Customer service at it's worst!! Fruit best before today at full price and when questioned was advised that it won't be discounted until after 5pm. Why would I buy something at full price that is past its best?? Then cous cous in canned fruit isle so when questioning the supervisor she said " because we changed the isle and it's always been there" won't be returning to this store.

Great shop. Good food. Can be cheap if you stick to waitrose essentials. Someone cooked the arse end out of these. Was gonna try one but I'm sure they are not meant to be black.

Once again I was asked (by the wife) to go sit in the car as I spent most of my time in the store saying quite loudly "How much??" .... Other than that not a bad place and the store had a scaffold and tin cover outside for while you waited ...how cool as London stores haven't thought of that... Well done 👍

Its not a bad store really. Some of the staff especially the older ones on the tills like tonight would rather talk with their friends and, then totally ignore you when serving you, then roll their eyes at you when handing you your reciept. Not the first time. I guess it was a hard shift. Other than that the other staff seem ok and the food is food.

This is our main place to shop. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. It’s unfortunate that vegetables and bread etc are often only a couple of days from their ‘best by’ date, but it’s understandable as they are shipped from the U.K. However Waitrose in the U.K. give more generous reductions of foods close to or on their sell by date.

Always well stocked shelves competent and knowledgeable staff a pleasant shopping experience.

Breath taking prices compared to UK. Lots of empty shelves, no prepackaged meat. Couldn't find half of what I wanted on this quick visit to Jersey to see my family

Well. Today fruit and veg was half empty. Other than that a lot of good food. Scan your own food is good. The gun is very slow though and they are new. Wanted many of the same item but gave up after scanning 5.

Jacey is an amazing lady, so helpful, she deserves promotion 🙏

I find it really good, lodes of options plus they pay card but be aware it is very busy.
