We had a really great experience in Harmon House in Brussels. Personnel is friendly, relaxed and welcoming; we felt treated with a nice personal touch. The deluxe suite is absolutely amazing, the interior of the hotel is very well done. Looking for a nice place in the center of Brussels? This is where you want to be.

Hotel itself is decent enough, but the service is borderline. Been trying to get my deposit for the room reinstated, bit so far I've been stuck in the phone waiting line for quite a bit, and trying to explain that they withdrew money from my account and "reserved" it has proven useless in the extreme. Don't know why they're having such difficulties comprehending that a MasterCard debit card works differently than a MasterCard credit card.

Everything was perfect in the Harmon House. It is really a beautiful place and very well located. Except that Reception made an error and both withdrew and reserved the cost for the stay. No matter what the Reception staff claims, the reserved amount is still not unblocked from my credit card and it has been +10 days. How lovely that one night stay in Brussels is costing me now extra time (and nerves) to follow-up with my bank and make a credit card complaint.

Fabulous experience for those who want to enjoy their time visiting Brussels. The location is near Louise, easy access to the tram station going to the city center. Food is superb 👌 We went here to have a great time, invited by one of the owners 😀 It's was one of the unforgettable moments of our lives. Would come here again in the future for sure. 5/5 for sure!

We loved it here. Really nice vibe for a couple’s stay and I prefer the location to staying in the city centre - it’s a metro or a walk away and there are some great coffee and brunch spots around it. Clean, modern and romantic. Overall very friendly staff and great stay.

I understand it’s a personal taste, yet that’s what the review is about, isn’t it? I found the bed in the room 11 too soft. On the other hand the room was perfectly quiet. Highlight of our stay was definitely the spa, truly relaxing. Marion at the reception was very friendly.

Definitely worth booking. The service was great, very friendly. They did there best to speak English. The room was nice, warm, clean. Also top wellness and fitness rooms. If I need to go back to Brussels I will book again here. Thank you for the good experience 😁

Little details like offering you the spa when they see how much you paid for the room due to a last minute booking can make a very big difference in your overall experience. This hotel is the definition of optimal customer experience, not only because of the quality of the facilities, the location and design but because of the great staff.

Very comfortable hotel. The interior surprises me with its sophistication, as for me it's just a work of art, it's very beautiful and cozy. There are always super friendly employees and always delicious breakfasts for every taste. I love the atmosphere here. This is now my favorite hotel in Brussels. We had a lovely stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa was fantastic. The hotel is in an excellent location. The bar is quite funky but very quiet at night. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel so can’t comment on that. There were 2 things that lowered the score for us: our initial room was very disappointing - very small and not attractive, with a terrible view. However, to give credit where it’s due, when I asked to move rooms the staff were very accommodating and we were delighted with the new room. Secondly, the £200 holding deposit was taken from my account on the day we arrived, was not taken off the bill and I am still waiting for it to be returned…

The location is great, especially for someone that wants easy access to everything. The building is beautifully renovated. The bar was nice. Breakfast was expensive, but very good. Booking, check in, and check out were all easy. Daily maid service was nice. The room was very clean and the windows operated perfectly. There was plenty of lighting. Our only complaint was that it was impossible to keep the room cool without opening the windows and letting in the noise of the trolley and street.

I had the pleasure to celebrate my 30th birthday at this venue. The staff was professional and well organised, not to mention extremely kind. I did not have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend this location for these kind of events.

We had a great stay. Very nice looking hotel and friendly staff. The only thing I thought was odd, is that all guests have to wait at check out before they have checked the room, before you can leave and get the deposit back. If you are in a hurry, this is not ideal.

A really nice hotel, with a great service. The hotel has an appealing classy modern design and interior. The rooms are spacious and is located nearby a lot of nice shops and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with good location. Peaceful and had no noise issues from construction site next door. Rooms are modern and tidy, everything was working good, also a/c. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, also the pillows. Had a good night's sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful, we felt welcome there and valued as customers. Breaksfast was a bit downside due to the warm food was more on the cool side, but the staffs efforts to find suitable products for a gluten free person made a really good impression on me! Definitely will book again here if coming to Brussels!

Terrific stay - very modern and contemporary. comfortable rooms, very nice staff. not in the tourist area, which is nice actually. Great restaurants near by. I would recommend it!

