The clinic is nice and clean. I am really impressed by their waiting room. You feel like you are in a nice hotel lobby instead of a clinic waiting room. Receptionist, nurse, and the doctor are all very nice and friendly. The doctor who helped my daughter was very patient and gave us different options for solution. You are treated as a human instead of an animal in other clinics and hospitals. You can confirm your arrival by your cell phone. And the waiting time is very short (only around 10 mins from we arrived to the nurse, another 5 mins to see the doctor). This is a real 21st century clinic!!! I hope all clinics in Montreal are like this.

Super helpful staff and sparkling clean place. Had to rush here because of the fractured arm of our kid. They accommodated us without appointment and this was super quick. Friendly Dr Yousuf (I hope I have his name right). The nurse Jessica helping our son with the cast was gentle.

I have actually had amazing experiences here and in no way want to be rude, but I have tried many times to reach out to people at this clinic and never sadly received a response so I am just hoping everyone takes this into consideration when going here or ANYWHERE else to always trust your gut instinct as a parent. I am traumatized by what happened and don’t wish it on anyone. Back in December my 4 yr son was sent home after having been brought in for respiratory distress (was breathing extremely fast and was very lethargic). They took an X-ray of his lungs to be safe, and the doctor looked them over and sent me home. I pleaded with her to help me understand why he was as sick as he was then, because he just wasn’t moving at all and could barely open his eyes. She’s like there’s nothing I can tell you, he has a virus it’ll clear up. I just had a really bad feeling so I called my family doctor and left a message, asking her if she had space that day. She didn’t, but called me back the next day and told me that I needed to immediately go get my son antibiotics because she took a look at the X ray taken the day prior (same one that the UP centre doctor looked at) and that my son had acute bronchopneumonia. At this point I had already been ready to bring my son to the emergency because he was having trouble breathing and not doing well at all, and I am still to this day experiencing horrible anxiety thinking about what could have happened if my doctor hadn’t called me to tell me to get those antibiotics for him. I just think it’s important that doctors take a closer look at X-rays and feel discouraged that I’ve tried to reach out several times about this and have received no response. Anyway, everyone should trust their instinct. Of course mistakes can happen but this one could have very well been fatal… I just don’t understand how they could have misread an X ray and totally dismissed my concerns

The best emergency experience I've ever had as a parent. My son had severe stomach pain, we showed up without an appointment because there were none available that day. Instead of taking our chances at the Children's Hospital and undoubtedly waiting for 10+ hours, we took a chance here. While they didn't have any openings on the books, they arranged to have a doctor see my son, almost immediately. They then quickly arranged for an ultra-sound at the affiliated center downstairs, as well as an X-ray. We were helped and guided with kindness, and compassion. I cannot believe such a wonderful place exist in this province, when all you experience and hear in the public medical system are absolute horror stories. Thank you for all that you do Up centre d'urgences.

Only great if you can get an appointment. Never a spot available. When you call and get an agent, they'll only decline you and turn you back to online booking. Walk-in is a mess too. Got turned around way too many times. My kids usually go here and never had issues. Today, staff on phone was rude not even trying to listen to what the issue was. Just telling me nothing can be done and you gotta go online. She didn't even try. Doesn't care about kids health at this point. Treating us just as another business customer.

Polite, clean, efficient and fast. I had an excellent experience bringing my daughter who had fractured her hand skiing today. Thank you team. In spite of the immense pain she was all smiles through the experience and kindness showed to her. Thank you again.

I am so impressed with this clinic. When my daughter was 10 months old, she fractured her femur, we went to the hospital, and waited almost 14 hours to be seen. Now she is 2, and she took a tumble, and we thought she broke her arm. The Up clinic was a bit out of the way but I did not want another hospital experience. We got there. She was seen within 20 minutes. Ended up being a dislocated elbow, the doctor fixed it in 30 seconds, and within 5 minutes my daughter went from being in excruciating pain to being back to her usual, funny and active self. I can not say enough about this amazing experience. Thank you Up clinic for the quick consultation, the incredible expertise of the nurse and physician who saw my daughter, and making what could have been an all nighter into getting us home by dinner time.

So happy to have found this place! Second time that my baby is seen on the same day. Both times it took no more than 2 hours to go there, get seen, diagnosed and get back home! Amazing! Thank you so much for everything you do! Such a relief to have such an incredible clinic when your child is sick/not feeling well.

One word to describe service received: Quality! We visited this clinic, after both spending previous night at the hospital without getting to meet a doctor and being refused in a “without appointment” clinic for not having an appointment. The staff, very gentle and caring, was able since we arrived to take care of my 4 years old kid and assign him an appointment. He hurt his little finger the day before and manifested a lot of pain. The doctor, with a great approach for treating kids, didn’t hesitate to ask for radiology and was able to diagnose my son. In total we spent 2 hours, including x-ray appointment in a clinic downstairs. Very satisfied if I compared with the time wasted and being ignored at the hospital.

Best clinic for children, hospitals and other clinics takes around 4 hours for you to get an appointment with the doctors. It takes us on average 2 hours for me to finish the whole routine, which is not bad compared to others. The staff are very nice and show alot of passion with their work. They work as fast as possible and it’s not complicated at all. 10/10 will always come back if something happens

We've taken our baby to UP a few times when we weren't able to get urgent appointments with our pediatrician or anywhere else. Finding a spot was not super easy, but possible if checking regularly. Once the appointments were booked, each visit the whole experience went smoothly. The triage nurses and doctors are so good with babies🤍, know how to comfort them eg. when measuring the temperature, listening to the lungs. The waiting area is spacious, clean and pleasant to be in; kids can run around.

