This place use to be great, not sure what happened! They still have a few good doctors there, however the staff are very ill-mannered and have no customer care skills. The wait is always an issue and takes a very long time to be seen. Every single time you even call to book an appointment your on hold anywhere from 10-30mins for something as small as ask a quick question, or give a call back to to them after they call you. What's the point in having multiple staff if every single person has to wait every single day for 10 mins to an hr? Something should be done as the doctors are great but that office staff. SMH

Please don't go here!! The office staff seems as though the either hate their job or hate the clients either way, something should be done with the way they handle their clients. Doctors are ok, but the experience before, after, waiting and during calls dealing with the office staff makes it miserable. I will not be going back. Hope I save you from a wasted trip, time, gas and $ not to mention your feelings! Just take a moment and read the most recent reviews (& lower) even the "likes"of the reviews they are all the same complaints (and I am sure they deleted most and probably had their friends write good reviews) Don't take my word for it, go see but please leave a review. People need to know!

Customer service hung up on me & called me stupid for telling them i had insurance & could provide a “contract number” to verify. They said they wouldn’t take it or even hear me out to provide that number which is the member ID Number they were asking for. Absolutely terrible service & patient care.

My doctor closed her business and moved out of town at the end of the year last year. SPFC is the sister office and I was told my records would go to them if I'd like them to. I went there May 16 (Dr Zia)and he told me to use a nasal fluid from the store and it would help my sinuses and my sore throat was probably due to sinus drainage. I know my body and I did what he said and now I'm full blown with every kind of body aches sore throat, coughing, sneezing, (my teeth/jaw even hurts) and more. I took the covid test and it was negative. When I called Wed, they never told me that they wouldn't send out prescriptions or that I should come in. I called again Thursday and today is Friday, I have made 3 calls and Shannon told the Dr would call after lunch. It's 4:30 and the Dr calls saying I need to go to an urgent care because he isn't sending anything over the phone. I get that but why tell me this now when I have called since Wednesday??? They people who answer the phone need more training and empathy. If you don't want to hear people complaining about their health issues, find another job. I'm probably going to change doctor. I don't think they would care because there will be someone else standing in line. I don't blame the doctors for what happened this week, I blame the front desk. I know my body and I never get sick but when I do, it turns into this. Doctors need to listen to their patients especially when they don't know you well. It's a shame you can't give zero stars they don't even deserve one star. Oh yes, I took a covid test and it was negative. So long, St Pete Family care! I know you don't care if I leave. You need to remove the word care in your name because you don't care.

Honestly, it has been YEARS since I have visited a Primary Care Physician. That is because every single past one that I tried or had to have due to insurance were horrific. They didn't care about your concerns. They cut you off in the middle of a sentence and just give you any answer in order to rush u out and move on to the next patient. After all, the more you see the more you can bill. So I just ignored all of my health issues because I saw no point. Now to St. Pete Family Care. I actually ended up with them because of an injury I got and I needed a PCP in order to get a clearance note to go back to work. So I went online and searched for doctors in my insurance network -one with a name that was nowhere like the ones I had bad experiences with. That's when I landed on Dr. J. Broyles. Thankfully they accepted me as a new patient. Usually, every doctor I've been to, the initial "new patient" appointment is to ONLY get established. However, I ended up talking about the health problems I had been ignoring. The PA(?) Was very attentive and concerned. Listened to every concern without being irritated that it was taking forever. She was SUPER knowledgeable and immediately ordered tests to be done. After, Dr. Broyles came in and agreed with everything. At this practice I feel cared about, heard, not rushed. It's amazing and I would recommend to anyone. I'm happy that I finally have a PCP that cared and I don't have to suffer any longer!!!

This establishment is horrible at returning any voicemails or even answering the phone. I’ve tried to reach someone for weeks with no follow up. I’ve left voicemails and have tried calling multiple times daily at different times trying to reach anyone!! No one answers! No return calls. If you can even get an appointment they require you to show up 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time and are very rude/short if you are late at all -keeping in mind that even when you show up early you will not be seen until your scheduled time or well after. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with this practice! It will save you many future headaches.

I've been going to this office for years and it had been fine. Today, 5 days before Christmas, I have a bacterial infection and need an antibiotic before the holiday. They can't see me for a week. A WEEK. When I'm sick! I'm 35 years old and I've never, even once, waited more than a day or two for a sick appointment. I guess I have to pay for Urgent Care now. Totally unacceptable. St. Pete Family Care let me down.

