgers are fresh. Pork loin sandwich is plain but delicious. Staff was super friendly. Enjoyed our experience.

Very good food, very kind employees. I don't eat much meat anymore and really appreciate that they have a very tasty veggie burger. Onion rings are fantastic too and the custard of course is absolutely delicious

We drive from Tampa, across the Gandy bridge and South on 4th Street to get your delicious butterburgers. And either the fries or your onion rings. That is a 11 1/2 mile round trip, but we'll worth it to 2 old retirees. Just wished you had a Culver's in South Tampa.

Never had a problem with this location but tonight got some custard and bit down on something very hard, to my surprise it was a huge chunk of blue plastic. Now I’m worried I ate plastic and didn’t even realize like seriously!!

Culver's food was marvelous today. I got the cod fish dinner..excellent. My order was 100% correct and the little girl who brought order to the car was so sweet. Most drive thru food places can't get the order correct..Culver's is by far the best food and service! Thank you Culver's

For a fast food location, Culver's is a step above. Always clean, service is friendly, and the food is fresh. The grilled chicken with a side of broccoli is a healthy selection and the food is always fresh and hot.

Come here for their spicy chicken sandwich. I've had chick a filet and I think Culver's is better actually. And their onion ringd are pretty good too. Everything fresh and timely.

They forgot 2 orders of fries, and a cheese curl for the combos. The fish sandwich look like a fish stick on a bun. When I went back to ask for a refund. I was told by a short dirty blonde girl that they do not do refunds. They just comp it. I was like um no if I pay for something and there is no policy of that sort in place then I should be granted a refund if you did not give me what I paid for. I don't think I will be returning to this store in the future. The staff was upset with me because I wanted a refund for items they messed up on.

Friendly AF staff at any your, but I wish you would mix the mixers, and not blend it. I'd like my three flavors/ toppings to still stand apart a bit. Thanks so much.

Always a good time at Culver's, quick and easy meal for the family. The prices have unfortunately went up we usually go here after church all the time but can't get away with feeding the kids for Less than $50. We are still loyal customers
