    Rude, unprofessional staff, which do not at all take the cleanliness of the store nor their own hygiene related practices when preparing food seriously. The staff and managers will only make excuses to stall and hold off on cleaning the seemingly always filth laden tables, floors, bathrooms, etc. Do not recommend coming here.

    Hum... it was terrible! I ordered a simple breakfast burrito and a small OJ. I went through the drive-thru and wound up inside for a half hour! After all that, the 2nd one wasn't edible. Everything was falling out as it wasn't even wrapped! Plus... the egg was cold! Here is a picture of the 1st order... the 2nd one was just as bad. I was disgusted and didn't get a pic of the 2nd one! Although the girls were super nice, I still wonder why I even go to McDonald's! 🤮 super expensive and it's horrible!

    I just went to this McDonald's just a few minutes ago they only have one cook I get home my fries look like they been sitting for hours I ordered a quarter pounder I was missing one of my hamburger buns and the hamburger was not fresh this is the worst my McDonald's in Pinellas county please don't go after 12 am you will not get fast service or fresh food I will never come here again I will go to the Pinellas park location it's the best in the area.

    This morning was ridiculous the cashier Jacqueline told me she'd be with me in a moment a moment turned into 10 minutes and then when she took my order she had a nasty attitude when I asked for my receipt she huffed and puffed rolled her eyes and said the printer isn't working so not only did I wait longer than I needed to just to have my order taken but I also got a nasty attitude and no receipt at all. I completely understand that working in fast-food can be frustrating when you have rude customers but when you have nice ones you should be very nice and if you can't deal and customer service then you should be working with customers the store needs a whole new makeover with new employees this is my third time ever going to this McDonald's and everytime I go it's a problem this is The universe telling me that I shouldn't go anymore and I highly recommend everyone else not go.

    Lobby/restaurant says walk-in's available until 11PM on Sundays (it's now 9:36PM EST). ALL doors confirmed as locked per myself checking and per the receptionist through the drive-thru line. Approx 15min ago I offered to wear my mask (and show proof of full vaccination) if I could be granted the ability to place an order through the drive-thru, since there was no other non-delivery option available to me without a vehicle...and I was denied. I live 5min away walking distance and just wanted a large fry order on my stroll home on a nice night (which doesnt technically matter), and I also work in finance for an insurance defense law firm (which also doesn't technically matter) BUT until issues like this are indefinitely resolved in entirety, McDonald's will no longer have my business.

    This place has the worst customer service. Filled with a bunch of Karen's. I have never heard employees complain so much. If you dont like the job, just quit. I had ordered some breakfast for my church. The food was nasty. Pieces of hair in some of the burgers. We had to throw away most of the food.

    This place is the worst late night and early morning. Took three times for me to get a spoon. No condiments for my pancakes and when I went to open it I notice a long piece of hair inside. Didn't even bother returning it. They probably don't even wear hair nets back there. I wouldn't be surprised. Disgusting.

    This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. I was actually picking up a delivery and when I saw that there were already 8 cars in the drive thru line, I called the restaurant to ask if I could simply walk up and have someone hand me the order through the door. I understand that it violates policy, and that was fine, but the attitude with which this information was delivered was completely unnecessary. I then moved to the drive thru line where I proceeded to wait FORTY FIVE MINUTES as the line slowly advanced. When I got there the delivery orders had the cold drinks and once-hot food packed together in one bag and had been sitting on a counter without any temperature control the entire time I had been sitting in line. Everything was room temperature. There were at least four employees working and, as I mentioned, no diners inside. There is no excuse. Seriously, go to any other McDonald's. Even if you drive to the next town over, you will have your food faster and not get half the attitude. They are also notorious for never packing the order correctly (delivery orders are sealed so I don't know about this one.)

    So we went to this McDonald's at like 1 am. It is a 24 hr. Store. As soon as I ordered chicken nugget's, I was told the car in front of me just what the last ones . Then I proceeded to give them my order which consisted of a few cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches and a couple of sodas. When we got to pay the girl at the window said I'm so sorry but we don't have all of your order and I said that's fine just give me what you have I have to bring home something. Then she said oh I'm sorry but my manager said I can't take any more orders because we have to get ready for breakfast. I turned it said you already took my order and it's a fast food restaurant I don't think you need 5 hours 2 get ready for breakfast. So I had to leave there with nothing. So why have a 24-hour McDonald's when between 1 and 5 you're getting ready for breakfast and you can serve anybody well that's just how I'm taking it. Then I drove to another McDonald's and they had no problem taking my order and making some burgers at 1 a.m. go figure?

