I liked the place because my wife found a coat she liked at a good price. The place was crowded and at all times there was a long lineup at the cash. However, the four cashiers were effective and kept the line moving at a good pace.

Cheap clothing, unbeatable prices, not a lot of variety but it's cheap, stay awhile...look through everything, you might find one or two items to your liking, cheap isn't bad...Old Navy is not Gucci, but who wears Gucci nowadays, c'mon, be smart with your money!

They have pretty good deals and inclusive sizing. A lot of women's clothes go up to 5x. The jeans are pretty comfortable and resilient.

Shop here often they have a great selection of baby clothes and ladies dresses .

Like to shop here, I always find stuff on special for the kids as well as for adults. Staff always friendly and willing to help out when needed.

Love that I can shop there as a plus size person. The store was busy, but with the sale it was expected

I love their clothes and sale, but another of pieces are miss placed and giving us the wrong price. Products on liquidations and when you come to the cash out , it's a different price and that's so annoying.

I always get something to buy from here, great collection with a very helpful staff.

This is the only Old Navy in all Montreal that I found very clean and organized!

I am big Old Navy fan, clothes are comfortable and durable, prices are very good. Nevertheless, in this store I had a bad experience. I tried to use a super cash ticket for a discount and neither the cashier nor the store manager had any idea how the super cash tickets can be partially used, even though the instructions are right there in the back of the ticket. I contacted customer support and they confirmed that how I explained to them was the right way to use it, a bit disappointing that a customer knows better than then personal how they products work. So the 2 stars go to the store not to the brant.

Large, loud, hectic, crowded, disorganized, hot. Lots of tall racks and walls so you can't see what is in any other section, but you need to go through every section since clothes are not grouped by type. Still don't have extended sizing in store to try on.

Great prices and lots of choices. Good for all ages. I got all my daughters back to school clothes for only $120.

Just before boxing day I bought 3 shirts for $15 each, there were 2 other shirt colours I wanted but couldn't get because they didn't have my size (downtown) the lady told me thwy normally restock on Wednesdays. It is now boxing day (at lasalle location), things are supposed to be cheaper, but now they have the same shirts for $29, pretty upset about that.

Great store for clothing for the whole family at a great price

Picked out a bunch of things to find out changing rooms are closed. Was told to buy everything and return what I don’t want ? Plenty of staff around the store to operate the fittings rooms …

Nice clothes as always but the offers and discounts are kind of confusing. The store should be more organized too.
