I organized a 1 week conference in this hotel and if I could give more stars I would! Everything was simply excellent. From the first visit with Kevin C.The hotel personnel is super fast with providing any kind of services needed. They are accurate with great attention to detail! Nathalie A. was present everywhere all the time, ensuring seamless delivery of the conference. Thank you for that! The catering was vegan/vegetarian, and many of us were quite surprised by how tasty and diverse it was! I also stayed in the hotel the whole week and never wanted to leave. The bed, view, and bathroom are all awesome, as well as the many amenities they provide. Great ambiance, easily reachable location and great personnel! See you all at the next one!

Everything was fine until they forbade me to leave with breakfast leftover. One of the staff physically stopped me from walking out. I have never seen such behaviour. I stay in a lot of hotels for my job, and this never happened before. Why would you encourage food waste? This place is only pretending to be cool.

Very nice hotel, especially for a brand. They put some effort in the design and the rooms are comfortable. The little self service shop is great, the breakfast is amazing and the personnel was really helpful. It is also nice that there are rooms with connecting doors when you have children.

Errol was super warm and welcoming when we first arrived. He also took the time to explain the hotels benefits and recommend places to visit while we were in the city. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean with an artistic touch, the pegboard doors were a nice touch which kept the kids entertained. Breakfast had a nice selection of warm food, pastries, fruits, cereals and cold cuts. They also had a waffle van and a candy corner which the kids loved. Highly recommend this hotel :)

I stayed here with my friends, we booked 2 rooms: triple room (double room with extra bed) and a double room. The hotel has a very interesting design and you can see it even from the moment you step inside. The elevators have creative designs, inspired by known artists. The rooms haven't been forgotten either, they are designed in an artistic manner too. I appreciate how clean the rooms and bathrooms are and the bed was very big and confortable! It is really close to the city center (we walked each day) and there are pharmacies and supermarkets around. I appreciated how after a long day of walking we were able to relax at -1 playing ping-pong and admiring the hotel exhibition. I strongly recommend this hotel! Florin recommended me this hotel and he's been very helpful and available to help us during the online booking process. It was a really good recommendation to stay in this hotel during our vacation in Brussels. Overall, people from the reception desk were very nice and professional, eager to help and give you a piece of advice. Thank you! À la prochaine!

Loved this concept hotel. Within walking distance to the Brussels Nord station, a cute park, and shopping area. The room was very spacious and I loved the concept of this hotel. Free breakfast every morning with a nice selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, etc. Free beverage for each night you opt not to have your room cleaned. Super friendly staff. I will definitely be staying here when I return to Brussels!

Experience of the highest quality. From the first to the last minute of our stay I was left with nothing but great impression from staff, atmosphere, comfort and the modern style of the hotel. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very sorry I couldn't get to the breakfast and the gym because of the short stay. Would definitely like to repeat the experience. Thanks for everything ☺️

Cute, super clean rooms with nice views, staff is always super nice. I love going to that hotel, it's so quirky. Speakers in the room, Nespresso, amenities are cool. My only complain would be that the breakfast is on the more expensive side but nothing too crazy either. I like this place!

The staff are amazing. They went above and beyond for my family and saved the trip. Thank you so so much . It’s not often you meet such kind people nowadays. The rooms are so cool, and the overall concept was so cool too. Amazing breakfast selection. Delicious food in the restaurant. Short and simple 15 min walk to city centre. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!! And can’t thank the staff enough too. You will love your stay here ( and the free iced coffee!!) - 6 floors , accessible by lift. - 1st floor is accessible by public guest stairs in the lobby as the 1st floor is a mezzanine with a lounge area. The rest of the floors are only accessible by fire escape stairs.

The hotel is located close to the bus and metro stations. The room was quiet with a large and very comfortable bed, and it was equipped with a coffee machine, ironing station, ironing table, and television. The bathroom had free toiletries, a hairdryer, and fluffy towels. 5 stars for the gym 🏋️‍♀️ with an incredible view over the city. Fresh and various breakfast, fresh orange juice, and a room full of jelly. Friendly and helpful staff 👌. Totally recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful providing information about the city, not only the hotel. The location is awesome, - the Grand place is in walking distance (20 minutes walking). Breakfast was truly amazing, - wide choice of high quality products that never ends. Great coffee and beverages.