    How does an employee of McDonald’s FORGET to put a FISH FILET on the “Filet-o-Fish”sandwich??!!! Not to mention put cheese and pickles on it when it clearly says “no pickles/no cheese”. This is not the first time something like this has happened unfortunately. I guess it comes with the territory of taking a chance with ordering fast food. Also, don’t bother calling to speak to a manager because you will most likely get cussed out and hung up on….sounds like the McDonald’s on 34th St. North to me 😑😒😡

    Honestly if you can don’t even look in this direction of this place. If you order food on the app you will wait at least 30 mins before you get it. If you order it through the drive through someone may not speak to you or the system is down. Lobby closes at 7 sometimes. They will let people in who they want. A tad bit of discretion towards white people. Orders always missing items. If you file a complaint no one does anything. Last time I was told to wait my turn to even speak to a pop Maine while waiting in the lobby meanwhile the cashier was not doing anything.

    Don't really review, but this place is just so consistently bad that I had to jump on and say something. I live close so I'm a visitor to this McDonald's quite often. The day crew is fine never had a problem in the morning, but aside from that this place is terrible. If visiting expect to sit in the drive through for at least 10 minutes as this place holds people at the drive thru while taking two orders at a time. You would think that taking only two orders at a time ones food would be hot, fresh, and correct, but on occasion they get it totally wrong. My suggestion is just take your business elsewhere you'll save time and frustration. Sorry guys you really need to do better.

    I mean, it’s a fast food restaurant, you should never expect much. But my former workplace was nearby, so I’ve been here several times for myself and for colleagues, so this is a longstanding review rather than a one-time experience. Even if there is little to no line, expect 10-20 minutes to get your food (longest I’ve waited in line was about 50 minutes but it was for my boss so I had no choice), and just be prepared to have it be wrong. I’ve had several instances of getting the wrong order or being charged way too much, and mistakes happen, but the staff refusal to make it right is awful and consistent, regardless of showing receipts. Also, it’s obviously a pretty sketchy spot, but even compared to the other fast food places in the area, there is an exceptionally high number of unsavory characters hanging out outside, coming up to your car while you’re waiting in line asking you for money or food, so just be prepared for that. I’m not sure what is going on here that makes it so weirdly incompetent but just save yourself the time and trouble and go to one of the other places nearby.

    Ugh where is Margo? Best employee they ever had. Definitely will never be back. She was the only one who made it worth going for. Please train your employees to have better attitudes. I mean my gosh we are spending our money here. Ridiculous wait times! Won’t waste my time any more.

    The ladies at the drive through windows were really nice, but it took 11 minutes to get us 1 big Mac, 1 plain quarter pounder with cheese and 2 fries. When our food was handed to me, the worker said 'thank you for waiting and your food is freshly made.' Well, we live very close and when we took the the food out of the bag, it was cold.

    The food from this location has always been great. No burnt buns, always tasted fresh. I do take issue with them trying to force me into ordering thru a machine rather than talking to an actual person. They let me walk out rather than giving me the opportunity to do so. Unbelievable! They had people behind the counter standing by the registers, so what gives? I have since taken to always using the drive-thru since, so far at least, I can talk to a human. Like I said foods great, I just don't want to be forced to order by machine and potentially putting someone out of a job.

    Food was cold and old. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had it wasn’t even edible. Nuggets and fries came delivered with no sauces in the bag even though clearly marked on the receipt. Call them to complain and the lady says you can come down here and pick them up, if that’s the case why would I order delivery? Poor experience all around!

    Worst customer service ever I usually come here on my lunch break but today top the cake so I went to order on the machine and it’s not working so I go up to the cash register. I’m standing there for 10 minutes. No hello somebody will be with you. now they acknowledge me by looking at me I don’t know if she was the manager, but it’s a lady with a bun in her hair with glasses. If she’s the manager, she needs to be more professional and she should greet her customers and be like somebody will be with you, especially how long I was standing there. I know every time I come in they already have bad attitudes but to let me stand there for 10 minutes is outrageous. Nope, won’t be ever coming back.

    Service was great. But they allowed a man to linger in the lobby area walking around talking about how he is ready to take someone out. I had my young kids with me and they didn't need to be hearing all of that.

    I watched a MANAGER take back fries from a customer that had been TOUCHED by the customer and put them back in the fry stand to be given to someone else!!! Gross!! I watched it happen!! The food was messy and cold! I've eaten here before but during the early afternoon and it was better. I WILL NOT be eating here ever again!! Not to mention we heard foul language being heard on the kitchen!!!

