The coachs have such positive vibes they really make time for every students.My son started only a month ago and the difference in his self confidence is already major. Professor Dimitri has a gift teaching those kids, especially to young children... they love him! Truly the best sports experience since I live in Montreal.

Excellent academy! I have trained at many places around the world and Demetri's school is by far one of the best learning environments. The kids class is vibrant and full of energy and the adult classes are packed with great training partners of all types with great respect and etiquette. For anyone looking to start jiujitsu for self-defense or competition, I highly recommend this school!

Demetre and his team have created a wonderful gym to train in BJJ. Most importantly they have created a very warm and inviting atmosphere which makes everyone feel welcome and my kids love it. All the instructors are top notch and they make learning BJJ fun for everyone and it's worth mentioning that the gym is always spotless. It's the best part of our week.

Dimitri is an incredible teacher. In the last few months, my son has attended his classes regularly and has developed a more outgoing personality, he has learned discipline and good manners, and is a lot braver. I recommend these jiu-jitsu classes to everyone as the teacher is very devoted.