I loved this hotel in Brussels. It was welcoming, nice and clean! We even got free vouchers for drinks. Really nice people, we will come back! Thank you. Decent price as well and a nice gym with a wonderful view!

This has been an interesting and a bit weird hotel. The design and everything are unusual and different from what you traditionally see in the hotels. Everything here has been artistic, but the style is abstract, colorful, and weird. With that being said, I don't mean it's bad, but it's very different. I'm not a fan of that, but the location, service, and everything else was good. Rooms are a bit small, they had no toothbrushes and toothpaste, and there were no slippers. Other than that, everything was good. They also had a d3cent gym which was very nice to have.

We had a perfect stay in Brussels. It was my birthday and they had a surprise ready for me at the breakfast. Our room had a nice view over the city. Erol recommended some good stuff for us to do and eat in the city. The restaurant has very good choices on the menu, the food was delicious and I loved using the gym in the 8th floor because it had everything I needed for my training. Special thanks to Eloise who made our last evening unforgettable.

I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. The staff was nice and always ready to help, the rooms are amazing: great view, great temperature, great amenities… the hotel is very peculiar and unique. The breakfast room is gorgeous and the breakfast has a lot of variety. I loved the hotel so much that I didn’t want to leave it to see around the city!

Great hotel in Brussels! Trendy art deco decor, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing! The best of our trip with tons of options and both hot and cold entrees. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are really neat and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we've had. Best hotel we've been to in Europe

  • 3/5 Marina J. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms are quite impressive in terms of decoration, it is definitely worth staying for the experience. Great cleaning service. On a negative side, there are a few issues that are not expected when staying in a 4stars hotel. Bathroom: hair conditioned bottle completely empty, I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, I see no excuse for this; not nice to find out while in the shower. Shower handle bar was broken and I nearly fall when holding it when getting out of slippery shower. There are also some red lights that stay at all times On that doesn’t seem to be very environmental. Bedroom: bed is massive! But the mattress was old and our backs could feel it. Also bedside table and plugs are just in one side of the table! Very inconvenient for phone charging or just for glass of water and book. The hotel offers to skip room service and in return you get a free drink, we checked out at 12pm and wanted a free coffee but there was not coffee shop services at all! Again, not what I expect from a 4stars hotel. Would I go again? I don’t think so, with had a very nice stay at this hotel but we feel the quality of the service is not at the level of what we expect from a hotel with this rate!

This very stylish hotel is situated in an excellent location with a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The whole staff are extremely friendly and professional, I felt very welcome and comfortable wherever I went. The whole hotel is very stylish, from the Lobby, to the rooms, to the restaurant and breakfast area. The rooms have a coffee machine and are really cool and nice and spacious. The beds are so comfortable, I slept better here than at home. There is a gym on the 8th floor with a spectacular view of Brussels. The breakfast was delicious and left absolutely nothing to be desired, it even had a cool hippie van in the room, where you can make your own tasty waffles. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, it's colorful, fun and just different. Should I come back to Belgium I will definitely be staying here again. A massive thank you to the whole team for making my stay exceptional!

A perfect hotel for the family. no less than that. overpowering. The hotel is spectacularly designed. The meal is amazing. There's even a pancake maker, a secret rubber room. Everything has a graffiti design, even the water bottles are designed. The shower room is like a photo developing room. Every detail in the hotel is thought of. The dinner at the hotel was also delicious. In a stunning and welcoming manner. A huge thanks especially to MARY who answered all our questions and was happy to give explanations and guide. Perfect hotel

The staff are all so kind! When our luggage was a day late, they gave us toothbrushes and an outlet converter. When it was raining they gave me an umbrella. They reopened the ping pong table late at night so we could play. Awesome and unique art & quotes everywhere. There is a great vibe about this hotel and it certainly augmented our experience in Brussels. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in NHOW hotel for 4 nights for our trip to Brussels. The hotel is amazing, so modern and has everything you need. The staff are so friendly and informative and the rooms are so cool. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk to the centre and Grand Place and there is a shop inside the hotel and also across the road. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to Brussels!