    Constantly have to walk out of this location... horrible management.. Being a manager is the past at a McDonald's, it's not a hard job and i was very good at it. My staff was happy, customers very happy 😊. Food has always been garbage, but that's on McDonald's corporate choosing to use toxic ingredients in their food 😀. Wish they'd all close down! Or renamed to Monsanto's!!!!

    Had issues with online order , was told I already used the deal when I didn't. Therefore I didn't get my discount deal. Nobody wanted to bother with helping me figure it out and it was only 2nd time using app that's supposed to be so convenient. I give great reviews 99% of the time. But this ruined my lunch completely

    I walked in and stood there for over 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. I ordered 2 Big Macs to go. Almost 10 minutes later I finally got them. Left and got in my car and left to go home. When I opened the first one it looked like a pile of garbage. Half cooked burgers, a pile of old lettuce, cold cheese, hardly any sauce and sloppily tossed together. Never again will I eat there. Staff was rude, no hair nets and the place was dirty. How come most of the fast food places have rude people and sloppy food. What happened to a little professional work ethic in this country. Never going back.

    This is without a doubt the worst location I have ever been to, and the saddest part is, is that its the closest one to my house. Overcooked, old and cold are what you are going to get when you come to this location. Most of the staff here are rude and unprofessional. I found out years ago not to come here and to drive a little further to either the tyrone location or 49th street, they are always do it right! I made a mistake of giving this one a try once more, but it ended up being like all the others...burger charred, old fries, etc.

    I went thru drive thru. When I got to the window to pay the girl was sitting down. I drive a tundra. It's pretty big. She was rude. Didn't thank me. I got to get pick up window and the lady was amazing . A+ in customer service for the lady at the pick up window. F- for the lady taking that money

    I've come here several times, never a good expierence, but went last time and the mmgr went out of her way to correct my order, and make things right. unfortunately I don't remember her name she was a dayshit mmgr but was working a night shift this time. and this lady is 10 stars all the way.

    Finally caved to using App for promised faster service, but WOW ! Such sad disappointment for an American institution. 1. Ordered 33 minutes before picking up at counter. Not ready when arrived. Gave verification number and they the employee yells " need a Big Mac" and " need a double cheeseburger" and waited and waited . 11 minutes after arrival the manager walks out from behind the counter to hand me sack of food and plastic fountain drink cup. I tell him this was 1st time using app and it was not faster nor easier so why would people use the app? The drink fountain spewed foam, not Coca- Cola but foam. There are 10 spickets and only one, the foaming one, was Coca- Cola. Could be wrong but sense tells me you have 2 + of highest use selection, right?. Nope. Manager flushes out foam and hands me cup, Didn't fill it but just hands back cup. So I ask again what's incentive to use the McDonalds app? The reply: " I don't know sir"- sad. Remember when these were examples of training and attempts to service customers? Nwa. Thats gone. But to give em a break deserving or not I tried app at different McDonalds and Nope. Not lovin it. Not at all Ok. Gave McDonald's app a 2nd try. The iced french vanilla coffee must have been made by 1st- timer as it tasted nothing like the same orders before and see on tag 3rd item from top? That's only place you'll see it cuz they were NOT in the bag. But the real and big concern is that there is no checking or security protocols for pick ups. Anyone, anytime can walk in and take food and walk out or tamper or russle thru all the bags without anyone saying a thing or even noticing you were in and out leaving a wake of food tampering or loss prevention havoc and mayhem. Nope. Upside is I skipped the extended long line of 6 plus customers. Nope. Not using app. Uninstall. Shout out to homeless who need food - you know what to do.

    I usually have to wait around 5-10 mins for an answer at the drive-thru, but tonight was just unacceptable. At 11:30pm. Waited in line for about 25 minutes for anyone to just answer the microphone. After that didn't work, I went to one of the windows to see if I could get a refund from my online mobile order. The employees would make eye contact with me but just not come and talk to me. Only after about 10 minutes of constant waving did someone finally speak to me, rudely telling me that I should have had the common sense of leaving if no one answered the microphone. There is no indication that they are closed anywhere. -All lights are on. -Mobile app still lets me order. -Google states open. I told them they should have had someone on the microphone to let everyone know that they're closed for the night, as long car lines were still pulling up to the ordering screen with no one answering them. They were actively wasting everyone's time. I was told to have a nice day as they closed the window on me.

    If you are going in to dine you must use and pay at the kiosk. I saw people turned away who only had cash. I felt like they were telling homeless people they are not welcome. I feel like if a person in America only has cash American dollars they are entitled to dine just the same as people with cards. Food was fine and restaurant was mostly clean except for the drink station.