If I could give zero Stars, I would. This is the WORSE by FAR the WORSE Hotel I have ever been to. My husband and I took a room here the night of our civil wedding in January of 2021 (it has been two years, and I can still not believe the TRAUMATIC experience we had). The room was ICE COLD in Winter!!! They had turn on off the heater before our arrival. Moreover, the wooden blinds could not be closed; therefore, someone came up to the room to close the blinds, which he failed. The room was facing the street so they needed to be closed not to have complete visibility into the room. We could not close the curtain as the heater could not function well otherwise. A MESS!!! The room had a super high ceiling, so imagine heating a room like that! The receptionist brought up a tiny electric heater that could not warm the room. My husband and I were shivering the whole night and barely slept. There were no other rooms available! Therefore we were forced to stay in that room. My husband and I told the manager the next morning how this was our wedding day (!), after all, which we had informed them when making the booking. They promised that we could have a free hotel stay whenever we wanted in the future, which is why we did not leave them a bad review. Up until today, in 2023, we could NEVER REDEEM this. There was no refund made, no apology. They later offered a complimentary breakfast for future bookings. They need to be for real as if we wanted to spend money on another Hotel night there again. But it got worse. They offered us a late checkout for the morning. Then we were asked if we could check out earlier because the next guest had already arrived, and they wanted to offer them an early check-in… We were FLABBERGASTED by the audacity of this request!!! Service is 0/10 You most definitely do not get what you pay for. I do not recommend you come here because they do not have the capacity to deal with issues. If you’re coming here for a special occasion, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. Response to Harmon House: Their response is a prime example of their incompentence and lack of accountability. Clealry my review was not read with comprehension either. This is not about checking my spam folder Harmon House! So they admit to the issues surrounding their Hotel but still refused to give us a refund or the free stay as promised! Avoid this Hotel by ALL means.

Truly loved my stay at the Harmon Hotel. The central location in the St Gilles area, allowed us to walk everywhere or take the tram/metro when tired. The room is comfortable and clean, the lounge areas are cozy and the spa and gym are well equipped and fantastic. It would be great to have a special daily rate for the spa included in a room package. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Thank you for allowing me to play the piano at the bar, it's alway nice to be able to practice when travelling :)

Jessica, Sebastiano, Arthur were all very kind and helpful during my stay of an entire week at the hotel. We had an issue with air con and Jessica handled it so well. Also she is very hard working and does her best to make sure customers are comfortable.

The couch in the library is very comfortable, and i heard some professionals helped with the reconstruction of the gym, all in all every little detail is perfect. The decoration is very nice, especially the bar looks amazing. And they offer the best beer i ever drank in my whole life (Triple Karmeliet). I also like their elevator really much. Sometimes a very famous Belgian Pianist pleases the guests with a spontaneous concert. The staff is also very nice and is responding fast to upcoming individual needs with passion. The spa has also a very good atmosphere and everybody should try to book one of the eligible spots in time.

Harmon House is a great place for a short stay. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and motivated. We stayed here as a couple and can recommend staying here for your couple trip to Brussels. We removed one star as some staff members are inattentive. For instance, in the bar, where the bartender isn’t always present, we have had staff seeing us waiting without calling the bartender for us. This required to explicitly request the bartender - in a 4-star hotel, we think management should find a better process for running the bar. Moreover, it would be nice to see some additional sweet options at the breakfast buffet (e.g. pancakes, crepes, french toast) as they are currently not available. However, it must be pointed out that the breakfast comes at a low rate of only 19 euros. These additions would certainly require to raise the price which might not be every guests’ preference.

Dis recommendation !!! I'm not a very critical person but our experience at this hotel was shocking. We left tired of disappointments.. We chose this hotel only because his pool, despite the disadvantages that he is not close to the center of the city and there is no parking for hotel guests. I inquired with the hotel before we booked the reservation, we asked about the pool, everything was told us *except* the very important fact that the pool, the gym, the spa facilities.. are for extra paid I would like to point out that we paid over 150€ for one night! Does not include meals! This is a price that is very far from being cheap, and the hotel allows itself to additionally demand an additional price for its facilities? And it's not even was mentioned anywhere, in my opinion it's terrible. After the initial shock we went up to the room and unpleasant surprises awaited us there as well.. The room was full of dust Full full full of dust Everywhere !!! The shower was dirty and full of dirty hair The towels had yellow stains We were shocked ! We have never encountered anything like this ! When we said at the reception that the shower was dirty and full of hairs they did not offer us to change rooms but simply offered us to clean it. We were already tired of disappointments so we didn't argue.. Another thing I want to admit - One of the hotel employees entered the room in the middle of our sleep even though we put up a "do not disturb" sign. We woke up panic, he rushed out and we didn't understand at all why he tried to enter. Another point that is important - there is only one elevator in the hotel and many times we had to wait very long time for a elevator Many times we crowded inside the small elevator with other guests of the hotel It was not pleasant at all We will definitely not return and do not recommend.