  • 5/5 Brandon Z. 8 months ago on Google
A trendy hotel with friendly service and great breakfast! Pros: - Rooms and common spaces were clean and uniquely designed, featuring impressive art concepts. - Large and comfortable beds. - Speedy check-in and friendly staff. - Handy 24hr grab-and-go food, drinks and toiletries shop in the reception area. - Wonderful breakfast, including a fun make-your-own waffle space and good coffee. Cons: - Breakfast and grab-and-go shop were quite expensive. - The neighbourhood to the northwest of the hotel, towards the Brussels North train station, seemed super sketchy. We felt very unsafe walking from the station to the hotel at night, and indeed later found out that one of the streets has such a reputation that it has its own Wikipedia page! We stayed during Tomorrowland, and although we weren’t attending the event, the hotel was buzzing with activity and had such a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely stay - the room was clean and big, great shower and there was everything we needed. Really liked the bar and the breakfast was amazing. A bit of a walk into town but only about 20 minutes. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was delicious and abundant with many choices. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is really great, the hotel is situated near the orangery, it’s well connected with metro and tram lines. I had a birthday during my stay, and I got a compliment and a small present from a nice bar lady, which was really sweet and kind.

  • 5/5 E S. 8 months ago on Google
Wow!! It’s really “Art” inspired hotel. Absolutely wonderful. Very beautifully designed. Has all latest tech infotainment. Staff is super friendly. Tram station is so near and it’s walkable to city Center, takes 20 minutes. Breakfast was good and we can drop off luggage in the store room and collect it back. Overall a very happy experience for my family.

This hotel absolutely amazing! The room was very spacious and unique. The staff were very helpful in terms of their recommendations. Very unique breakfast area with delicious fresh waffles. It is also very central. Walking distance from tourist attractions/restaurants. Could not fault this hotel!

  • 4/5 L B. 5 months ago on Google
The hotel its self is fabulous, the rooms were decorated wonderfully. They have colour on one side and a curtain that you can pull across to have a calm space when you need to sleep. The room had a lot of amenities including: slippers, a lint remover, shoe shine, lip balm, biscuits, bottled water, coffee and tea maker. The staff at reception were very helpful and remembered us the next day when checking out. There is one down side to the hotel and that is the location - it is not in the centre of Brussels - its a 20 minute walk from the centre. It is close to Brussels Noord station however, do not walk from the station to the hotel the way Google Maps tells you to go, its is not safe. Stay on the main road.

Eloisa at the restaurant was the most patient and kind person. I wasn’t sure what I wanted for dinner and she explained everything in detail. My order was prompt and very tasty. Her attention to serves deserves to be complimented by this establishment. Overall my experience was 5 stars ⭐️. Thank you

  • 1/5 Noun N. 7 months ago on Google
Do not forget your earplug ! The room (426) facing the street is too noisy. You will hear everything (tram, cars, police, people, etc…). It was not possible to sleep properly despite I was there for business. I had to buy some expensive earplug (4.75 euros) in the little shop at the reception. I paid 320 euros per night so I was expecting to have a better experience. Sorry but I am disappointed whereas the hotel decoration is great.

  • 5/5 Heather C. 8 months ago on Google
I love all the color and creativity of the design of this hotel! The rooms are so colorful and fun! The staff is kind and helpful! I definitely recommend staying here! There is a beautiful botanical garden next door and a quick walk to the city center.

Pros Clean with lots of amenities of which we ordered shave and teeth cleaning kits. Good location close to public transport. Quirky and stylish hotel for a good price. Cons Rooms on the front are loud is the hotel is located next to Tram line. Staff had poor attention to detail. 1. Asked for late checkout on arrival, this was not actioned and led to awkward conversation on attempted late check out. 2. Was told I could pay for stay on different card to the one I gave to cover damages, but this turned out to be false.

I and our staff had a very good time. Large and clean rooms. With many useful services and accessories, also in the bathroom. Laundry, iron and ironing board. Coffee and other kindness for guests. The reception quickly resolved our requests for assistance, during our staying and even after checkout. Extraordinary breakfast!