    Beyond a reasonable doubt a couple of the employees here (definitely not all) appear to have been recruited into a very intense organized harassment campaign against me which involves your entire life being terrorized; usually as a result of upsetting someone in a "position of power" but it can happen for a number of reasons. This whole point of this is the get someone to comment suicide or have something happen that will completely ruin the lives of the victim. They generally do not stop until their objective is completed. The people here may have been mislead into participating by being fed lies making them more apt to participate or maybe they are being compensated directly or they ate doing it out of fear. I don't know. All I know is the right thing for them to do is stop. Please stop. This isn't right. If they treat everyone equally, a target individual like myself will never ever feel the way they have been me feel the past couple dozen time I've been here. I only come here cause it's cheap and I live close.

    Sitting here stuck in drive-through 25 minutes now! Can't get out, can't place my order, nothing's moving can't imagine what the heck is going on but this is terrible the way they have this drive to set up!! Once you get in, if they're not moving you can't get out!! People steady walking in and out of restaurant with their food! Now watching two employees slip in with food from elsewhere to sit in YOUR restaurant and eat it, IN UNIFORM🤣🤣🤣 PRICELESS!!

    It does not matter the day or time but they always get my order wrong. I specifically say a number three with no cheese no condiments I want it plain they will ring it up that way the receipt will say it but it never fails my sandwich always has cheese on it every single time and every single time I have to wait for them to fix it it’s very aggravating and frustrating that this McDonald’s cannot get it right ever

    Only wanted 2 large coffees. We asked for cream and sugar on the side. They had none and asked us to wait on the side in stop 1. 10 minutes later we were still waiting. I finally saw someone look out the window at our car, so I waved and shrugged, and he and appeared to be asking around the other staff as to why we were there. He finally came out with the coffee. I asked about the cream and sugar and sugar on the side as he brought none. He just houghed off and said we didn't tell them how many we wanted, and didn't offer to return with any. Worst McDonald's ever, and I hadn't been to one for years because of a similar service experience. We'll never go back again. At least the coffee was hit so 2 stars for that.

    This McDonald's stands out from the others. The employees are courteous and they actually do their job correctly. Order was correct, and was even verified by them that it was correct. Wish I could move those employees to the McDonald's closer to me!

    Do not recommend! Actually, if you can go somewhere else, anywhere else, I recommend that as the drive-thru line wait times are ridiculous. Just waiting to get my food recently was a 15-20 minute wait in line with 3-4 cars in front of me. The other two times I have tried to stop at this location for “Fast Food” I was turned away because supposedly their ‘system was down’, while during another instance, 20-25 minutes of waiting made me simply drive away. Three times a charm and I’m never going back to this location. You have been warned! 👎🏻

    Terrible, don’t know how to treat people and make people wait almost 7 min just to get their order taken at the front counter. They also focus more on drive thru than the paying customers at the counter. I have work fast food for 3 years and this is not the way things should be ran at a food place. Every customer should be greeted with a how are you, I will be right with you or what would u like to order?Also didn’t say the number on the receipt or what the meal people order. Never stoping at this location ever again.

    Horrible management and customer service . We went in to grab some breakfast, we usually just use the drive through but since we were undecided and didn’t want to hold back the line we went in. The touch screen machines we are to use to order was not working properly. Once we finally got our order and on the screen it would not let me pay. We struggled with the machine for over 5 minutes. It would not let me log out either it was just frozen. I asked the cashier for help she then said ‘oh that machine is broken. She saw us struggling with it the whole time, we were right in front of her! Why didn’t they say anything or put a sign up saying out of order?! Anyway she said she would help in a few minutes, I understand she was busy. Another 5 minutes goes by, I now ask for a manager(maybe she has time to help) She tells me she’s right here, it’s a lady that’s helping bag items…again I wait. The manager never acknowledged us or even said be right there. Completely ignored us didn’t even look. All I wanted was for her to tell me not to worry about my account being logged in and log me out. Again she didn’t bother to say a word. We would have left but I again I was worried about my account. The machine eventually reset itself with no help from any employee. We wasted like 25 minutes and left without purchasing anything. Needless to say we will never go back to that location. I hope they start providing some training to those who are “managers”

    I had an interview with the hiring manager and he was very rude. First, I waited 30 minutes after my interview was supposed to start for him to even come out. Then, when he came and sat at my table he was on the phone for 5 minutes and I had to wait for him to finish talking on the phone there. I felt very disrespected and I felt so disrespected.
