Easily the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. It took me 25 minutes, as the second person up front ordering inside. Just a sandwich a pie and a diet soda. If you look at the photos, you'll see how dirty the inside was, (I had time to walk around). The front counter picture is the way it was the entire time I was standing there waiting with no less than 25 other people who had online ordered or ordered at the kiosks. In addition, during this time, two crew member came up front, rang up their break orders, picked up their food and went to take a break. You'll note that drive-thru was backed up as well. Don't go here, go to the a&w, it's worth the extra money.

The staff did their best to serve clients, but the management has failed miserably to hire enough employees to provide the demand needed to uphold a reasonable service level. The clientele that left without receiving orders observed during my short visit likely would justify increasing wages and hire and retain more staff. Poor hiring practices results in high turn around, resulting in a general undertrained crew, increased workplace stress and dissatisfaction which leads to a high turnover. A cascading feedback loop.....

Had to dangerously stand in drive thru with no car because you can't open your front lobby for normal people to order.

Don't go if you speak English. They will not give you everything in your order. Missing Big Mac and no forks for poutine. Must be a quebec joke. Did the same at harveys. No wonder everyone in the country hates these people.

Don't know how to review this McDonald's as I had a somewhat different experience compared to other McDonald's location. First, the dining area closes early, I'm guessing before 7 pm as I arrived 15 minutes till 8pm. The good thing is that a customer let me in since he was currently eating. I think Google need to have an option indicating only drive through available. The staff was helpful in letting me order and dine in even though dine in option is closed for the day. Just a note it seems a lot of businesses closes early in Quebec City

It’s a Mac Do/ it’s the same everywhere, you want it until you start eating it then you feel gross…then comes regret and shame….but we a smoothie option now I can at least lie to myself and pretend I’m eating actual food. I only eat there in moments of weakness maybe next time I’ll pray and make better choices lol

Ordered 2 apple pies and got 2 cherries instead. Another time ordered 2 apple pies, only get one... what's wrong with apple pies!

Just bought a double quarter pounder combo from this location. Is this how you would want your burger?? Very disappointed. Never had a worse burger.

I went in for a milkshake and it was order your food at a menu screen. I waited at the counter to ask if they had milkshakes because they were not on the menu. I waited 6 minutes...no one came, so we left. It was super clean, just not enough friendly service.
