    RUDE and unhelpful with the Checkers app…cold burger, cold hot dog and a half full order of fried mushrooms. When we asked the manager about it being half full, she said that it was the correct portion and that every customer gets that same amount. So, I called corporate. They are reimbursing me and said that it’s absolutely NOT TRUE. And, this woman was some type of manager. Pathetic. Really pathetic.

    Very slow service !! Waiting for more then 10 min on the drive thru !! No icecream no milkshakes available!! The food was cold.

    Checkers Fry Seasoned Chicken Tenders were on the menu today. BIG mistake!!! These "tenders" were the worst. No flavor just something to eat. Where was the seasoning? Y'all gotta stop claiming they're so flavorful when the truth is...no flavor or taste could be found...Don't waste your money because these tenders are hard, dry, boring and nasty. Do better Checkers....this was gross.

    I have come to the location a few times and it has had trouble with systems (card machines not working and such.) But when I pulled in today on my lunch time the service was great CHYLA WAS A ROCKSTAR! she's got a great and caring demeanor. The food was all fresh and very good too definitely did a great job! Keep it up! I work for AAA roadside assistance I'm on the road for several hours a day so it's nice to find a good spot!

    This is second Checkers showing open. All lights on. Employees chilling outside. First told us that couldn't make food because they didn't have any gloves. This one as I was pulling into the drive thru says, "were closed, lil mama." 1. You're barely 18. 2. That's unprofessional. 3. That's demeaning. 4. Why are you closed at 12:40am if your posted hours of operation are 2am?

    20 min wait in the drive-thru to get my food! First was told they were waiting on fries and to pull around into the next lane on left. Then lady told me when I got to the window again, three minutes until my chicken sandwich was up. Ten min later, I finally got my food! Horrible! So much for a lunch break Checkers!

    Nobody's in line I end up having to pull around to the corner they charge me more than what the sign advertised the phone number on the receipt is a disconnected number and after all that it took them another 10 minutes just to give me my $11 back. Don't waste your time!

    Worst hamburger ever! They are half the size they used to be and over double the price with no taste! The fried mushrooms were small and overcooked. Service was slow with no line and several workers inside socializing. This used to be a nice inexpensive change from the larger chains, but now they are pricey for what you get, not worth the money or the calories!

    Ordered for pick-up at 12:15 AM, got to the restaurant at 1225 and waited in line at the mobile order pick-up till 1245. 20 minute wait to get an order that wasn't even correct. Even those in drive-thru who ordered before I did left before me! Glad I wont be doing business at any of these again. Do yourself a favor and spend the $$$ for the quick service at a normal restaurant cause they're quicker there than here.

    I went to the window to order and waited. There was no one else ordering so they were not busy. I could see 3 workers inside chatting with each other. One noticed me, pointed me out to the others and then proceeded to finish the conversation, taking approximately another 3 to 5 mins before making it to the window. The gentleman took my order 3 times, rang it up wrong and gave me the wrong change twice! Once that was finally corrected with the help of another employee, which I think was their lead, I waited for approximately 35mins before I was knocking on the window wondering where my order was. Another 15 mins and I finally got my order which was not very hot and lacking utensils and napkins. A car had ordered while i was ordering so we had about the same time waiting, except they had to wait another 30 mins and drive back thru drive thru to find out why they had not gotten their order yet. I definitely would not recommend this checkers. Not very family friendly.

    Everytime I come to this location I receive a very unprofessional experience. I am not sure the lady managers name. She is very short and rude. I am a manager I fully understand that we have rough days, short handed, issue after issue ect. No matter what you have to greet each customer with a smile and friendly attitude. By no means are you to speak down to anyone. I hope that she gets through whatever she is going through before coming into work. From one Gm to another...

    The wait was long with hardly anyone there but the food was fresh and hot and delicious. Customer service wasn't the best from some workers. Ordered and paid for a banana milkshake. Wasn't told it waS out until order was ready but they did replace it with a large slushi of my choice, however that was more liquid than slush. But once again, the food was great.

    These people are dumb bro, I ordered 2 double checker burger and I get 2 singles. I call to get it situated , I go back and they give me w more singles. Like I didn't want all this bread and I had to build my own double. All because they were gossiping about a man that wasn't there to defend himself. The simplest job and they can't get it right

    Bought chicken bites that have been in their heat drawl for a long period. Had a 1/2 lb of crunchy burnt bites. Soggy fries. Never again here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM HERE. Your call.

    I came here for lunch for years and I’m just trying to warn everyone it’s a waste of time. The food will be cold, or for the best warm an incorrect. They will refund you for an order they completely screw up but plan on waiting excessively long time and always end up short or to receive things you didn’t didn’t ask for
