I love this brand so much and this store is beautiful! There is a line in the aisle of the shopping center, well-organized. And a separate table aside for pickup, so that you don’t have to wait. (Just need to know that pickup order cannot be returned in store and it will charge you for shipping back) Will come again later hope there won't be so many people then.

Let's face it, I'm past my prime, no longer a Silver Fox or a Zaddy. Still, I found amazing clothing to wear that didn't make me look like I was trying too hard and a lot of other old geezers around me found the same stuff too. Really inexpensive and good quality and a wonderful array of colours and yes, they do fit North American body types. My wife bought a dress that was so cute it brought back memories of when we were first dating. The cashiers and the staff were unbelievably helpful and actually look like they enjoy working there which makes me think it might actually be a place that treats its employees well.

Love this UNIQLO store! It is located inside the centre eaton shopping mall/building. This store is quite large and has 2 floors. They carry items that are not necessarily available online and many were discounted! Friendly staff members and very efficient shopping experience - no long checkout line even when the store was crowded

Wow … wide range of garments for every taste, vibrant colours and design. However, most of the collections are meant for Spring.

Love loungewear! They’re super comfy though they loose the shape quickly after laundry several times. It’s more convenient using self-checkout machines.

Lots of space. Huge selection of UT shirts. Staff was very helpful with finding what I needed. Check out line is quick. Fitting rooms are very busy so bring as many things as you can. Happy to finally have a uniqlo in Montreal.

Overall I like the stuff I bought here. Good value for the price. The main downside is when it comes to returns.. I bought a few shirts here, brought them home, tried them on, and they were too big, so I brought them back. They found a mark on one of the shirts after giving each a really close inspection (I haven't seen returns inspection that thorough before). All the tags and stickers were still in tact and I only bought it the day before.. It was obvious I hadn;t worn them.. The mark must have been on it when I bought it. Maybe it was another return with a less thorough cashier? Fortunately they accepted to give the refund, but I will be really careful I buy anything from here going forward... I am not sure what I would have done if they declined by refund for something I hadn't worn and purchased the day before. (And this is from a customer who has spent a lot here..)

Exquisite Elegance and Quality at UNIQLO - A 5-Star Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UNIQLO is a hidden gem in the world of Japanese fashion. From the moment I stepped into their store, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and meticulously curated selection of clothing. Every garment exudes a sense of artistry and craftsmanship that is distinctly Japanese. The attention to detail is truly remarkable - each piece feels like a work of art. The fabrics are of exceptional quality, and the stitching is precise, ensuring that the clothes not only look stunning but also stand the test of time. UNIQLO manages to strike a perfect balance between traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern, wearable fashion. The staff at UNIQLO are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. They take the time to understand your preferences and offer personalized recommendations. Their expertise in helping customers find the perfect ensemble is unmatched. Furthermore, UNIQLO's commitment to sustainability is commendable. They prioritize eco-friendly materials and production methods, which aligns with the global shift towards responsible fashion. It's heartening to support a brand that values both style and environmental consciousness. In addition to their clothing, UNIQLO offers a range of accessories that complement their apparel beautifully. These accessories, much like their clothing, reflect a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and aesthetics. Overall, UNIQLO provides an unparalleled shopping experience. If you're seeking clothing that marries elegance, quality, and cultural significance, this is the place to be. I can't recommend UNIQLO enough - it's a true treasure in the world of fashion. Kudos to UNIQLO for setting a high standard in Japanese fashion and for making every visit a delightful and enriching experience. THIS IS ALI NOOR & THIS IS MY REVIEW

This is a spacious store spanning two floors. Uniqlo has a wide assortment of clothing from basic tank tops and t-shirts to formal jackets and blazers. They also have their own collections like AIRism and HEATTECH. Not only that but they often have graphic t-shirts that features characters/shows (e.g. Naruto, Mario, Snoopy). I’d say the prices are usually reasonable for the quality, but they sometimes have sales on certain items. When it gets busy, the line for the change room can get quite long. However, this store has upgraded to all self-checkouts, so checking out is super easy

It's the same quality than GAP clothing. It's also very basic design, clearly nothing particular to justify the prices. If there's some hi-tech in their clothing, I'm not convinced at all after trying some items in their store. My dad also share the same opinion. Staff was kind and very helpful. *I very much appreciate their self-checkout! Montreal retail stores should upgrade to that.

