😠 I arrived and signed in at the minute clinic with no one ahead of me. Per the waiting list that is posted. Super excited since I’m getting out of bed to get here was hard enough. I get there and They have a new concierge service which I’m not sure their purpose as they directed me to use the kios.... People often mention clinic, minute, told, nurse, minutes, care, infection,

I arrived and signed in at the minute clinic with no one ahead of me. Per the waiting list that is posted. Super excited since I’m getting out of bed to get here was hard enough. I get there and They have a new concierge service which I’m not sure their purpose as they directed me to use the kios. After waiting 7 minutes another customer walks up and was clearly confused by the concierge as he did not sign in online and was also directed to use the kios. Well he got bumped ahead of me. Apparently the role of the concierge is to evaluate the patients and order in which to be seen. I guess a physical to go study aboard for school is more important than the sick person who has been waiting. Because now I’m waiting another 30 minutes and his name has been bumped ahead of me. Unknown to the concierge I was within ear shot when she told the LPN to take this guy over me and that she was moving him up in the line. Seriously I was around the corner and heard the conversation. When I inquired about why I was bumped tot he concierge, she played dumb and clueless. I guess this is what I get for using a minute clinic over a practice. Unless desperate for a doctors visit, I recommend seeming your primary over coming here.

I came into the minute clinic today to discuss some symptoms I was having the first nurse was very nice and helpful but when I went to see the nurse practitioner I felt she was rude and didn’t care much maybe she was having a bad day but still at least do your job and be helpful towards your patient I left disappointed that I got no answers from her as to what I was sick with other than just go get a covid test. I feel cheated out of $139 just for her to tell me use over the counter medication to help with my symptoms. And I literally had to ask her well what do you think it’s best I do at this point (after she demanded payment for just checking my breathing and feeling my neck...) Then she asked if I’d need a note for work and I said well can I return? she said I can’t release you back to work and I said ok I need a note then and her response was I just asked you that question... then she’s like well what do you want it to say I’m thinking in my head I have no idea I’m not a doctor She should know what to write, the note literally says ami was at the minute clinic today .... no recommendation on when I should return to work nothing, needless to say I most likely won’t return and anyone who is reading this review please look into other walk in clinic they might be more helpful.

I had a terrible experience using the CVS MinuteClinic, for the first time. My health insurance app indicated they accepted walk-ins until 6:30pm. I showed up at 3pm, and the pharmacist told me that I should ask the Dr. if they had no shows, in order for them to see me. The nurse assistant had a rude tone with me and told me she would talk to the Dr. and get back to me, she ended up tending to another patient and I never saw her again. I sat in the waiting room, when I was approached by a Dr. and I asked if they accepted walk-ins, and she said no, they are fully booked. I asked her if there was any other MinuteClinics that would take me, and she said no, I would have to book an appointment in the kiosk. So I left. I would not recommend this MinuteClinic to anyone.

Went here two days ago, was diagnosed with a sinus infection. My antibiotics were accidentally thrown out by a family member after only 2 days. I contacted the Minute Clinic as I figured this would be a simple resolve considering these are basic antibiotics. They would not do anything for me other than to have me come in and pay for an entire new visit. Absolutely ridiculous policy, this is understandable with drugs that are narcotics, etc. But with an antibiotic? Absolutely ridiculous and this is not fair treatment of a patient. With that said I will avoid this place in the future at all costs.

Previous reviewer has false expectations. This operation is one room, with a single nurse- there's no call center. We got there and signed in- similar to an ER- and was seen within 20 minutes. The nurse, while not beaming with sunshine and happiness, treated my wife and prescribed the necessary medicines to our pharmacy. They offered some nice home remedies, and sent us on our way, our insurance covering everything. What do you want- it's a walk-in clinic with a single nurse handling everything. Check your expectations, and be thankful they're quick.

I had a bad sinus infection. Was given nothing but a chiding about antibiotics and was told I had a virus, by the young PA. Right not Doctor! I had never been treated this way and I knew I had a sinus infection! I’ve had many of them. Pretty sure I know one after 50 years! Spent money to go to a real doctor the next day. Was given the antibiotics I needed to clear the “SINUS INFECTION” I had! Also I sent a corporate complaint to C VS minute clinic. It wasn’t a minute for them to get back with me....It was a week before they replied! Bottom line don’t go to a Doc in the box-waste of time and money!

So I arrived 5 minutes before they closed just to get my TB test read, which literally just takes a minute. Instead of taking an opportunity to go above and beyond to help a customer, the nurse looked at me and said she’s logged out for the day, meanwhile still talking to her coworker for several more minutes.

Couldn't give no stars. Refused my insurance because husband's name was on the card not mine even though I'm covered. I have never been treated so poorly before. Rude as can be and made to sit there for over an hour before they told me I would have to pay $100 for the rapid strep test and full price on any scripts. Left without receiving any medical care at all.

Went in because I had a lingering cough, and my primary care was booked. Jill the NP was wonderful! She listened to me and got me on the right track to feeling better. Great experience.

Nurses on duty were rude. Seemed to have an issue with people wanting to pay out of pocket because they don't have insurance. Wouldn't fill my prescription there because they said it would be too expensive even though I was willing to pay for it. None of their business how I use my money. Ended having to go to Winn Dixie to get it filled because they wouldn't so ended up driving all over town with the flu. Would not go here again.

The nurse practitioner is new and didn’t have much experience. She insisted she give me an antibiotic that she new wouldn’t work. I had a kidney infection and would only prescribe something for bladder infection knowing very well it wouldn’t help the kidney infection. I am a nurse practitioner as well and told her but she just told me to follow up when I got back from my vacation. By then I’d be sicker than a dog. I got a friend practitioner to call something in for me instead. I drive 35 minutes to go there.
