    It's the same Tim Horton, the coffee and the timbits are the same, something that makes one location better than others are the staff and the environment that they create. If they don't care, customers feel it. If they have language barriers and can't speak both English and French and keep them waiting and waiting and waiting It means they don't care, & when they don't care, it's not a profitable location anymore.

    Staff are so rude. They thrown food on my face. Connected with guest service representative on Wednesday, but still didn’t hear back from them.

    My experience was good. I don’t speak French but everyone was understanding and delivered the order right. Key is to be nice!

    Went through the drive through, there was a line up but it shouldn't have taken a half an hour to get our order of 2 hot beverages and 2 breakfast sandwiches. My French is more than abit rusty but was able to order in French. They really need staff here especially with the area that they are in. Doesn't matter how much they get paid, they knew that going in and either you have good work ethics or you don't. Wages should be raised in all areas of work with the cost of living going up though.

    I ordered an iced cappuccino from my workplace with a reusable cup. It takes me 2 minutes to go from my workplace to there. They didn't prepare the order before there was no one else on the line... Then the lady ask me what I'm doing here... I ask them if they put the extra pumpkin spice and I have a confused answer, another woman come and pick up the coffee to put it. But then they didn't put the whipped cream before I ask them and they never had any reusable cup... I waited 15 mins while they served other customer after saying they were calling the manager but had to leave at 15:08 because I was gonna be late for work...

    I never expect much from Tim Hortons, because I've worked there and I know their staff is definitely not paid enough to care. So I was pleasantly surprised by Julien, who's positive attitude and careful attention to our order was a breath of fresh air. Merci beaucoup pour votre excellente comportement et travail, Julien!
