Worse customer experience of my life, 2 appointments that they did not honor and I was said by Michel literally going to see elsewhere !!! I do not recommend this business to my worst enemy!

Very good service, appointment within 24 hours. The technician was very friendly and the repair was done quickly. They seem forward-thinking in their spare parts inventory... which is a good point in this era of parts shortages.

The service was poor, an appointment not kept, job done half-heartedly, forgot to follow up, several months later, a lot of money invested and my spa is still leaking....

Service ok but this company charged me 235$ for 30 minutes of work to empty my spa with a pump and vacuum so if you make the math that is a 470$ hourly rate which is outrageous for a simple job. The amount for the service was volontarily left ambiguous when I called for the service but given this was the third time I used this company in my immediate neighborhood and the last time the cost was 160$ I assumed this would be a normal cost for this type of service. The company owner called me back on a Friday night to be paid without providing a detailed invoice and asked me to pay immediately an exact amount of 270.00$ tax included (how can you get to this exact amount with 2 taxes!) and when you explain your point of view it is not possible to discuss and find a common ground. With this approach they will not have any repeating business from anyone who cares about not being ripped off. This is apparently a new owner… good luck with that new store location you will never get more business from me. This owner prefers to write long replies on this review instead of insuring its customer satisfaction.

Excellent service... On a Friday at 3:30 p.m.... Last minute repair... Technician arrived in 30 minutes Spa operational in 10 minutes before everything freezes! I recommend this company 100% Customer more than satisfied

Very disappointed with this company. In the spring, after delays, the technician changed the heating pump. It was also necessary to change the electronic keyboard, but this had to be ordered because it was not in stock at the store. Afterwards, everything had to be compliant for use. Unfortunately, this was not the case, so we had to call back and wait for another visit, to change a fuse…. Visit which was re-invoiced to us and strangely once the technician came, EVERYTHING started to work again. In the meantime, we had accepted the order for the keyboard, which was supposed to take 3 weeks and which ultimately would no longer be useful at all. We would never have ordered this piece of equipment, it was the technician who told us the keyboard was broken and needed to be replaced. No negotiation or accommodation measure possible with the owner, the keyboard was changed at great cost.

Very bad experience. 1st visit effective, but the second they did nothing except put silicone in a place with a small leak and saw nothing on the 3rd. So I took a look myself and surprise, one of the water jets had a big leak. We are always better served by ourselves
