Went in for a standard check up. Was told water pump needed replacing but was covered under warranty. When it came time to pay was told pump wasn’t covered and I would have to pay for the work done. Asked for something to be done as I was falsely informed. It has now been 3 months since this issue. First was told something will be done but now I don’t even get a reply to emails. Very poor service. Robin and Caroline are not good at helping customers when it is a tough situation.

Incredible experience, staff, business, and facilities. All around amazing individuals, pricing, vehicles, and quality from this dealership. Highly recommend to anyone. They take their time making sure you get exactly what you want and see every possible option and extra. Everyone involved is friendly and polite and provides honest information and enjoyable conversations. Very bad customer service. The guy on phone had hard time understanding me and my needs regarding vehicle. He just simply hung up while consulting with his co-worker regarding questions I had for him over phone.

Do NOT deal with sales Brian the worst experience ever. Makes a Hughe deal about pick up date I wanted 1 day earlier. Couldn't do it was apparently to busy for 1 day early. I questioned if they were waiting on a part. No no it's just needs the cpo inspection 120 check. Next thing I know pick up is now the following Tuesday cause there's a part coming in on Monday so I assume I was right with the delay. So when I looked at the suv for a test drive , the rear heat control was pushed in. When I picked it up it was apparently fixed. The first day driving it the display broke. The reason being the headrest in the middle row have 2 big one and 1 smaller one. This should have beem caught but the small was switched with a big so when u fold down the middle row the middle seat with the big headrest in the wrong position hits the display and pushes it in. Second day of driving it was warm out so I turn on the AC to find out it's not working to find out they can't get it in til Nov 20 but its something that was checked off on the inspection. I also find the brake rotor edge very very chipped and rusted. So im off to a really really bad start and when I went into the dealer to tell them about the ac I was there for 15 mins with no help. I left and called instead. I think I'll be dealing with Taylor Creek vw instead. I used them with my old vw passat. Unforently they had no atlas for me to buy in my trim I wanted. So stay away from loser Brian sales and so far not great dealership. I would love to give minus 50 stars but can't. Update second day having it the AC is not working and weird knocking noise from left front brake.

This place rocks for sure, best ownership and team at a dealership that I have dealt with in the Cornwall area. I have boughten a lot of cars here in Cornwall and never have had the service that I got from Cornwall Volkswagon, from start to finish. Caroline the owner goes above and beyond to make her customers happy and ensures that you are before leaving with your new car. I give them a five star rating andnothing less!!

Top Notch Quality Service: The fabulous friendly team at Cornwall Volkswagen provide great service. Nothing more concerning when traveling long trips than to have your vehicle breakdown in a city you do not know. We had or alternator and battery replaced in our GMC truck and where back on the road in under 3 hours. Their willingness to help out in an emergncy is a great service to the public. Always great service and great staff here! They are always willing to work with my schedule and have fit me in the same day for a flat tire repair (twice). Caroline is super knowledgeable with everything Volkswagen and it’s always a pleasure to deal with her when I go in!

Wasn’t impressed with the service. Woman staff accused my husband of not fixing the card properly amd putting the wrong oil, he knows what he’s doing. Also the staff don’t communicate between one other, as well as one service woman was very pushy on buying parts kept pushing and pushing. Wont be returning to this dealer. Not happy with service.

Friendly receptionist, and Rod in parts. He was kind, helpful with options, ordered the part (which is cheaper than one of the Ottawa VW sites) and I did not have to pay up front for the part (like one of the Ottawa sites wanted). I took my car for repair to this dealership three times as I love VW. The first time was in 2013 to change oil. The second time was in 2018 to fix a leaking oil, the third time was in 2020 to fix a door latch. The last two services were horrible my cars were further damaged as the leaking oil job was not completed well. I later learnt through another shop that to fix an oil pan requires time to let the seal cure overnight before driving. But this deanship let me pick up the car the same day and charged enormous amount of money. As per the door latch job. I paid over $500 for a 30 minutes job to just replace the latch . Due to Covid restrictions I stood outside watching my car just parked inside the garage for 3 hours and no-one was even working on it or being near it. After 3 hours standing outside they finally took the vehicle out and told me it is done and charged me 3 hours job. Little did they know that I saw the few minutes it took the to just replace the upper latch. After I drove the car out and decided to test if it really works well, I realized that the latch was not working as it should. I immediately drove back to let them know. At that point the agent mentioned that I will need to pay additional to replace the bottom latch too. They are scammers!!!

We had the most amazing experience dealing with Volkswagen Cornwall. Caroline was super sweet, courteous and accommodating throughout the whole process. She felt like a friend almost immediately.