If you buy something ordered ahead, they won’t take returns in store. Also they change the physical sizes from season to season- I was literally wearing a pair of pants I bought just a few months ago of my size, and I ordered another pair of pants with the exact same size and the new ones were dramatically smaller. Then I got charged $10 for the privilege of returning them. Edit: on my second attempt, they refunded me as a one time courtesy.

Easy to find and the staffs are so nice. But it seems like always crowded!

Great tee shirt collection. Use the ground floor fitting room as it is less crowded. Not too expensive. First flor houses more clothes than ground floor. Helpful and friendly staff.

UNIQLO's modern modular aesthetic design is refreshing and empowering in its simplicity. Creating daily ensembles to wear is uncomplicated and guaranteed to look and feel fresh and contemporary in a style that's Japanese. Is it kino-bi or functional art? I think both. Check in regularly for UNIQLO's design collabs especially with global designers. UNIQLO is about “unique” and “clothing", merging of high-quality fashion and fabrics with pioneering collaborative creations.

The receipts here are printed in french only. When my friend who is visiting from ontario told the manager she doesn't speak french. The manager jordar said, "Too bad you are in quebec." So if you are a tourist and dont speak french, dont go here.

On the second floor, waited in line to pay. One of the cashiers called to the lady behind me. The staff led the woman to cut in front of me, so I reminded the employee that I had come before her; however, the staff completely ignored me and served the lady, which is outrageous and humiliating. Another staff nearby eventually apologized to me when I complained, and she excused her colleague of being new. Throughout all this, the staff who caused the trouble, minded her own business. She couldn't care less about the situation that she had brought up. I'm sure that this staff doesn't know the first thing about the customer service.

The first-ever UNIQLO in Montreal and it is stunningly-conceived with an incredibly spacious second floor displaying loads of articles!

The store is very neat with a very wide selection to choose from. The girlfriend is a big fan of this brand so I guess that makes me a fan as well. The clothing is very comfortable and reasonably priced. I personally find the AIRism boxer briefs exceptionally comfy. The tee shirts by UNIQLO are pricey but very cute.

Great clothes, but be careful when you wash and then put them in the dryer, They are good quality and cotton mostly, but they still have a tendency to shrink in the tumble dryer. But I'm happy to shop here.

I’ve been here in Montreal for a week now and have visited Uniqlo twice. I’m always greeted with smiles and they’re knowledgeable about their products. 👌 The staff at the checkout counter were always helpful when I wanted the tags cut off

Refused return of toddler pants that were unused, under pretext that the packaging was already open. Excuse me? The packaging was intact. The kid didnt even try it on, purely by seeing the length of the pants. All of the pants in the store are exposed to clients, so using the pretext that you can’t take them back for safety reasons because they've become exposed to elements is absolutely ridiculous. The pants were purchased not even a day before, and were all in the original bag i even got them in. On top of that, I’m told to simply “donate” them to someone in need. A little tone def considering the current state of economic affairs but go off I guess. Sucks to say but I will unfortunately not be taking my business back here. Baffled by the whole experience.

I really love this Uniqlo store, I believe it's the largest one in the greater area of Montreal. They have a nice selection of clothing for both men and women. I really like their t-shirt section. The store can get pretty busy during the weekends but when I come here during the weekday mornings, it's nice and quiet. During that time, the employees are busy tidying up the shelves and dusting/vacuuming the store. I also really like their self-checkout system, they use RFID technology and it makes the process super quick especially if you are buying multiple items.

  • 3/5 Leila D. 1 year ago on Google
Staff is courteous and helpful. There are not enough fitting rooms. Prices don’t always match the signs. Good luck passing through to get something if you’re busy and you need to try it on. The store is well located so there’s a lot of traffic. I waited over 15 minutes to try something on a Wednesday afternoon. Frustrating unless you’re not pressed for time.

