I
would.
This
is
the
WORSE
by
FAR
the
WORSE
Hotel
I
have
ever
been
to.
My
husband
and
I
took
a
room
here
the
night
of
our
civil
wedding
in
January
of
2021
(it
has
been
two
years,
and
I
can
still
not
believe
the
TRAUMATIC
experience
we
had).
The
room
was
ICE
COLD
in
Winter!!!
They
had
turn
on
off
the
heater
before
our
arrival.
Moreover,
the
wooden
blinds
could
not
be
closed;
therefore,
someone
came
up
to
the
room
to
close
the
blinds,
which
he
failed.
The
room
was
facing
the
street
so
they
needed
to
be
closed
not
to
have
complete
visibility
into
the
room.
We
could
not
close
the
curtain
as
the
heater
could
not
function
well
otherwise.
A
MESS!!!
The
room
had
a
super
high
ceiling,
so
imagine
heating
a
room
like
that!
The
receptionist
brought
up
a
tiny
electric
heater
that
could
not
warm
the
room.
My
husband
and
I
were
shivering
the
whole
night
and
barely
slept.
There
were
no
other
rooms
available!
Therefore
we
were
forced
to
stay
in
that
room.
My
husband
and
I
told
the
manager
the
next
morning
how
this
was
our
wedding
day
(!),
after
all,
which
we
had
informed
them
when
making
the
booking.
They
promised
that
we
could
have
a
free
hotel
stay
whenever
we
wanted
in
the
future,
which
is
why
we
did
not
leave
them
a
bad
review.
Up
until
today,
in
2023,
we
could
NEVER
REDEEM
this.
There
was
no
refund
made,
no
apology.
They
later
offered
a
complimentary
breakfast
for
future
bookings.
They
need
to
be
for
real
as
if
we
wanted
to
spend
money
on
another
Hotel
night
there
again.
But
it
got
worse.
They
offered
us
a
late
checkout
for
the
morning.
Then
we
were
asked
if
we
could
check
out
earlier
because
the
next
guest
had
already
arrived,
and
they
wanted
to
offer
them
an
early
check-in…
We
were
FLABBERGASTED
by
the
audacity
of
this
request!!!
Service
is
0/10
You
most
definitely
do
not
get
what
you
pay
for.
I
do
not
recommend
you
come
here
because
they
do
not
have
the
capacity
to
deal
with
issues.
If
you’re
coming
here
for
a
special
occasion,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
book
somewhere
else.
Response

Their
response
is
a
prime
example
of
their
incompentence
and
lack
of
accountability.
Clealry
my
review
was
not
read
with
comprehension
either.
This
is
not
about
checking
my
spam
folder
Harmon
House!
So
they
admit
to
the
issues
surrounding
their
Hotel
but
still
refused
to
give
us
a
refund
or
the
free
stay
as
promised!
Avoid
this
Hotel
by
ALL
means.
