Extremely disappointed at the sale. They don't put any restriction on how much a person can buy. We lined up in the cold on the first day for one hour and got in half an hour after they opened. Some of the racks were already empty! There was a couple that bought a whole trunk of dresses of small sizes (over 200 pieces, obviously it's not for self-use). None of my friends got any dresses! We were upset. It's so unfair to other people that also lined up in the cold. I talked to the manager, suggesting that they should at least put the restriction for the first day, the manager didn't even care. If you are interested in the sale I suggest either not to go or go with low expectation because you can't beat these professional buyers. They will always be ahead of you and wipe out all the nice stuff.

FALSE ADVERTISING to say the least... High prices, 10years old items, it's not what it used to be. If you arrive the first day you'll notice people getting in by the back... These hyenas don't deserve to stay in business. Je ne retournerai plus jamais!!!

Went for a recent puma sale around 6pm of the first day. Barely anything good left and it was like a zoo. Waited over an hour to go in and ended up not buying anything. Prices were same as in store on some items however at the outlet you had mostly old models or the ones no one purchased much of. I recommend shopping online since its similar or even cheaper than the outlet sales. Example: tshirt at outlets were 15$ and ive bought some online for 11.99 with warranty.... If you do decide to go , prepare to be first in line on the first day or youll get first pick , besides that don't waste your time. Hope this review helps.

Extremely long wait in line 3.5 hours outside, after finally getting to the entrance a sign was posted stating there would be a maximum of 40 minutes to shop also advised over a loud speaker. A group was allowed in and told after 40 minutes times up time to vacate and go back outside in line again should you need more time to shop

We went there today for “North Face, H/H, Lacoste &more up to 75%” It was terrible. Awful. There was a looooong line, after waiting for 2 hours, we entered to a small hall, everything was so jammed, low light, hard to read prices. We only had 40 minutes to shop. The sizes were not even close to be complete. Men size over 9 for shoes were not originally available. The discount was 50% at top, prices were regular prices, you could easily find these products with these prices in winners, the bay and other stores. Don’t waste your time. It’s only the hype. Nothing else.

Came to my first sale in over 3 years, and I’m sad to say that the price has gone up to the point where it’s not worth it. I’m sure there’s still some good deals to be had at times. I used to walk out with 2 bags full of gear for $200, but this time I got a pair of sweatpants and a pair of shorts and it cost me $90. Need nice jeans? Go to Jeans Jeans Jeans on Casgrain. The Marciano sale was terrible. I came the first day in the morning and did not try a single peace. Everything is very old style. No nice dresses, no skinny jeans, no jeggings and terribly old shoes. Everything is from 10 seasons ago and not even nice things. I think its slightly better on the men’s side.

I went there for the first time, it was great! A lot of good to great items but I am still hoping for more items in the future😂. I find the prices as a good deal especially when you know how much it retails. I am looking forward to visit it next year if it is available. Covid note: If I remember correctly, they asked for my covid vaccination. Unfortunately once inside, there are times when social distancing was not observed. Also, they sell perfumes where in you cannot actually test it because it is taped to the box. It took them time to have samples of the perfumes. I hope for more items please hehehe but overall, I love this sale!

You might be lucky and find a great deal when they have their sales periods. It's best to go on the first day of sale. Also, if it's a specific sale featuring a name brand like 'Puma', then don't wear any Puma products. They won't let you in.

Honestly, it's one of the best! I went to Puma Entrepôt during the first opening day, and I was so happy when i found the original Puma F1 t-shirts and jackets (Scuderia Ferrari and Redbull Racing Team). The prices of these items were less pricey than the market and online F1 stores (You pay more than 50% less for the same quality, same item). I really recommend subscribing and following this company when they do a clearance for specific brands. You can find all sizes for all ages.

I have noticed quite a big difference in pricing this time.For item's they are indicated not for resale is only a sample. And I'm fowlowing regular buying customer . Why pricing is mentioned by writing on the labels by hand and than they give you your 50% off ? You are paying the regular pricing as in the store So where is the 50% or 75% off.Sorry can't see it ? Very rude managers and customer service is garbage. The high end brands are very rare to find, prices are extremely high. You can literally get the same items from the retail store with similar prices and cheaper. Its a scam and the whole team from security to managers need serious lessons about the customer service. This place deserve zero star

So disappointing! I wish I wouldn't waste my time! Arrived at 5:30. The store supposed to be open till 7:30. After those advertisements, long line of people are waiting outside. They said they will close the doors at 7:30. When there were around 40 people in the line, at 6:45 the rude staffs came out to tell people they must leave. They changed the plan so they will close the door at 6:45 to be able to serve the customers inside till 7:30. Their behavior was so disrespectful. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Wasted couple of hours to be disrespected by the rude employees!

Cannot even try the clothes on with ladies watching over your shoulders. And prices are not better than when on sales or in outlets

No fitting rooms unfortunately and place is too small for operation difficult to go through what they selling. The company should look for bigger space, my suggestion 😉.
