I initially left a negative review because I had difficulty receiving my insurance receipt by email. The problem was rectified today. It was in fact a technical glitch which was likely outside of the control of Espace Nomad and they are not deserving of a negative review for this. I have changed my rating to four stars. Overall the staff were all very kind and professional. The space was clean and welcoming. The massage therapist was skilled and attentive.

I went in about a month ago for a Thai Oil Massage with Frederique. I told her where I wanted focus on, my legs and my shoulders and neck because I'm a dancer. She asked if she could do Swedish massage on some parts, I have never had a Swedish massage and always thought it was for larger people. I'm super tiny and there was a long portion of the massage where she was going really rough on my ribs and it was hurting. I asked her to please go to another area because that was painful, but she kept going. Long story short my ribs got contusion from the massage and I had to visit my physio to address it. Under no circumstances is it okay to be in pain in a massage. I wish I had said no to the Swedish, and just left at that point. I will never suggest this place.

I wish I had photos of this place. Sadly I do not! Found this on my last day in Montreal. Chaga- all sold out. Lion's mane additive is an option to various forms of hot or cold brew- which I personally love. And there is a process they explained about how the additives are used from harvesting to distilling. Lots of options with a well educated barista on their various properties. Plenty of vegan options for non-dairy additives. Would have returned daily had I discovered it sooner. The baked goods also looked tempting!!

First experience at nomadic space. I loved! Nice welcome, the place is very cozy and cute! My therapist was Hani, he did a really good job! He listened to my needs and even took the time to give me advice at the end of the session!

Great experience, the massage therapist Sorya Nguon-Bélisle is great (pressure, listening, atmosphere, professionalism, follow-up). I really enjoyed each of my appointments. I really recommend it!

Customer Service was not that great and they can't even follow what they offer. I bought the package for $170+ tax as a gift card for my girlfriend. She then called them to make an appointment and the girl on the phone was confused as she claimed it was not the right amount paid. After a few minutes she double checked and said that everything was ok. My girlfriend goes to her appointment and when she was done with the treatment, they charged her extra tax not on the package of $170, but on each individual items! She ended up paying an extra 50$. While everything was already paid fully on the gift card since the beginning! Edit: extra tax were refunded and they gave us 25% off next treatment...giving 1 more star for this

I’ve been several masseuses here and they’ve all been lovely. The space is warm and relaxing I have found a new favorite masseuse in Carl Constant. He made me feel comfortable, relaxed and gave me the best massage I’ve had in years. Cannot recommend him enough

A gem in the city of Montreal. Very skilled staff and fantastic setting. Very ambient vibe, with chillout music to soothe the senses. Went for their swedish massage and was not disappointed one bit. They absolutely nailed it.

Writing a new review as I had a pedicure from Rafael (sorry spelling?) and the mystic from Miriam. Both were AMAZING. 5*** ***Old review***Really hard to get them on the phone. I’ve had really great service from an acupuncturist here Sophie. The massage I do feel that the therapists change a lot so it’s hard to get the one I like every time. Nice decor of course.

ESPACE NOMAD is my favorite spa. Not only is the atmosphere tranquil and soothing, but the products used during the treatments (massages or facials) are of very high quality and smell wonderful. My experience with the massage therapy has been positive, and my favorite massage is the LOMILOMI (a massage that is not offered in many spas). The juice bar available is an extra touch that adds a glossy detail to the range of treatments. I highly recommend it!

A little overly priced. It was my first time, so I didn’t ask for a specific area to be concentrated. Otherwise they ask if you have a specific place to be massaged more. Masseuse were all good and kind. I had gone worth a few of my friends and they all loved their massages. The place was very beautiful though.

It's all in the details. Went in for a body scrub and wrap and although it isn't a relaxing massage I still expected a little more. They ask you to come 15 minutes in advance but the employee came to get me 7 min later than my scheduled appointment. Once in the room and I was changed I waited another 6 minutes. No one needs 6 minutes to get undressed and to hop on the bed. Then she left again to prepare the scrub. You are not lying on a regular massage bed. So if you are lying on your back you need to turn your neck to the side or the other it gets uncomfortable. She also didn't place any under knee cushions when I was on my back, which definitely helps with the lower back. I also find she didn't spend enough time scrubbing on the problem areas( hands knees elbows). The wrap was nice but again details were missing. I would definitely get another scrub and wrap but not at this place.

Honestly so so disappointed in this place. I had a massage with them back in December and it wasn’t great but hey Ho. The problem is that I have called countless times, emailed, sent them messages on Instagram and everything asking for my insurance receipt with no response. I have spoken to staff who have promised it would be followed up soon but still nothing. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend the massage either as the masseuse left the room multiple times leaving me not knowing what was going on. Felt very rushed as she loudly yawned multiple times making the atmosphere awkward as if I was a burden. Didn’t leave feeling relaxed but rather guilty for having been.

My go to place for skin care, massage, lash and brow lift and laser hair removal. They do everything and the aesthecians are knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. The facilities are gorgeously decorated and give a sense of calm. Lots of space in the waiting room. I also especially enjoy the boutique shop at the front as well as the smoothie café. It is always such a joy to come here.

Super warm and lovely people :) Me and my doggo got caught in the rain storm/tornado warning and they invited us in to take shelter and gave us towels. Will look into booking my next spa appointment here, the atmosphere is really lovely!

I have been coming here for massages for a few years now, and am starting to feel increasingly disappointed with the inconsistency in quality. I used to always feel like I've had the best massage, but the past few times I have left feeling let down. Not sure why this is the case - I described the type of massage I wanted in detail when booking, described the pain points, the pressure.. but still received something subpar. The front desk staff are 12/10 wonderful, and the space is lovely. Maybe I have just had some bad luck?