First trip to this retail giant. Fabulous sale prices and au courant trends. Summer styles that are timeless and the quality was better than I expected. It was hard to keep my cart from spilling over! Love the checkout where you toss the items in a container, and it knows the total.

Nice store, good prices, good selection. However, the quality is bad. 3/5 pairs of pants that I bought there less than a year ago are already ripped. Nice contribution to global warming.

Went to buy some white pants. After only 30 minutes, i saw a stain on them. Went back, the manager Tony did not wanted to acomodate me. Not bad, just really the worst service off all the branches. Blessings

We came here randomly and absolutely loved Nancy. She was one of the attendants in the store. She was so warm and welcoming. She was extremely helpful and introduced me to some new items. I was nervous to try my French but she was so kind and also had a wonderful conversation with me in English. That type of service absolutely made my day!!

It seems empty when you enter at main floor from outside. Then you go upstairs and it's the TARDIS. I think they sell just about everything except shoes. Fitting room lines are long, but hey, self checkouts. Most styles are wardrobe basics that would match well. Quality seems on par with pricing.

Went to buy a new winter wardrobe for an accompanying friend. Lots of very classy options, which can be found in any uniqlo store, but the highlight of our trip was the stellar floor service from Camilla. She took her time with us to understand what we were looking for, and told us about the alteration service which completely changed the game! We ended up buying four pairs of pants instead of walking out empty handed thanks to her. Extra friendly and knowledgeable, I hope to bump into her again for our next trip :)

The clothes here fit me better compared to other brands. Self checkout was extremely quick and easy. I liked how it automatically scanned all my items at once.

Great store and good quality clothes. I always spend a lot whenever I go. 😂 Only thing that disappoints is their return policy. You can't return clothes you bought on sale unless you exchange it with another item.

One of the larger UNIQLOs that I've been to! They have several entrances - two within the Eaton Centre and one that leads outside to Saint-Catherine. They have a wide selection of clothes, and an additional section for their famous graphic tees. The store is two levels like many of their other Canadian locations, but I actually was unable to find anyone to help me figure out where things were. It was fairly busy, though, so that's probably why, but I'm usually able to find someone pretty quickly in other locations I've been to (in Ontario).

  • 5/5 Pablo H. 2 years ago on Google
This store is huge! Don't let the ground floor fool you, go check the upper floor: it's vastly bigger than the ground floor. Great assortment of clothes. The store was packed full because it was a weekend right before the first snowfall of the season, which does not make me happy. But even then I was able to move inside the store without feeling claustrophobic. I certainly intend to go back there many times.

  • 2/5 Daniel S. 2 years ago on Google
Pretty nice clothes and brand generally. However, their after sales service is very black and white and not very sympathetic or open to reality. I saw them deny a woman good treatment today when she brought back a 5 month old piece of clothing that didn’t wash well. Apparently it didn’t fit into their 30 day policy. She was upset and this made me think twice about purchasing from here again if this Is how they treat customers.

This place is terribly dangerous to visit... It is like visiting a grocery store on an empty stomach - you wanna buy everything! I absolutely love UNIQLO so I was thrilled to learn we would get one in Montreal. It opened many months ago now and I still pay a visit once in a while, as they have amazing products! Not only are the prices extremely competitive but the quality is excellent. On top of that, they have various technologies that optimize comfort and efficacy - Airism, Heattech, Dry Ex, etc And very minimal branding, which I love! Work wear, sports wear, life wear, Outdoor wear, they offer all types of clothing at ridiculously good prices with excellent quality. I expect other clothing stores to slowly die out...

The first UNIQLO opened in Montreal. I still remember the hyped and I was on the line when the first day they opened. It tooks us almost 2 hours just standing in line under the snow. I am a fan of UNIQLO btw. Maximum simple with great material and eye catching color. Great for whatever style you are looking for. Just go here and look around because it is so big that I think I will find at least one thing you could buy and use. Clap clap*
