Motel in great location near highway, bus lines, fast food places, grocery stores, gas stations, storage place. But the other manager (Not referring to Bernie), is not customer friendly 😕and has a 3rd world 🌎 bias about most Americans (especially single women)🇺🇸...This motel has very friendly housekeepers who keep the rooms clean and provide towels, washcloths, and a roll of toliet paper for you on a daily basis👍👍☺. Noticed NO bed bugs roaches while staying there👍👍☺. A few rooms have a heater and the A/C works well👌. A little expensive weekly rates but compare to the way it looks, it seems worth the price💰👌. Would I go back to this motel again- Not really (because of the manager with the 3rd-World kind of thinking)😒... If any of you decide to go to this motel, just remember to bring a can of air-freshner (for a non-smoker) if placed in a smoking room and a pair of slippers 😶...

It's a quick room for a quick night for about $75. No swimming pool and cramped parking. The rooms are clean with cable, a small fridge, and a microwave and window a/c unit. Small, but clean bathrooms. No bathtub. Just need a comfy place to crash for a night and you have $80, then this will do.

I payed $90.00 for a roach infested room with no refrigerator, a barely working A.c. and a bathroom sink that poured water out of the drain pipe whenever the water was ran. By far the worst room I've seen in years and it cost more than nice room at the quality or comfort inn. This place was definitely taking advantage of people that were desperate to get a room on a Friday night. Absolutely never go here again

We were grateful for the availability as my reservation fell through at an actual hotel BUT this place is filthy, overpriced and dangerous. I was charged $25/day for my service dog which is illegal but at least the manager knew we were in a spot and capitalized on it...what a guy! Housekeeping was higher than anything I've ever seen. Frightening place....beware.

Not very clean. I asked to be moved to a different room, a clean room. So we got a new room and got charged a few more dollars than the night before. Otherwise...it was ok

Possibly The Best Motel I have ever stayed at. I would take this over the 4 Seasons any day. The Room comes with its own welcoming insect comitee. I was able to give them individual names. Perfect to take your Grinder Date too. Wish I could live there.

I'm very happy at my home here is the cactus motel and I recommend it to anyone is clean there aren't bugs but management is And the housekeepers are nice and it's a good place to stay I recommend it to anyone who likes to be left alone and who likes a nice place to live because they are like efficiency apartments is not like a hotel it's like little efficiency apartment homes I'm very happy here and I would want anyone to stay here who's a good person and we need only good people here it's a small hotel and it's it's a nice place management is very good and is a very nice clean bug free they leave you alone it's a wonderful place I recommend it to anyone I recommend it to anyone who is a good person to come and stay here it is a nice group of people who live here however we all keep to ourselves unless one of us needs each other it's very nice.

Nightly rates keep going up & up every month! Few months ago we were paying $100 a night. Few weeks later, went up to $115. 3 weeks LATER it was $140 and they were telling 2 handicap ♿ people we HAD to stay ALL THE WAY UPSTAIRS. one of us is on a walker, the other has a 17 yr old esa in a stroller. We were expected to go up two flights of stairs about 10 -15 stairs each flight. First, they said we HAD to go up there to dog friendly room. THEN they extorted ANOTHER $10 out of us for a room downstairs when I said it was IMPOSSIBLE for either of us to climb up or down those stairs! So now it's $150 per night. Room so small you can barely walk to bathroom. Holes in walls, bathroom door sprayed with foam insulation coming off onto bathroom floor, multiple cigarette burns in comforters etc. Indian guy that owns it doesn't seem to care about fixing things & wasn't very friendly. You can get a room at red roof inn with coffee pot, and very clean rooms for about $95 a night! In st pete-clearwater area

Dirty, smelly. Shady, and poorly maintained. Roaches in the wall art, broken dilapidated bathroom door. Could have booked at a better price at a better hotel up the street.
