If your french isn't so good, skip this place. French speakers get napkins, English people do not. They were advertising a special burger so I ordered it, they made something else and then said they didn't have the first one, after I already paid for it. No offer for a refund or anything. At first they said the mushrooms weren't ready. Then they said they don't do that here. I am pretty sure they were lying. Burger was stale and over salted. One of the worst experiences I've had in a fast food place. Also the worst experience I had anywhere in Quebec. I'd give it less than 1 star if I could.

The employees made a mistake twice. That’s ok. However, they user the same plate. This represents a hygiene concern regardless of the sloppy presentation.

Rude staff. I waited a while for one lady doing food prep to get someone to come to the counter, and when another lady finally did, she completely ignored me and served the white man who arrived after me instead, even though he admitted that I was there first... I decided to get lunch from the cafe in the airport instead.

I saw employees making food directly with their hands, without gloves at all, which was so disgusting that it was likely to cause diarrhea

Cheerful, helpful bilingual service. Nice breakfast muffin sandwich with crunchy hash brown and good coffee. Great for a quick breakfast before a flight.

Freshly assembled A&W poutine is delicious! Cheese curds are fresh and gravy flavourful. 😋

A&W is the Pearl of Canadian fast-food and this one is the best non-pricey, good quality, fast-service restaurant in the airport :)

Got a breakfast sandwich today July 12, 2023 and the egg was green....very green not just a little green. Never eat there is you value your health

At Quebec airport and 1st location nearest. Both much poorer than the beef in Alberta and B.C.