Today, I had the unique experience of using UP twice in a day. My daughter had a 9am apt and Dr. Barbarian made my anxious daughter so comfortable and relaxed. Perfect appointment, punctual and prompt. Fast forward to dinner time, daugther falls off monkey bars and we want to rule out a broken arm... we return to UP, with no appointment at 6:30pm. By 7:30pm, x-rays and results were in. It was better than a private clinic. I am so pleased with organization and quality of medical staff at UP. As a mom, your clinic brings me great comfort - knowing there's a quality place that will take care our kids is priceless. I don't mind driving in from Laval - it's worth it.

I’d like to thank the entire Up Pediatric urgent care clinic team for their outstanding service. To start, a real person answered the phone when I pressed on 0, a Friday night passed 6 pm. Then, I was able to get an emergency appointment for the next day (and a second appointment for the twin brother!!) and how to thank the medical team who went above and beyond to explain the situation and provide treatment for my children. I highly recommend Up clinic to all parents.

Highly recommended. We were there on Monday thanksgiving for my son's longstanding cough and cold. I asked the ears to be checked because my son had a history of ear infections without fever. Thankfully no ear infection. What would've been a 15-hr appointment in the ER was a 30 mins max appointment here. Thank you to the staff, nurses, and doctors. Avoid the ER unless really urgent! Hopefully they create a branch in Montreal and Laval 🙏 we need more clinics like this!

I am SO grateful that we were referred to this clinic. Everyone that we dealt with was dynamic, professional, and knowledgeable. We received excellent healthcare and excellent customer service and everything that we needed was sent to us within hours. The doctor even called back on his day off to let us know that my son no longer has to wear the boot!!! Very very impressed!!

We had an exceptional experience at Up Clinic in Brossard. My 18 month old needed stitches - we showed up without an appointment and were in and out in about 1.5 hours (including the prep + procedure time). Dr Mher Barbarian was AMAZING, so grateful he was the one taking care of my son. The rest of the staff is great too.

Amazing experience! Professional, efficient service every time. I had to bring my boys here on multiple occasion for sports related injuries requiring an x-ray and a doctor consultation. They have a great sense of patient care, with reasonable wait times. Thanks Dr Slimovitch for your amazing help at our recent visit.

*Thanks for the reply about my review and a phone call but no thanks for an email cancelation without a call. It should have been the opposite, because some booking an appointment, obviously has someone sick. Sick children over process please. I would have just showed up with a sick kid if my wife hadn’t check her emails. Reason for cancellation: no referral. If you’re a big fan of letting children, and parents stranded with an email canceling your appointment, this is the place. Seriously, I’ve tried to use their system, still cannot see anyone. We also showed up previously.

I don’t know why they said is an urgent ped clinic if only he has a fracture. We have to make an appointment for possible appendicitis from our son: it’s an emergency he can wait until tomorrow! I recommend only if your children have a broken bone, not more!

I visited the clinic this morning, I was lucky to get an appointment for the same day. I can't complain and recommend this center : great customer service all around : from the receptionist upon arrival, from the nurse at triage and from the doctor for the diagnosis.

This is by far one of the two best medical clinics I have dealt with in Canada. Super efficient and super organized. Minimal process and minimal waiting time. on top of everything, the doctors and nurses and receptionists are super nice, patient and welcoming. Every time I need to deal with a medical clinic, I ask myself, is it really hard to manage such a clinic? Up clinic presents a model for all the clinics. I believe the simple secret is they care!

I would have given 5 stars because they are a great clinic and the doctors are amazing. The only star missing is the receptionist. Called and she was just rude and disrespectful. Told me a few times “You know where you are calling right?” I know… I called.🤦🏼‍♀️ Wasn’t helpful. I basically had to ask her to help me because she wouldn’t. We went on Saturday and needed to do a follow up with the doctor. No empathy, smile, nothing. I guess she doesn’t like her job.

Have been twice now for emergencies- did not have to wait more than 5 mins even for an afternoon appointment! The doctors and nurses were all very kind and competent and took my baby's illness seriously. I am so grateful. We need more clinics like this one.

The doctor who check my baby was good during check up however she didn’t finish her job because she was not able to give us the prescription and she said that my baby has infection. She said she will fax the prescription to the pharmacy but the pharmacy never received it. We called the secretary of the clinic and she said she will inform the doctor. But too bad we never received a call from pharmacy and we called the pharmacy many times to check if the prescription is ready but they said there’s nothing. We ended up going to emergency and fortunately the doctor gave us the prescription.

Impossible to get appointment and walk-in doesn't work, twice I have gone very early and twice rejected and it wasn't because of capacity, which it wouldn't mind that much if the receptionist/triage staff weren't that rude even-though I wasn't rude at all, on the contrary very easy going and precisely that action makes the little experience a very bad experience. that staff talk with no respect and super annoyed without realizing that it is the last thing parents need.

This place is very clean and nice. Super comfortable concept. Staffs are friendly and they do the cleaning in the waiting room after each client leave. Our appointment was at 10am and we got to see the doctor at 10:45am not so bad. Good job!

Your website is one of the, if not the, worst ever ones. I wish for you to have to go through the same system of appointment making so that you may understand how horrible it is to make an appointment for a sick child.
