I absolutely love Therapy and Sports Center! I meet with Richard for Physical Therapy, and he is always so pleasant and kind. Even at 7:00 in the morning. God bless him. We always have great conversation which makes the time more enjoyable. He gave me plenty of home exercises to do which I love, because I can only come to therapy once a week or so. The whole atmosphere is great, and it has a real "family" feel to it. The building is filled with private rooms and a great gym full of equipment. They don't just throw you in a room and leave you alone or rush you through like cattle. I had an hour long evaluation where Richard sat and listened to every little detail of what was going on with me, and then he explained exactly why I have all of the pains that I do and how we are going to fix them. I haven't worked with any other therapists yet, but I do see the office staff every morning and they are always so cheery and sweet, and they are happy to work with my crazy schedule. I drive an hour out of the way just to come see them, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Therapy and Sports Center!

They are first rate - long on experience and professionalism. Friendly too. My top rated physician referred me to them saying they are "good people there". Yes they are. For those in or near Old Northeast they are well known and respected.

Highly recommend Therapy and Sports Center for all recovery needs. Richard explains the cause of the issue in simple terms, which for me means that he knows ins and outs. Albert Einstein saying comes to mind, “If you can't explain it simply you don't understand it well enough.” Richard is simply great. Cece is very attentive and great as well. There is nobody who can replace Bruce. He is one of the best. Alicia is very pleasant to talk to and she always tries to work with your schedule.

The receptionist what is unknowledgeable very rude I kept asking her questions she did not know how to respond she got the office manager he was very ignorant would not work with somebody with low income like me 1100 a month very disrespectful I suggest nobody go there. I wouldn’t even sent my dog there for therapy they looked at me like I was mentally retarded when I needed physical therapy oh my ankle and low back they wouldn’t except just to 80% from the insurance company they had to have that $20 every visit because they are greedy I would not recommend them to nobody. When your doctor says go there tell The Doctor No way. Please tell him No thank you for reading this I will be in your best interest

Had problems an Richard told me how to eliminate the problem with my posture. The physical therapy was excellent. Last week my shoulder was in very bad shape. Instead of going to the recommended orthopedic surgeon, I went to see Richard first. He confirmed that I don't have rotor problem and through therapy and recommended exercises I'm healing. No surgery , Yeah!

I was looking for PT to improve my elderly mom’s recovery from hip surgery, as home PT was only taking her so far. This group did the most thorough PT evaluation I’ve ever observed (using the McKenzie approach), given my mom has been in PT on and off with other providers over the past several years for a different condition (back pain). I was super satisfied with how much her progress accelerated with her team - not just her hip, but her back pain as well. They provided great recommendations that have improved her quality of life outside of PT as well. Front office is hectic, but they do get you in and take great care of you. Highly recommend.

I had 2 knee replacements, 1 hip replacement, shoulder surgery, and severe back problems twice. The Hutchins family physical therapists have helped me tremendously.

This facility has good intentions. Spencer is great and really wants to help the patients to stay on track. He does great Moabing and is helpful and motivational. I, unfortunately, had a very bad experience with cici she wouldn’t listen to my concerns and blamed me for my pain and was generally unhelpful. I do not recommend seeing her. The hours are also wrong they rush out by 545/6. Similar to another reviewer I always had bad experiences with the young male receptionist he was never in a good mood and always complained about taking appointments he seems to want to do as little as possible. However, ultimately It’s all about the therapist but if you get the right one it’s a good experience.
