Very
disappointed
with
this
company.
In
the
spring,
after
delays,
the
technician
changed
the
heating
pump.
It
was
also
necessary
to
change
the
electronic
keyboard,
but
this
had
to
be
ordered
because
it
was
not
in
stock
at
the
store.
Afterwards,
everything
had
to
be
compliant
for
use.
Unfortunately,
this
was
not
the
case,
so
we
had
to
call
back
and
wait
for
another
visit,
to
change
a
fuse….
Visit
which
was
re-invoiced
to
us
and
strangely
once
the
technician
came,
EVERYTHING
started
to
work
again.
In
the
meantime,
we
had
accepted
the
order
for
the
keyboard,
which
was
supposed
to
take
3
weeks
and
which
ultimately
would
no
longer
be
useful
at
all.
We
would
never
have
ordered
this
piece
of
equipment,
it
was
the
technician
who
told
us
the
keyboard
was
broken
and
needed
to
be
replaced.
No
negotiation
or
accommodation
measure
possible
with
the
owner,
the
keyboard
was
changed
at
great
cost.