  • 4/5 Nikolas F. 4 months ago on Google
The hotel was extremely stylish and artistic. I would say it is one of the most inspiring hotels I have ever visited. The breakfast was perfect, both quality and variety. I also had dinner and a few drinks at the bar, and the quality and service were superb. The room was very stylish and cool. However, I cannot say that it was luxurious, romantic, kid-friendly etc. Actually, it was very noisy at night and very cold as well. So, I did not sleep well. The location is not the best in Brussels.

  • 5/5 G C. 5 months ago on Google
We loved this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It didn’t feel like a dry cabin like some other hotels I’ve stayed in in the UK. We were impressed. Very well sound proofed but we had a slight issue with some noise from above from the gym. This was quickly dealt with by the staff. The breakfast was lovely, it had a waffle station and you could make your own Bloody Mary’s. Thoroughly recommend.

  • 5/5 Cioly Rivero C. 4 months ago on Google
Great service form the very beginning. Check-in service fast and kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast amazing! Fresh orange juice, great variety of everything!! The bar at night amazing also, salmon waffle is top! We went with our dogs and they even offered beds for dogs 🐶

  • 3/5 Jean V. 5 months ago on Google
Was there for business, 2 nights. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed: hard, as in Chinese style. Should have had a top matras. Styling and atmosphere in the hotel, well, not my choice, as the modern appearance lacks atmosphere. The hotel is located not too far from the centre, but the neighbourhood it is in is so-so. All in all a reasonable choice, but rather a three star place.

  • 5/5 Esther N. 4 months ago on Google
After experiencing an unpleasant situation at one of the bus stations, I jumped into a cab to wait for family to come pick me up. The hotel staff were so kind to me and let me wait in the lobby, and mind my bags will had a small snack to eat in their comfortable bar/restaurant. Their warm hospitality is just what I needed.

  • 3/5 Adam M. 5 months ago on Google
This hotel felt like a bait and switch to me. Super cool photos on the web site. I love looking at contemporary art so I thought it would be amazing to stay here. But aside from the lobby, there's really not much to see. I upgraded to the "Gallery Suite" and the walls were completely blank and white! What gallery?!? The furnishings were minimalist and the floor was concrete. The room was spacious, but really not very nice. Location, kind of out of the way. Long-ish walk to Grand-Place. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet. I slept well here. Overall, I feel this could have been a bit better than it was. Not a terrible place to stay, but certainly not an amazing art place like it looks online. I arrived excited and left disappointed. Probably won't stay here again.

  • 5/5 Andrea S. 2 years ago on Google
The staying at this hotel was very pleasant and recommendable. The service was great, food was delicious (I had a burger and fries), and the room was quite comfortable. They even have very original activities, such as bringing a small canvas to your room with paints and brushes if you're feeling artistic. With a simple QR code scanning you can ask for someone to come pick up the dirty plates, and even request this and any other service at a specific time. A fantastic place for a restful night. And in my case, just five minutes from a conference center and ten from the station.

Spanish couple with 1 daughter. We stayed there for 2+1 nights. Staff was really kind, Keeping part of our luggage during our visit to Bruges and Gent (1 day-off). Outstanding service, kind staff taking care of every single detail, unbeatable breakfast and stunning design! Our daughter was delighted by the cutting-edge and colourful design. No doubt it is an inspiring site and a new place to be in Brussels!!! Location is perfect to visit the city center and Atomium park. Just in the middle and very well connected. Highly recommendable!

  • 5/5 Peter F. 2 years ago on Google
As someone who spends a lot of time traveling and staying in hotels, it's rare that I can write an honest 5 star review. The rooms are large with big windows to let in light, the bed was gigantic and like sleeping on a cloud, the shower had good pressure and you didn't have to wait for the water to get warm. For breakfast you have a buffet with everything you could want even small luxuries like 🥑. And to top all that off the staff are some of the friendliest people I've ever met, with no problem that can't be solved kind of mentality. Big shout out to Hugo for going above and beyond. Overall the nhow hotel is a must if you are staying in Brussels.

Just spent two nights here and wow! I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was something special (hello waffle station and candy bar!) and there were just so many special added touches that made this hotel the perfect place to stay. Not only will I return here on my next visit to Brussels but I will be recommending it to friends too.

