I am not sure if it's this chain in Brossard or if the overall quality of Boustan is decreasing, or maybe I was just unlucky this time but the quality of food I received was definitely much lower than what I used to get at the Montreal branch. The meat was a bit tough, their sauces were a bit lacking in flavours and the rice was a bit undercooked. I do like however that they still serve a great portion while the prices are still around the same.

This Boustan location is the best one Ive ever been. The one in Greenfield Park is ranked 2nd. The food is fresh and very tasty, they serve you with big chunks of meat and the hot sauce is a real delight. Am writing this review while am still in the restaurant finishing off my food with my family. This location is a must to visit.

We ordered two shawarma platters: one beef shawarma and one chicken shawarma. The portions given were very generous. The beef shawarma was well seasonned and flavorful. However, the chicken shawarma was dry and had no taste. The potatoes were crispy but had an over-used oil after taste. The vermicelli rice was bland. The garlic sauce had a funny taste. The hummus was okay. The coleslaw was not marinated long enough and still had the strong cabbage taste.

First time ever with ubereat and first time ever with Boustan. It was late and I feel to eat those potato's but when I got my order, everything was cold, the potato was hard, you could feel that it was the last because it was one hour before the close. My pita was just ok but more salad than the meat, anyway, I'm disappointed and I will not order from there in the future and no more Uber eat. Uber eat service was good.

When you paid $20 for a bowl, you expect more meat, not 80% rice

Very dissatisfied and disappointed. It was my favorite resto for quick sandwiches and take out for super. I have selected this branch cause it was better than any other one here in the area. But i just bought a sandwich and honestly it was half of what i used to be. It was very slim ?! with lots of cabbage. Also, It was wrapped with regular paper n not the traditional boustan wrapping paper. Anyways, very sad; Sorry guys but u got one customer less here ... hope u come back the way u were before (that's why i've changed amir for boustan) In my opinion.

Always a solid choice for a quick bite. Portions are huge and the food is flavourful. I always order the mix plate (chicken and beef). The chicken is however a little dry but still very good!

I use to love Boustan, but my latest experience has not been very good. Chicken was very dry, portion was smaller, salad was only cabbage and no more tomatoes. I really don't mind paying more to get what I use to, but my latest experience made me sick to my stomach, felt quality went down drastically. Too bad. Not really tempted to go back, will see.

The dinning area and counter is clean, every member of the service is friendly and efficient, and the food is splendid. Every table is spotless, the glass at the counter is clear and the staff practice food safety. The staff will welcome you with smiles and help you with your order. I come often at different times of the day and on different days of the week. Every time, everyone, no matter who is there, is friendly (and generous with the garlic sauce). The food is consistently excellent and they don't cheap out on the portions (the containers are always filled to the brim. The chicken and beef is always well seasoned and freshly cut (the default is the crunchy ones from the outside that has a bunch of Maillard Reaction char, but you can also ask for the softer ones on the inside). The potatoes are cooked perfectly, soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. It doesn't seem like they make huge batches of potatoes and leave them there to get soggy, like at other places such as the Boustans and Bashas in Montreal. They always taste freshly fried here. These are the highlights, but I must also recommend their wraps, falafels and beet salads. imo they are the best Boustan out there and one of the best Lebanese restaurants.

BEST BOUSTAN EVER. This food is sooo good. I got a vegan plate and it’s worth every penny. The portions are enormous and the service was amazing as well. Super great option for vegans and vegetarians, they even have a vegan sauce!

The food is very good no doubts. But everyime I go I get stares and comparing to my bf. He gets smile and amazing customer service but on the other hands I don't. I wonder is it cuz I was wearing a dress and that I'm the same ethnicity. Eventhough I was the one paying. I guess it's the culture to please other races.

Very crownded in the evening, long wait. Even if you order 20-30 min in advance they prépare your order when you arrive...still worth missing the line. Food is good.

Oh boy was the chicken shawarma good! A tiny bit dry on some chicken but overall, filling, fresh and hot! Hummous, garlic mayo cole slaw, pita rice and potatoes. First time out, it will not be the last..Yum!

Solid choice for Lebanese food in Brossard. The portions are good for a decent price and the food is always fresh. The service is fast and friendly.

Extremely friendly staff and excellent food! You can never go wrong with boustan especially this branch. I personally find their ingredients taste fresher than other location.

The quality and taste was ok as compared to other good shwarma options we have. The rice were tasteless. If you have already tasted shwarma at Shwarma Palace (Ottawa) or Osmow's shwarma then you will be really disappointed with Boustan.

Boustan has one of the best shawarma pitas you can find for a decent price (around 8 dollars). I find that most branches don't care much about the customer service side of things sadly. This is certainly the case for this branch

Hi I just want to say I used to love this boustan, but ever they hired a new cashier, I feel the experience has been diminished. The gentleman is short and stocky and is extremely unpleasant, he ruined my experience at this location many times. I am asking you guys please fire him, he's really bad, many other people have bad experiences with him too.

Always satisfying to eat when I feel hungry. It has veggies, protein and carbs in one plate. Cleanliness is a bit questionable since the employees who prepare food do not wear gloves. Sometimes they cover the cash registry and prepare the meals in the same time without washing their hands in between.

Huge portions. Food is usually great. It's always better when you eat in on the spot while it's still hot. Staff is always friendly. It's my go-to for a quick lunch.

I Have an amazing experience every Time I come here. Mohin the Owner make sure that the food, service and experience is awesome. Mohamed is a great employee! Today, for the first Time I decided to purchase a bag of 5 pita bread. I was sad, stunned and exaspered to while checking my bill to notice that it cost me almost 4$ for the same bag that I could get at Adonis a few minutes from the location for less then 1$. I don’t think it makes sense, don’t know when will be the next Time I come here ??? Hope you correct that situation Quickly. Méditerranean people are not gringe they are opposite Very warm, generous and love to share 🙏

Fast food Lebanese yumyums. I find Boustan tastes better and the service is miles friendlier than the other popular spot (you know who I'm referring to).

Delicious food and great bang for your buck. Got a generous portion of chicken which was nice. That being said, I deducted a star because the potatoes were quite soggy the time I went. Would definitely go back.

Delicious vegan option. The vegan platter could be improved by adding some actual vegetables though, as opposed to just a lot of rice and potatoes.

Dear Boustan, I’m am very disappointed today. You started to weigh the amount the chicken now! - Less chicken but same price. - Honestly you have reduced the amount of chicken by 50% - At half of my plate there is only rice, potatoes and salad left to eat. - No more chicken left. This is not fair at all! We, loyal customers for a very long time, always have to bare the cost for you to make more profit. This is completely nonsense. I really liked to eat your food, eat at your restaurant but after today’s experience I honestly don’t think it is worth coming and buying your food. Quite a shame.
