Excellent service and friendly homely staff. Can't find anything wrong. A bit of old worldly elegance from this privately owned hotel. Close to upmarket shops and pedestrian walkways. Many excellent restaurants close by. They serve a comprehensive breakfast that will last for the whole day. Nice touches like complementary coffee in the room and welcome drinks. Definitely a favourite in Brussels and good value for money.

Great location just off the main drag. Very comfortable rooms with an excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can happily recommend and would stay again. A number of exciting restaurants within easy walking distance. Close to city centre.

The hotel is well located. I had a nice clean room and bathroom. The bed was also comfortable. Internet connection in the room is good and the selection of TV channels seemed to cater for very diverse clients. The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak both English and French and are very courteous as compared to other places (In other hotels, some Brussels hospitality staff can seem a bit rude and unaccommodating, which is a bit surprising). Breakfast is good though not exceptional.

Nice, very nice. Wonderful staff. Lovely room. Lift is ridiculous. Restaurant, French cuisine. Tasty, reasonable. But the chairs are too low and the floor boards creek and move.

I only had one night here but I loved it. A very kind man on reception allowed me have my room hours before the due check in time when I arrived early in the hope I could leave my bag there while I walked around the city. I was very tired so this was greatly appreciated. The room was beautiful, large and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. It had beautiful cosmetics for use in the bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities along with a minibar fridge. The location was good for places to eat and about 20-30 minutes walk from the popular sights in the centre of the city. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. I would like to return again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms with all the things you would want: fridge, comfortable bed, nice shower, strong water pressure, desk, complimentary wifi, and a nice bar. Really enjoyed the stay here and you're in walking distance to numerous restaurants and stores.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I was going to switch hotels after the first night. Staff were helpful, and the room was a moderate size. I booked a deluxe room, which was passable! Furniture was cheap looking. Understaffed, two people in attendance for breakfast, for 20 table's, trying to clear table's reset tables replenish food and drinks. Overwhelmed!!! Cold eggs every day although scrambled, bacon and round sausage bits. No milk on three occasions, no bread on two occasions and no plates or glasses available. And a bar that doesn't open. Ripped mat leading to a 4 person lift. I've stayed All over the world and I like to give people, hotels the benefit of the doubt... but understaffing a hotel, not having a bar and not replacing ripped mats etc is bewildering. A 2 star hotel at best.

Super location, great service, very personalized. The best part of our stay was the room which was so spacious and bright. Claude, Philippe and restaurant staff need special mention. The stations and tram stops were convenient.

Great location, nice rooms very classic style. Front desk team did some mistakes with my reservation which cause issues at hour departure and even during breakfast time. next time team should consider clients time to review accountancy correctly and avoid uncomfortable situations

Nice old hotel, well maintained compared to others I saw before. Friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Had a good sleep. Room clean, not too big but calm. (the hairdryer needs to get replaced) Breakfast ... let’s say there have been better days. The quality of the food was good. Fresh orange juice. They forgot to plug-in the heater for ham and scrambled eggs. Something I called at 8:45. Breakfast starts at 7:30 I believe. One thing that will always remind me on this breakfast was the coffee. If some Hotels would know how much coffee means to someone like me to make me return to this place. I tried the so called Americano and an Espresso. Wow ... the coffee was sooo bad. Reminded me on coffee you get at the main train or patrol station. Sorry but the tiny little things make the difference. Addition on Day 2: When was the last time you checked the coffee machine in the room? I got the same one and it doesn’t look like this. This machine was so dirty, filled with water and I don’t know what else was swimming in the water already. This is a serious health and safety issue if you got mold. Especially when the mold is so present that you don’t need to search for. And final the hairdryer makes some crazy noise and is about to die.

Good location and excellent room and breakfast. Service can be little more courteous.

Overall, my stay here in September 2019 was excellent. Customer Service was great and the interior of hotel was nice. My room was a bit larger than expected, but it was nice. Though it did have some scuff marks and chipped paint, it was nothing to throw a hissy fit over. Breakfast was included in the room rate. Standard continental fare, but it was good enough to get me going for the day. Plus the free apples in the lobby were a great snack to have when exploring the town. The only issue I really head was the lighting on my floor. It seeem really dark when exiting the elevator and very hard to see keyhole for door. Also, elevator is very tiny, so if you have large bags, expect to carry them up the stairs.

Lovely hotel, about 20 minutes to the the Grand Place (uphill on the way back). Very friendly staff, great choice at breakfast, good bathroom, my only small complaint would be the bed was a bit firm for me but this is personal taste! Fabulous and would recommend!