Perfect for a weekend of sightseeing in Brussels. The hotel is super modern, has a lot of artsy decorations and the room was super cool (go check out yourself instead of me ruining the surprise)! The breakfast was heavenly, they had everything, and I mean, EVERYTHING you want, including gluten-free bread, cookies and muesli on request, which were all also very tasty. Would totally stay here again.

This was our goodbye (for now) trip and it could not have been any better! When we arrived, we parked our car in the very secure parking and continued our way to check-in. From the parking, a very convenient elevator led up to the lobby where we were nicely welcomed. We enjoyed an upgrade to a super spacious Junior Suite with wonderful view. In the room we had found a very nice handwritten welcome card and a massive lollipop! We were able to enjoy the hospitality in the Bar twice, both foods and drinks were great! As we had to leave very early in the morning, the hotel had prepared a breakfast box upon request, for us to take away. The breakfast restaurant is super colorful, and there were plenty of foods to choose from. It made me not want to leave the restaurant, ever! During our stay we experienced a slight malfunction in the room, which Mark handled in no-time! Big thank you to all the staff who have made our 2-day trip the best. We will definitely come back!

We've had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Attention to minute details was paid, all rooms and hotel was designed with perfection and ❤. Staff was very friendly and extremely courteous and welcoming. Hotel rooms were large, bathroom was well designed. I specially liked the breakfast hall and variety for breakfast. Coffee machines were placed atleast at three different locations in the hall. Waffle van parked in the hall was a treat. We absolutely loved our stay and will be staying here again without any doubts as the best value for money is here. Thank you dear staff at hotel nhow, you're all amazing.

We stayed here for a couple nights and we really loved this hotel. It was a great experience. Everybody at the hotel was so nice. We missed the bananas at breakfast, so Christian went to the shop for us. We couldn't have wished for better service. The fitness area is also really nice, and I would definitely consider taking a skyline view room. The beds do sleep really nice, and the fan setting secures the perfect temperature. We loved it!!

Had a great stay at nhow Brussels Bloom. Loved the creativity and artistic environment throughout the hotel. Really a unique hotel and experience from the colorful walls and paintings, encouraging and funny quotes all around to share a laugh and playful elements like a ping pong table, candy corner and waffle van creating a fun environment as well. I especially loved my colorful room with an amazing view and very comfy bed. I was also very happy with the vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast and the restaurant. Last but especially not least, everyone was very hospitable and friendly throughout the stay. Thank you for the amazing stay!!! Can't wait to come back :)

I love this hotel! It is located in the middle of the city, a fifteen minute walk from all of the good stuff. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is so delicious. They have a a candy corner where you can take as much as you like. They also have the best Belgian waffles I have ever eaten! Because of this, they get 5 stars

We came to Brussels to celebrate our engagement. What an amazing hotel. The staff are very, very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. The whole vibe of the hotel is really cool. The art is spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from. Javi checked us in and set us up for a great stay. All the staff we interacted with made our stay extra special. Could not recommend this hotel enough. Excellent location. Close to all the tourist attractions and the train station.

I spent a weekend with my daughter for her 5th birthday and the hotel had prepared amazing surprises in the large room: balloons, messages, sweets and buttons. Her reaction was priceless, she was so happy! She loves crafts so they placed art kits in the room so that we could paint. If you stay with kids: they’ll love making and decorating their own waffles and the sweet candy corner in the breakfast room. My daughter and I did at least. The creative art theme of the hotel is well integrated across the hotel, in the rooms, hallways, entry. It’s full of creative inspiration. My daughter and I loved our stay. Thank you for making our stay and her birthday so special, team nhow Brussels ❤️

The hotel itself is great! The service is efficient and welcoming. The room is specious and the bed is extremely comfortable. They also have a great policy where if you give up the cleaning service during your visit, you get free drinks at the hotel bar. Great trade in. The only down side is that the location is very close to the red district of Brussels. Arriving from the train station at night was not a pleasant experience and I would have preferred to avoid it.

Very nice hotel, artistic spot, good breakfast and beautiful rooms. Would be nice if the rooms had a bit more closet space but other than that the room we stayed in was great. At night it may be hard for people who are sensitive to sounds. Staff are very friendly too. Would definitely visit again.

