In our journey through the crafting process, we were introduced to Khader, the head of the order department. Immediately, his expert eye took stock of our custom ring design. He kindly suggested a minor but significant alteration, proposing we make our ring a bit heavier. This would ensure the ring's durability without sacrificing its unique charm. Rather than rushing us through the decision, Khader took time to address our myriad questions with utmost patience and professionalism. Indeed, it felt like we had a guardian angel looking out for the longevity of our ring — and our happiness. Right from Deepthi — a beacon of warmth and positivity who led the CRM team — to the floor manager, Senthil Kumar who was down-to-earth, we were enveloped in genuine hospitality. With every moment spent at Challani, it became glaringly evident that here, care for customers is fundamental. This place was a pleasant surprise for me. It was my first time walking into this place and I was welcomed by a group of staff members. Exotic collection of jewellery . But more than, excellent costumer service. I could see that they put in a lot of effort in satisfying the customer both before the purchase as well as post purchase. Any service or repairs is done in a very caring way. Recently I had a very urgent modification of jewellery to be done , I went to other jewellers but they said it would take time and cannot be done soon . But Challani on the other hand was very receptive and understood the urgency and did the modification in a very short time . I must definitely mention, the staffs are extremely friendly, especially Vaidhyanathan sir. He was very responsible in handling my work. Thank you so much .

My first visit to Challani Jewellery, Tngr on the 6th of Nov...I know Mrs.Poonam, the showroom Manager for past twenty years and she was the reason for my visit too.. The moment myself and my husband entered into the showroom, I knew its going to be one of a kind experience...and I was not wrong either. It was a unique shopping experience from the start..the designs were vere unique and we had difficulty in selecting the earrings bcos of the variety..I have to mention abt staff here..Ms.Visalakshi, Mr. Santhosh, Mr.Vaithyyanathan and Ms.Devi...and nother sir too..they were all very courteous and all willing to show the items to us..I was very comfortable with them talking non-stop and it was more like a get together rather than shopping.. The hospitality they showed was way beyond words...they arranged for a wonderful lunch and when they came to know that it was my bday too, they were quick and thoughtful enough to arrange for a beautiful cake...really touched by their sweet gesture.. I would lke to thank mrs.Jayanthimma for her kind behaviour.. Last bt not the least, I have to mention sbt Mrs.Poonam whois the reason why I visited Challani.. She is such a wonderful personality..ever smiling and warm..she is one person who will make you feel so important and special..she maintains a very cordial relationship with her clients and that makes all the difference...the way she treats the staff is also one reason why the staffs are well mannered and more customer friendly.. Shout out to the amazing and friendly staff (Ronita) and the stuff in there. Like we never knew we could have a silver embedded dining table or a fan or mixer grinder.. you name it they have it with silver on it. And the perfect part is they let you window shop 🤩 in fact they showed the whole showroom and explained everything. Nobody forces you to buy anything, it's just healthy. My husband and I visited Challani jewellery shop . I had been wanting to visit this shop since last Diwali after reading a write up in Hindu about their management honouring employees with Cars and bikes as gifts. It's such an impressive and laudable gesture. Our shopping experience was very pleasant. The staff at the shop received us warmly and took care of our needs. I could choose what I wanted. Went here for the first time after a google search of good jewellery shops in T nagar and boy, did it exceed our expectations. So happy to have found this place. I was pretty amazed by the store when I walked in. The variety of top designers was an additional plus. This was my third purchase with them and this time I found a nice gold WATCH for me. The premises are beautiful and the staff John peter and deepthi is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend anyone to check them out!!

The hospitality was really good. 4 ppl attended to us- deepthi, ujwel, suresh and sonia and they really took my interests into consideration. They had a wide range of designs to choose from also they had a lot of modern unique designs which I didn’t see in any other store. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

I ordered my first diamond ring requesting to reproduce my design which I made. The customer service was on point. The ring came out so beautifully and better than what I expected and exactly what I wanted. They were professional and tended to all my smallest and the most stupid questions very well. I’m from Chennai and living currently in Netherlands. So they exceeded my expectations since we were long distance communicating. They also gave me the diamond ring in the best price, also within my budget. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend this jeweller. No one will be disappointed. Visited Challani at Tnagar last week to check out their Diamond collections. 2 sales agents, Suhara and Ponnuraj, very patiently took out each of the designs and showed us. They also tried to Show as many in our budget. Very nice collections. Will surely go back and visit.
