I'd just like to say that today was the best experience I ever had with the carrefour Laval. My watch was out of warranty by a few months and the manager and team didn't even hesitate to give me a new one . They even took the time to engrave it as it was busy in the store, Also at the time of my visit there were these two aggressive women that were causing a scene . They were attacking the staff and being very condescending and arrogant . The manager got involved and called security. I knew the two women would write a review as they were CAUSING a scene and saying it multiple times. I feel as though Laval deserve the 5star review cause they are always kind and accommodating .great job CARREFOUR!

I must share how amazing was my shopping experience today at the store. Linda the Manager and her staff were really nice to us, extremely helpful and dedicated to help me choose the watch that fit my taste and needs. A few years ago I had a very bad experience with this branch, however since they assigned a new manager to this branch, every time I’ve been there they were able to help me and I was very satisfied with everything. Big shout out to the manager who I don’t know her name.

I entered to Fossil for the very first time. Rian's 3th day of work. He approached me with such a big smile and willingness to help. Linda, the manager was beyond amazing, her love for the store and staff is so obvious! She takes her time to make sure she gives the best service ever and she was very patient and cool. Honestly, great service.

"Hassle-free return policy" is a lie. Purchased a watch, great salesmen, salesman adjusts the watch, 30 days to return. When I come back to return it, salesman doesn't want to help me because the watch is adjusted. "But you mister adjusted it". "No, I did not, no returns". Not buying fossil again. Horrid service, no purchase protection, nothing.

She knows it from A to Z, she showed me everything I wanted with patience and I could feel how passionate she is for what she does and what she sells. This is my first time leaving a review. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I had to today because my experience at the Carrefour Laval Fossil boutique was fantastic. The staff was extremely welcoming and very quick to offer their assistance. The associate guided me to the items that I was interested in and the manager even informed me about the various leathers and textures on their bags. The whole team was very involved and knowledgeable and I didn't get a sales vibe, which is something so hard to come by nowadays. They genuinely wanted to help me find the best bag for me and I left with a beautiful bag, a watch, and a 5 star experience!!

My experience at Fossil Carrefour Laval was nothing less than pure excellence thanks to Linda the manager and her team. Trying to go through the generic customer service online and also over the phone proved to be a very poor and disappointing experience for my watch issue. Linda however, is an attentive listener, cares about the customer and even more importantly possesses that old school professional ethic for really providing the customer with an experience that leaves them knowing that Fossil truly does care about their customers. She, along with her great team, resolved my issue and I can confidently say I will gladly drive the one hour to the Laval location from now on. Omg ! This has been the best service I have gotten in years!! I just went there because the clasp on my watch wasn't working properly and I wanted to see about repairing it. The first employee just told me oh they're all like that which I knew was a lie... I had to use a knife to pry it open So I was already thinking this was a waste of time. Then another employee saw the problem and agreed with me that it wasn't normal so she called on this angel named Glenda. She was phenomenal. She took one look at it, asked if it was bought at this location which it was and she just said, change the whole bracelet. Right then and there and she adjusted for me, and took her time, even if the store was super busy. She gave me advice and instructions to update the watch and everything. Just because of her I will be back to shop. Thank you Glenda !