Really interesting hotel with lovely staff. The location is good, just a quick walk downtown and with a metro right outside. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had at a hotel with so much choice, make your own waffles are an incredible addition to the offering too. The hotel has interesting decor and lots of art in the rooms as well as common areas. The rooms are a good size, with a huge bed and good bathroom stocked with lots of products. The nespresso machine is very welcome too. The hotel loses a star for a couple of reasons, the first is that they don’t offer twin beds despite saying they do. They said they make the one bed up with separate sheets, but ultimately you’re sharing a bed with the other person. It was fine for us but not what we were expecting. We got placed on the 4th floor and the noise from the street outside was loud. There are trams and police cars going up and down from early in the morning so if you’re looking for a lie in maybe ask for a room on the other side of the hotel or higher up. Also there are only power points on one side of the beds which seems like an oversight given the bed is for two people to use Aside from those last comments the hotel was great and I would stay again, just in a different room!

Superb hotel allowing us to explore Brussels. The rooms were very quirky- very Jackson Pollock. Comfortable accommodation, very friendly, helpful staff. They provided a bed for our dog too. We will definitely visit again

We really enjoyed our stay! Big room, comfortable bed, perfect pillows, super clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of choices, good quality ingredients, really tasty coffee. Good connection from the airport, either by bus or train. Around a 20 minutes walk from the city center, with several public transport connections throughout the city. Staff was super nice! I can only recommend this hotel and would choose it, without a doubt, again.

The service was fab, we kept having issues with our card not working in the elevator and it was fixed instantly so can’t fault them. Everyone was smiley and friendly. The location is not quite what we expected however, if you are there for business then it suits fine, but if you want to explore the tourism side of the city, it is a fairly decent walk into town through a rather ‘industrial’ and businessy area with high office blocks and isn’t exactly the most scenic. I’d recommend hopping on the scooters scattered about the city to get into the centre and back like we ended up doing. Also, in terms of location, the hotel sits right on a rather busy road, which we found to be a pain at night when trying to sleep. There were constant police or ambulance sirens going past literally every night and I appreciate nothing can be done about this but it could be enough to make you consider a new location if you appreciate your sleep. I also recommend getting the breakfast included option when booking because we didn’t do this and it cost us both an eye watering €50 for two people! We found that this is generally a theme of the hotel, as the restaurant and bar was also on the expensive side. The rooms are well kept and very clean and the cleaners are super smiley and pleasant in passing. We appreciated the free drink for every morning you didn’t have your room cleaned, and thought it was a clever idea and thought the room decor was super fun and funky. My only other irk is that we didn’t find the bed the comfiest. It is huge and there’s plenty of space, don’t get me wrong, but it felt quite hard. Could just be us though! All in all, we felt that the hotel was maybe not for us as a pair who were visiting the city on a week long holiday.

The most interesting hotel room in which we've stayed so far. Friendly staff, large rooms, cute slippers. Everything was perfect. The TV is hidden behind a painting which I think is a fun idea. The area may seem a little sketchy late at night, but that's a feeling I had almost everywhere in Brussels.

Junior Suite is a large space with comfortable bad and very big bathroom. Coffee maker, fridge and safe deposit box were very useful for us during the stay. Breakfast was excellent with possibility to make your own waffles and a surprise room in the corner :). There is also a great bar in the hotel with excellent selection of famous Belgian beers. The staff is very kind and helpful, happy to welcome you and make your stay in Brussels unforgetable. We will definitely come back in near future!

Very nice hotel, around 20 minutes walking distance from the city center. The hotel staff has been very helpful, even offering me the ability to check-in earlier (I happened to arrive in the hotel sooner than expected). My room was extremely clean, while my staying at the hotel was a very good experience. The bed was quite comfortable allowing a very good night sleep. The breakfast was also very good with a variety of options.

Beautiful and modern rooms. The service is great, the breakfast is also marvelous, with a lot of options. I had a burger for dinner one night and really recommend it. If I ever go back to Brussels, will definitely be staying there again. It is also close to the metro station and for those who like to walk is not that far from the city center.
