When
a
nicely
dressed
older
couple
arrive
at
7pm
for
dinner,
at
least
ask
them
if
they
want
to
sit
in
the
bar,
don't
just
take
them
their
directly
and
cause
them
to
ask
to
be
moved.
And
don't
use
COVID
as
an
excuse,
it
was
pure
laziness
as
the
dining
room
had
plenty
of
open
seats
while
still
maintaining
social
distancing
rules.
Wife
ordered
6oz
filet,
medium
and
I
ordered
16oz
bone
in
ribeye
special,
medium
rare.
Steaks
came
backwards,
hers
was
medium
rare
and
mine
was
essentially
well
done.
Returned
both,
hers
for
a
little
fire
and
mine
was
a
redo.
Waiter
was
all
over
the
issue,
handled
well
and
friendly.
Steaks
came
back,
hers
was
now
medium
and
mine
looked
like
it
might
be
medium
rare,
but
once
I
cut
into
it
the
color
of
the
meat
was
not
a
nice
red
or
pink,
it
was
greyish/purpleish/back.
The
consistency
felt
like
medium
rare,
but
as
the
waiter
immediately
determined
that
the
steak
had
probably
"bled
out".
Now
I
am
smart
enough
to
understand
that
steaks
don't
actually
have
blood
in
them
which
makes
them
red,
so
the
term
is
not
proper,
but
just
hearing
the
explanation
and
the
color
of
the
meat
did
not
incline
me
to
want
them
to
try
a
third
time.
I
was
offered
to
have
my
meal
removed
from
the
bill,
which
sounds
like
a
nice
gesture,
but
what
was
the
alternative,
to
charge
me
for
something
I
never
ate?
I
was
also
offered
anything
on
the
menu
as
compensation
for
the
mishap,
but
all
I
could
stand
to
order
was
potato
skins,
as
I
could
not
stomach
the
thought
of
another
steak
from
this
place,
as
what
I
saw
was
truly
one
of
the
most
disgusting
things
I
have
ever
seen,
certainly
not
appetizing,
both
from
a
visual
perspective
as
well
as
the
way
the
waiter
described
it.
Hard
to
fault
the
wait
staff,
they
did
great,
handled
it
well.
Cannot
say
that
I
will
give
them
another
shot
to
be
honest,
hard
to
ignore
what
I
saw
and
obtain
an
appetite
for
it....