Rented out the bar area to throw my wedding and would recommend it to anyone looking for a +++++ venue in Brussels. The staff was extraordinary, they were attentive to all our needs and took care of making our evening as stress free as possible! The owner is very friendly and responsive. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good.... there's only good things to say

When of the best hotel experiences i have encountered with an excellent staff that was super welcoming as their kindness when they treat their clients. The hotel was beautiful, from the entrance to the lobby to the bar to the room. For the level of quality of the hotel, it was well worth the price. The spa/pool was extremely clean and really stylish, if I didn't know I was in a hotel I would have thought I went to an actual spa that has dedicated themselves to have an exemplary spa space. Would absolutely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Brussels.

Everything was lovely, very kind personnel. We had two hours after checking in to get ready for a wedding party. They brought up the iron and ironing board to the room, booked us a taxi, and the room has the best hair dryer I've ever seen in a hotel, plus the make-up mirror which helped immensely. We were done and dressed on time! Room was clean and cozy, bathroom amazing.

The room did not correspond to the pictures and description offered by booking so I felt quite cheated. If I knew spa was so expensive for 1:30h and 50€ per person I would have gone to hotel next door where the price is per room. In many hotels I have been in Europe the spa is a service to the clients so it is not an extra but rather an incentive to attract clients. This was the case to chose your hotel, the nice pictures of rooms and facilities available and the beautiful spa. So pretty disappointed of what I got. But what I find incredible and not sure which kind of clients you have, is the caution of additional 100€. I felt like a criminal. So, conclusion, I will never book again in this hotel and recommend to anyone. Thanks

Great service, air conditioner worked well in our room and the mattress was on firm side yet very comfortable and supportive. There are LED touch panels on each side of bed for turning on/off lights in the room, very conveniently.

Dear Harmon House crew, Thank you for the nice service and great assistance during our stay. Just a little minus comment as we couldn't get the preferred parking rate although I have asked for it. But for the rest everything was perfect especially the breakfast. Best regards Isabelle

We had a great time at the Harmon House. The room was great with comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. The spa really makes the difference (extra fee but worth it). The breakfast was very tasty. Friendly staff on top of that!

Amazing place - had such a pleasant stay and the spa was an added bonus. The staff in the morning for breakfast couldn't of been more helpful and was serving the breakfast alone but nothing was too much trouble. Vicky our masseuse was such a lovely lady too and left us feeling relaxed, perfect for our honeymoon weekend. Reception always friendly and helpful, called us taxis and explained everything to us on arrival and checkout - thankyou for making our stay so perfect, we'll be back for sure!

We had a great time at the Harmon House! :) We loved the fact the hotel is well located, near public transport and the city's downtown. Everyone in the staff was friendly (a few of them even talking to us in Portuguese), and attended us whenever we needed. The amenities were also great - the room was comfortable, and everything was of good quality. We had breakfast in one of our mornings, which we also loved! We also loved the hotel's style, which just added to the experience. I don't think I have any improvements to suggest, and I'd definitely stay at the hotel again! Not really a point of improvement, but perhaps if the usage fee of the spa space was smaller, I'd have been more inclined to use it. :) Also I think the temperature control in the room wasn't working at some points (but nothing that really bothered me), so mentioning it just in case there are any issues. Again, I really appreciate the service!

Stunning new boutique hotel, well thought out details in the contemporary design and for comfort. Extremely comfortable bed and loved the rain shower. We liked the tempurature and light control panel but can imagine it could be tricky for some people to work out. Polite and attentive service from staff and the cocktails we tried were very good too!

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. Rooms very clean and modern, good sized terraces. Hotel is very close to the city center, but half hour walk from tourist attractions. Has two supermarkets and a bakery walking distance. There are construction going on next to the hotel, but during my 5 night stay I haven’t heard any noises, was on the fifth floor. Only con is the really slow lift.

The hotel was beautiful and well decorated. There was no functioning aircondition in the rooms, which ruined the stay for us. We checked in to rest and get away from the heat, instead it ended up being warmer inside. We didnt really enjoy staying there. We were proposed free breakfast, but we didnt feel like it helped much, as it had really ruined the expérience. Breakfast was good quality, but though a bit boring with little variety.
