Iconic beer bar in Brussels, there is another one at Place Fontainas, being this one the original Moeder. Great variety of beers and nice food, crowd is lively in a great atmosphere, very kind staff. A must in Brussels.

A must stop beer destination in Brussels. Always a great variety of beers on draft and in bottles, with lots of rarities if you're willing to pay for them. They always have at least one or two Cantillon beers on tap, and a few other local selections. The crew is great, very knowledgeable about the beers and the scene around town. Jean the owner is a great guy, and very passionate about beer.

Idyllic bar situated in and by fantastic buildings. Beers on the outdoor patio was great in the sun and they had smiling and service- oriented staff. Great cheese- board to go with the beer.

Really nice and cozy place with an amazing and varied choice of beers of all kinds. The waiters are also great and can offer advice on which beer to try based on your tastes. The cheese and snacks were great as well. Highly recommended

The mother of all Lambic beers. This is where you want to be for a wide array of Belgian beers. A little unassuming cafe with a rickety terrace and beer connaisseurs working in the service. There is another Lambic in town but it’s oriented towards tourists, this one is where the locals come to enjoy they niche beers while playing cards, chatting or smoking a cigarette.

Excellent bar with friendly, passionate and knowledgeable proprietor. Lovely airy place with good views thru the large windows. Comfortable tables, great selection of gueze, local and other beers, with a small snack menu too. I will be returning when I'm next in Brussels. Recommended.

Hands down best place for beer connoisseurs I have ever been. Cozy, not geeky, very wellcomming and attentive service, simple yet professional advising on what to drink. Beer selection was wide and interesting, for snacking got some very tasty cheese plate. Went there on Tuesday night of early October, it wasn't very busy but great atmosphere indoors and airy outdoors. Very recomended.

A nice gem worth a walk. Plenty Lambic beers as you might have guessed from the name,but they also have a few other types of beers, wine and drinks. And they have a beer take away. Very friendly staff. Not a place you go to dine as food selection limited, but you're here for food right? Recommended!

The original and the best out of the two locations, with a more local vibe, but with still a fantastic selection of world class lambics. Guy serving was very efficient and friendly too.

GO FOR BRUNCH, STAY FOR BEER! We came for the beer but had the best brunch we've had in Brussels. The beers are good quality and could have stayed for hours just sampling all that was on offer. The bar staff was helpful, engaging and friendly. Outdoor and a range of indoor seating options that would suit solo, couples and groups.

Nice staff, good local craft beers. The cheese and meat plate was very good. The beer list was kinda hard to read if you don't speak French, since the style of the beer wasn't on it, but the staff helped and translated.

Server spoke English which is good. Could barely understand his accent (thick French). Light shining in ur eyes from where menu is. Brewery was too small to read on menu. No menu besides what was on the board. Great beer selection.

One of the best places (if not the best) to get beer in Brussels: not only do they have an amazing selection (that changes regularly so you can discover new things), but the staff is extremely knowledgeable about beer, and can give you great advice! Just describe what you like, and they will find something for you. Or let them guide you. They are the sommeliers of beer. It was my favorite over 10 years ago, and it still is now.