There is nothing family oriented from my experience with this healthcare establishment. I took a half a day off, work in order to be seen for my appointment when I showed up for my appointment, I was told because I did not show up 30 minutes early they would not see me. I asked for the manager Valerie, she said I was required to show up 30 minutes early. I told her I was never made aware of this verifying that with the reminder appointment text She said that was not her problem and that they would not see me. So I am taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

We have TRIED TO REACH OUT TO SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT MY CONCERN FOR 2 WEEKS NOW! My partner really likes the doctors here, however the office staff is just unbelievable in their efforts or for better terms lack there of customer service. They either hate their job or hate you and it definitely shows! She and I have given NUMEROUS chances from waiting weeks, months and even years as she does like the doctors but it seems like that is the only good thing about this place. seems like it won't ever change. I personally wouldnt go here and or reccomend any family or friends as it sucks to see a loved one who is already experiencing a hard time have to endure more!

Lourdes and the front office staff are absolutely fabulous. They are always going above and beyond. Dr Busic takes the time to go through my chart and listens to everything going on with my health. Always a great experience.

You may have seen my MANY reviews on here from me (so much so that I didn't have space to update again) lol. However, I felt it needed to be deleted. I must say I really HATED this place. Every 6 mths I would try it again, yet the exsperience would be horrible. HOWEVER I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN HERE TWICE (to make sure it wasnt a one time thing) AND THEY ARE AMAZING!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! I am so happy I can FINALLY get the care I need (as my ins only allows a couple providers). I am amazed at the change that has happened and want to give kiddo's to whomever made the changes!!! WELL DONE!!! Thank you for giving me back my health!! AMAZING CHANGES!!

Ok, it's 10-18-23 at 8:39am. I have entered my doctor's office for a 9am appointment with my physician. I sign in. Then I am told my doctor is not in today. Would you like to reschedule or see another physician at 10am. I take the 10am appointment with another physician that does not know me, but ok we are reading blood work. I live up in seminole and it takes me 35-40 minutes toget here.Question is why wasn't I contacted in advance that I would not see my physician and to reschedule. BUT, if you are late for a scheduled appointment you need to reschedule. Also, that will be 30 dollars please. Very poor communication. I may be looking into a physician closer to me. I am only out here in st. Petersburg because they closed the largo office. People have things to do, places to go, people to see. That is why you schedule appointments and work around them. Very poor HCA st. Petersburg. Now I am staying till 10 am. Hope I will make it to my next scheduled appointment. Very unhappy customer. You need to get your act together. No one had the common courtesy to call, text or email me that my appointment can be changed. I could go on and on, but I am just angry and upset. Need better communication with your customers. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Visited Dr. Torissa for my grandma's chronic pain, and I'm extremely impressed. Despite being a resident, her expertise and compassion were evident. We arrived at 10 am and were out by 10:45. She addressed our concerns with genuine care, demonstrating both sweetness and knowledge. Dr. Torissa has the makings of an excellent doctor.

Just made my first appointment and got a human on the phone with no waiting and she was so pleasant and patient. Excited to be a new patient at an office that cares about how they make patients feel from the very beginning. Thanks Brandy!

I recently visited Dr. Nikita Sijapati for a routine check-up and I have to say that I was very impressed with her professionalism and care. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Sijapati took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was knowledgeable and patient, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. She also made sure to explain things in a way that was easy for me to understand, which I really appreciated. During the examination, Dr. Sijapati was gentle and thorough, and she made sure to check all of the necessary areas. She also provided some helpful tips and recommendations for maintaining my health. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Sijapati and all the staff and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate healthcare provider. She truly cares about her patients and it shows in the quality of care she provides. Thank you, Dr. Sijapati, for your exceptional service!

I’ve been a patient in this practice for just about a year now and I’ve never had such wonderful office staff or medical staff take care of me. The residents are all kind, compassionate and truly take time to listen to the patient’s concern. The front desk staff is polite, timely and beyond helpful to get issues or questions resolved. I am so thankful I found this office and that they have been so supportive in helping me become my healthiest and happiest self! Thank you St. Pete Family Care for your compassionate staff! Special shout out to Brandy for getting me in so quickly this week!

I recently had the unexpected pleasure of visiting the St Pete Clinic and was very surprised at the high level of care from everyone I interacted with, from the front desk staff to the resident and the supervising doctor. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and concerned with my care. Highly recommend this location!

Horrible customer service. They canceled my appt and when it was rescheduled they coded it wrong resulting in a bill that was much higher than it should have been. Every time I have been seen here it’s a different Dr and they tell me the opposite of what the previous staff has.

If you want a quick doc for refills, checkup etc., great. Otherwise, I call to set an appointment, get put on hold for 30 minutes and get hung up on. Don't ask for meds because You'll get the word people hide behind: Hollistic. Everything ends with , take ibuprofen or Tylenol, regardless. I've been on hold or waiting as we speak since 9am. It's 9:46
