I've stayed at this hotel three times now, and while the facilities are promising, the service has been consistently lacking. During my first two visits, I encountered prolonged waits in the bar/cafe area, often with no service at all. Unfortunately, my recent stay didn't show much improvement. On the first night, my partner and I waited for half an hour without any acknowledgment, and the service during breakfast was equally disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for our coffees and received little attention throughout. There was a noticeable lack of proactive checking in, and no one seemed attentive to our needs. I refrained from leaving a review after my initial visits, attributing it to growing pains since the hotel was relatively new. However, the recurrent issues suggest a need for focused attention on service improvement. I believe the hotel has great potential, and addressing these service issues would significantly enhance the overall experience for guests. I hope to see positive changes in the future.

This is probably the most unique hotel I've ever stayed at. I think it's 70s decor, but it's definitely throwback, with jazz playing throughout the lobby, the casual wear of the staff, and just overall hip atmosphere and furniture. Everything was super clean and nice and our room had a huge bathtub, could fit a whole family in there! The shower was nice too. Public transportation isn't too far away, including trains to the rest of Europe. Amazing views of the city as well

What a gorgeous hotel! We stayed over new years eve and it was the perfect place for some fun but also to relax after the celebrations. The design of both the rooms and the public spaces is incredible. The more you look, the more little design details you discover. Minimal extras in the rooms actually feels like a nice chnage from the usual (no minibar, bathrobes etc) as it keeps things feeling clean and minimal. Also probably one of the best views of Brussels from the privacy of your bed - Book a corner room and thank me later. We don’t normally dine at the hotel restaurant when travelling, but in this case, Cantina Valentina was hard to resist. Fantastic menu and a really cool setting to try some delicious Peruvian food. Service wise, we had no issues. As with any new hotel, there are of course a few small operational kinks to work out. But that’s understandable and didn’t negatively impact us in any major way during our stay. Big shout out to the entire reception team for being so lovely. You guys make the hotel 10x times better by being so warm, welcoming and helpful. Thank you! If you are a boutique hotel lover heading to Brussels, this is the place for you.

Get the Corner Suite for extra space and floor to ceiling windows. Fantastic view over Brussels. Design is cool throughout the property, from the lobby, restaurant, corridors, room, bathroom and the rooftop bar. The team is cool too, service is excellent. Super happy, one of my favorite hotels, certainly will be stay here again when returning to Brussels.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and was very pleased with warm welcome by the hotel staff. Great location to explore the city centre with good transport connections. Excellent views from the top floors of the tower building that the hotel occupies. All the dishes I tried in the restaurant at breakfast were very delicious, would have loved to taste all the dishes on the menu but didn't have enough time - my special compliments to the chef. Would love to come back!

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious! We loved drinking coffee in the lobby in the morning to start our day & then going for some drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening! The train station and city centre are nearby which made our stay very pleasant.

We made a booking at The Hoxton in Brussels just for the experience of staying in one of their properties - and it didn't disappoint at all. Had a fantastic stay, from checking-in, to our spacious room, great coffee in the lobby bar, excellent food, all the way to checking-out. There was a slight delay in the hotel launch and our booking was affected, but the team were very helpful in moving our booking date - and even threw in a room upgrade which was a wonderful gesture. Definitely will be staying here again if I am ever in Brussels again in the future.

Good for a bed not good for breakfast! Stayed here for 3 nights and on 2 of the days the hotel was unable to serve breakfast. On Saturday morning we got down for breakfast to be told there was a problem with the kitchen and therefore no breakfast was being served. On Sunday we wanted to get room service only to be told they couldn’t do it because ‘they don’t have enough trays’ Rooms and ambience are nice. Service very poor.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Gorgeous 70s design. Great rooms, bed and shower, very comfortable. Super clean. Efficient check-in, didn't get the staff name unfortunately. Excellent, friendly service from Robin in the Tope restaurant last night. Probably the best service we experienced during our entire stay in Belgium. Service in Belgium is mixed at best.

Another brilliant hotel experience by Hoxton. Whilst visiting for business, seamless check in experience. Friendly and helpful staff across the reception, bars and restaurant. Delicious selection of food and drink. Incredible view of Brussels from room. Super clean and spacious room. Love the radio touch, adds a unique atmosphere to make you feel at home away from home. Great location with walking distance to the centre of Brussels and tourist attractions.

One of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed in worldwide. The facility is amazing. The decoration is brilliant. The atmosphere is vibrant. The rooms are cozy and artistic. Loved it and definitely going to come back again.
